Chapter 17: XVII Silver-haired man
Chapter 17: XVII Silver-haired man
A group of people wearing black robes was searching for something in the forest when they saw a young girl approaching them.
Her light brown hair is gently tidy over a thin face, her soft skin beautifully complements her nose and leaves an air of cleverness.
Greenish and clear eyes, elegantly placed inside her orbits, seemed to observe everything in her surroundings as if she had spent a long time without seeing the outside world, but she also seemed to be much older than her age, and yet she is only a child it was certain that she would become a beauty in the future.
Seeing this young girl, the high priest Alexis knelt with the others kneeling soon after her.
"Goddess, we were searching for you."
Chloe seemed happy to see Alexis, but she also felt strange because she had just recovered some of her memories and still considered herself as Chloe.
Then Alexis took out a key from her pocket and handed it to Chloe.
"Before coming here, Lord Heimdall said our Goddess has reincarnated and had give me this key saying it will send Our Goddess back to Asgard."
Chloe took the key and said, looking at the group.
"Call me by my name, Chloe. I do not like being called Goddess all the time."
Then she raised the key to the sky.
"Heimdall! I'm here, open the Bifrost!"
A ray of multicolored light reaches her as she disappears.
...
Meanwhile, Elijah was still in an unconscious state. In his sleep, he had a strange dream. He dreamed of a strange world.
Waterfalls poured into the where he was standing in from high above.
Light from the purple sun peeks over and warms you gently. This world is different from your own, incredibly different. But despite the differences it feels familiar.
Limitless land as far as the his eye could see, but he shook the head, now is not the time to be reckless.
This world is undeniably pleasant, so all you need is a little dose of caution and you should be fine.
At the top of a mountain Elijah saw a resplendent golden palace. Each building was made of gold, with a level of handicraft incredibly high.
Several angels wearing white clothes and a group of beautiful and gentle looking goddesses wearing elegant dresses traveled through the palace.
Sacred looking animals and creatures could be seen roaming the skies, giving this place the image of a fairy-tale world.
Elijah had never seen such a beautiful place, not even in paintings. At this moment, the scenery suddenly transformed and the mountain where the golden palace was had collapsed.
Countless creatures made of darkness descended from space together with a black-haired man.
Among the countless creatures, all kinds of light rays were fired.
The streams of light left by the energies were beautiful to see, however, when it descended upon this world, it caused the lands and mountains to be decimated!
The lands were split apart while the skies were covered with black flames.
A huge magic circle covering a surface area of hundreds meters appeared out of thin air and the multitudinous number of mysterious runes covered the entire sky.
A war on this scale was something that Elijah could never have imagined! Gods!
Elijah finally realized he was watching a battle between powerful Gods with a unimaginable realm of strength!
And from the magic circle a figure had emerged. He had a long silver hair that swayed in the wind, and revealed a strong, handsome face as well as three pairs of long, dark feathered-wings behind his back.
Bright scarlet eyes, hidden in their sockets, solemnly watching the heavens as if he was above all.
He seemed to be one with nature and conveyed an indescribable charm that would attract glances to himself.
From His eyes, a snow white rune cold as the ice star in the Cat Eye galaxy, within his profound eyes it was possible to see that he went through many things during his lifetime and they emitted endless amounts of pain.
Scars reaching from the bottom of the left cheekbone, first running towards thin lips and ending on his upper lip leaves a painful burden of former lives.
This man was standing just several meters away from Elijah, but no one could see him.
The time seemed frozen as this mysterious silver-hair man opened his mouth while looking at the black-haired man.
"Why are you trying to run? Aren't you a powerful enough to face me?
I never thought that you would be the one who caused the war between the divines, Ancients and The Origin, causing their destruction.
But I think this was your plan all along, right? I even swore that I would kill you and destroy your divinity and even if you are using her's brother's body, I would still kill you,"
He continued as he raised his right hand slowly as his eyes shined. "So let's end our battle!"
"BOOM!"
An extremely large explosion! The space itself was slashed apart, the skies were twisted into a raging whirlpool with seemingly infinite power, sweeping up all of the heavens and earth. Everywhere it reached, mountains would collapse and skies would crumble.
The entire planet was instantly transformed into nothingness and all the dark creatures were reduced into dust and dispersed.
...
Elijah felt himself terrified. At this moment, he suddenly found that he had arrived at an incredibly large hall and a giant golden gate.
Here, various runes hovered in suspension, resembling pieces of glass. Those runes were of varying sizes, some big and some small. The bigger ones were as big as a hand, while the smaller ones were only as big as a finger.
At the giant gate, there was one rune that emitted a sacred glow.
Inexplicably, Elijah felt that the technique used to make this place was very similar to that of the resplendent golden palace he had seen earlier. No, it was the same!
Could it be that I am in that golden palace? Elijah was immensely shocked! As for now, he understood that everything he had just seen were true.
Although he wanted to believe that he was just dreaming, he was unable to believe that it was just a dream.
Everything he had seen in this there was too realistic and the image of that silver haired man disintegrating spatial whirlpool fragmenting the world was deeply engraved into his mind.
As a six year old child who had yet to achieve the First Realm, how could he imagine, a dream so realistic that involved such a great level of power?
Elijah focused his eyes on the glowing rune and after hesitating for a long period of time, he extended his hand and gently touched it.
Upon contact, light instantly flowed into Elijah's body.
At first he felt the same heat form when he was fighting the draugen, but with no time to respond, He let out a cry and fell to the ground, like a heavy hammer had suddenly struck down on him viciously.
The heat he felt transformed into pain as his body was in a state of transformation.
...
Inside the ruins. Elijah's body was covered by a golden cocoon for a long time while a few years had passed.
