Chapter 23 - Drunk
"You wouldn't dare!" Jackson said fiercely.
"We would. The highest thing you would do is kick us or force us to duel with you so you can beat the hell out of us but that is alright. Learning about how she dealt with you is worth that much," Jeff said smiling.
Judging from their attitude I am sure they will really ask her. They are not afraid of the punishment and with Jasmine temperament, I am sure she will happily relay everything to them. I can't afford to let her tell them how she made me almost lost control in the presence of everyone.
"I met her yesterday," Jackson accepted defeat. Steve and Jeff smiled triumphantly when they heard Jackson's confession.
"Where?" Steve asked his gaze focused on Jackson's cold expression.
"In the restaurant," Jackson replied nonchalantly.
"Oh... He treated her out for lunch. This is great," Jeff said with a huge sense of humour. His comment earned murderous glares from Jackson. Jeff expression turned serious on seeing those murderous glares of his.
"And then what happened? I mean the Jasmine we all know wouldn't have met you just because she wanted to have lunch, she must have had ulterior motives," Steve probe further.
"We just had dinner that is all," Jackson said sternly.
"Now that I have told you what happened, you both are not allowed to ask her anything. The punishment will not just end with mere kicks and duels if you went against your words," Jackson warned in a fierce tone.
"Why do I have these weird feelings that something else happened more than them just having meals," Steve whispered into Jeff's ears.
"I mean we were there on their first encounter and Jasmine almost made Jackson commit a big sin not to mention us not being there what do you think she would have done?" Steve said in low tones.
"Even though it was in public I am sure Jasmine would have found the opportunity to make him hard down there again. Who knows whether she did more than just making him hard?" Jeff whispered back. All this while they were talking they did don't know that Jackson was overhearing their conversation.
"She must have even made him strip himself or even have her little sweet time with him in the rest....," the sound of the shattering of glass startled the two guys. They jolted to their feet in fear.
Knowing that the shattered bottle was just a warning for them not to mess around again if they don't want to be the ones broken into pieces the next time they made him upset, they both quietly sit down.
Damn these two blabbermouths, they won't even spare me from yesterday's painful experience.
Jackson thought angrily. The wine he just carelessly threw in a feat of rage was the most expensive in the bars wine racks and he knows about this but that fact did not affect him.
While drinking they all continue to wait for Jasmine but unfortunately, she did not show up.
Back on Jasmine porch, the two beautiful ladies sat drinking alone. Within the space of three hours, they have each drank two bottles of exotic and highly intoxicating wine.
At the moment both ladies were drunk.
"Cat, why do you think Dad is hell-bent on me working in our family's company? Isn't my elder sister and her husband working there enough for him?" Jasmine asked drunkenly.
"Why does he want to ruin my blood and sweat at the expense of his own satisfaction?" Jasmine asked again.
"Aren't parents always after their children's happiness so why is he after my doom? Why does he keep comparing my achievements with that of my elder sister? Does he want us sisters to be at war with each other?" Jasmine asked her pitch rising at every sentence she made.
"Mum said dad is being strict on me for my good and that he wants the best for me but have they both sat down to think whether what they think is the best for me is something I want?" Jasmine asked in a serious tone.
"How could something which doesn't make me happy be the best for me? Tell me, Cat?" Jasmine said staring at the drunk Catherine.
"Jasmine, you have being in this household all your life so you should have known by now that children from rich households don't get to choose what they want, it is the elders who call the shot. All the children have to do is follow the elders' decision and there is no room for negotiation," Catherine said.
"And Jasmine your dad comparing you to your elder sister might be his way of motivating you to work harder...,"
"His intention might not have been bad but why did he have to say it in the manner he did? The way he said it was like I am a complete failure. Cat, you know I wouldn't have argued with him if he had asked for something else other than me dissolving my company just to work for him," Jasmine said angrily.
"Jasmine, don't be mad ok. We are in this together, I am sure the storm will be over soon. The moment we get back the contract. I am sure he won't disturb you in a long time," Catherine said meekly.
