This armor was the form his Essence Soul had taken upon being materialized and successfully achieving the Infant Development Phase.

His Essence Soul could transform back into its baby form at any given moment. However, for the multitude of applicable uses available when set up in this manner, Azmodeus decided to attach his Essence Soul to his Nascent Soul and improve the quality of his soul value as a whole.

On a side note, Nao Long had managed to progress quite a bit into the Early Void Refining Realm thanks to the assistance of all the condensed Qi that permeated the area around the Heaven Exploding Cave Abode.

She wasn't as much of an industrious one when it came to cultivating like the Azmodeus was, but she still found some time in between her snacking and fun to cultivate.

It was almost like everything below a certain point was merely expendable for them…

Either that, or all the greedy Outer Deacons and Outer Elders were still hoping to obtain all the benefits from his Mirror Mirages for themselves…
