Chapter 127
127 Young Master Devil!
“I’ll be right back,” Qin Yichen told Rong Yue after they had driven some distance away from the company and got down from the car.
He went down and entered a cafe that he had seen in several parts of the capital recently and got two cups of drinks.
Rong Yue’s brows raised up in curve as he passed her the cup of milkshake as soon as he entered the car.
“How did you know I was thirsty?”
“With how hoarse your voice is and you pinching your throat so many times, I’ll have to be blind to not know.”
“The other cup is a fruit juice, you can take anyone you want,”
He knew that she liked sweet things and just getting water for her with such a dehydration level would most likely make her unwilling to drink.
So he had kept looking around for a place that would have something appropriate.
Although surprised, she felt more of gratefulness and warmth from his actions. This man that she had told that she was going to live this life single but was still determined to stick by her side, it was hard to not feel touched and so rather than say much , she only muttered a thanks to him. “Thank you,”
.....
Qin Yichen smiled and then reached out his hand to rub her hair while she sipped on the fruit juice without stopping.
Like that, the original air in the car when they had left the restaurant had already changed with all of Qin Yichen’s actions and even if she might not admit it, the biggest convincing that she needed was today.
While Qin Yichen was busy trying to woo his little wife over, someone on the other side was having a very difficult time.
Just picking up the young master from school, Mo Fan had spent more than two hours running after him and playing hide and seek just to be able to put him in the car and drive him home.
His entire face was already red from exhaustion as he miserable tried to sleep but couldn’t with the Young master that kept making demands all through.
“Young master, don’t you want to sleep, we would be home soon,” he patronized helplessly.
“Why should I try to sleep? Unlike you, my tolerance is quite high,” Qin Heng shot back mercilessly.
Mo Fan nodded quickly, not wanting to start another argument. However, the car soon descended into silence allowing him to doze off a little.
Unfortunately, that little mistake ruined his entire task as by the time they arrived at the estate, Qin Heng already dropped off and went to Qin Yichen’s home!
By the time Mo Fan was woken up the driver, his heart leapt out with fear upon finding the little master gone.
“Where’s Xiao Heng?”
“Young master already went to second Young Master’s house, he said to let you sleep some more.” The driver explained simply, not realizing that something was already wrong.
Mo Fan felt his heart drop and opened the door rushing out of the car, “And how long was that?” He yelled without stopping and the driver who had sensed that something was wrong rushed after him.
“About ten minutes ago,”
Mo Fan stopped abruptly as he placed his two hands on his head. Knowing that little master, ten minutes was more than enough time for him to find a way to enter big boss house.
Perhaps the little devil had already guessed the plot from the moment he saw that he was the one to pick him.
The more he thought, the more scared he was, after all, Qin Yichen had warned him that he didn’t want the little master making trouble for Rong Yue.
Now that the little boy had sneaked in. Perhaps only Qin Yichen himself could bring him out of that house.
“I’m already a dead man..” he muttered exasperated as he walked back to his own place dejected.
Just like he had guessed, Qin Heng had indeed played a trick on him.
Stressing him by making him search around the whole school for him and running around and then making sure that this uncle that didn’t have any much stamina didn’t get sleep immediately was all of his plan.
After all, if Mo Fan had gotten his sleep at the right time, he would have sensed it the moment the car stopped in front of the house.
So he calculated the distance and the time it would take for Mo Fan to be in deep sleep before deciding to let him sleep peacefully.
Just like that, he had been able to get down quick and find a way to break into his brother’s house.
In this world, the only person the little master didn’t mind being around was Qin Yichen and that was because he felt his brother was like him and also adored him.
To let him stay in the same house like Mo Fan whom he felt had an even less IQ than himself was like an impending doom to the boy.
So the moment he saw who had been sent to pick him, he decided that he couldn’t take any chances and went all out immediately.
Just to be sure, he had rushed up to the top floor room in Qin Yichen’s home and was looking down outside from there to see what would happen after Mo Fan woke up.
“Humph! This young master knew they were trying to trick me,” he said with a snort that was way too mature and accurate for a boy that was just going to be ten.
“To think that brother Mo Fan felt that he was enough to handle me means that I’m being disregarded here,” he mused to himself as he walked around the house trying to see if he could find the reason why his brother was not letting him stay here.
After walking around the living room for more than an hour with tightly furrowed brows.
He entered the kitchen, his little frame with his hands hanging behind his backs like a little Sherlock was a really funny sight to see.
Unfortunately, he had no audience.
