Chapter 180: The war (7)
Chapter 180: The war (7)
Felix immediately tried to crush the two half bodies into nothing, only to realize they were way harder than they looked.
The moment his fingers hooked into the flesh of one of the twins' half bodies, he realized that their defenses exceeded Binela's!
Their skin toughness was off the charts. But their strength had lowered by more than 60% after they were separated.
It seemed these two were something of a specialty even among their race. While together, their strength was at full power, but if they were separated their defenses would increase immensely so they could survive whatever separated them in the first place.
Felix's eyes narrowed as he tried once again to destroy the body halves. Only to find out that he couldn't, yet.
So he unleashed his full power, his aura inflated as lightning engulfed him and both of the body halves as they were currently in his grasp.
The twins' half expressions started to distort as the pain finally started to course through their bodies, making them convulse, while their meat started to get cooked. Their skin turned from the normal red color of their race into a deep dark blue.
Their pulses slowed down while their breathing started to get shallower and shallower. Their hearts were slowly stopping...
Their halves were being slowly roasted in Felix's lightning armor, making them grith their teeth from the pain, but they didn't beg for mercy, nor did they look angry at what happened. Actually, their eyes glistened as they observed how Felix used his lightning armor technique.
Suddenly sparks started to slowly appear on one of the twin's half bodies as the lightning that was cooking him was getting absorbed. His eyes were filled with energy as the lightning didn't hurt him anymore.
Felix's eyes narrowed as he stopped using the lightning armor to kill them. However, one of the twins already grasped how to use the basics of the lightning armor and transmitted it telepathically to the other one. Making sparks appear around his now blue skin as well.
The duo laughed at the same time as they finally said something to Felix:
"You have interesting techniques!"
Felix frowned as he kept a tight hold on their bodies. While they learned the lightning armor, they couldn't employ it perfectly, nor did they gain any sudden strength boost because of it- as the lightning armor was mostly used to increase Felix's speed, agility, and heightening his instincts at another level.
But this technique getting leaked was certainly a bad thing.
Felix howled as his skin turned pink and disappeared along with the body halves.
They were moving so fast that the halves actually got sick of the wild motions that Felix was doing in space.
Obviously, he was gaining momentum the more he moved, and after a short while, he threw the two body halves in two different directions at such strength that they created small stars in the distance.
Felix stood in the same spot as he waited for the bodies to come back and rejoin, while he was standing in a horse stance, his arms around his body, while his hands were around his stomach. His fists were clenched while his aura was infused directly into his fists.
Veins popped up on his fists as he concentrated with closed eyes, he made out the gist of the twin's ability, and he knew that they would combine in the same location they had been separated. He could hear the space being cut as two bodies came from two different directions, and they were ready to collide with Felix in the middle.
However, before that could happen, Felix trusted both of his arms to the left and right, and the speeding bodies were speared through the chest at the immense speeds they came back, creating an exploding effect that destroyed both halves of the twins, transforming them into ground beef.
Felix opened his mouth. And all of the surrounding meat was absorbed into his mouth as he closed his eyes and felt his body accepting all of the transformations coming from the devoured ground beef.
Felix clenched his hands as he suddenly duplicated, creating a perfect copy of himself.
Felix and his copy looked at each other before they shook each other's hands and nodded. Then the copy transformed into sludge that entered back into Felix's body.
"Interesting..."
While the twins had gotten the lightning armor, Felix had gotten something way more useful.
The twins' half bodies reappeared in the dimly lit room of the ship where everyone else was.
They looked down as they laughed a little before they wore another armor similar to the one their previous body used.
"It seems you two got the same outcome..."
Marquina said with a small smirk on her face. While she didn't mind the rape that much before, she still held a grudge as she wasn't in the mood to do it with weaklings like them. She wanted Felix, not these two half mutants.
Binela frowned as she looked at the silhouette of Marshallo who was slowly starting to move, he didn't lean on a pillar anymore as he looked at Binela and Marquina before saying:
"I can give you two one more chance. I know how important this thing is for the two of you, and we do also require new blood."
Binela's eyes widened in surprise as she looked at Marshallo, she knew that he was a person that loved a good fight above everything else. Sometimes he would even disobey the orders of the royalty on their planet, but it wasn't like they could do anything anyways. He was the strongest general in the army, and he had the respect of all of the able-bodied males of their race.
While the royals were strong and had special blood, Marshallo was a talent that was above royal blood. However, due to the way he lived and his high talent. He had his unique quirks which were just very advanced racial personality mutations.
"Thank you Marshallo... we will surely pay you back."
Marquina said with a trembling voice and she was almost ready to bolt away only for Binela to grab her by the arm while she was looking at Marshallo:
"What are you playing at Marshallo?"
Binela knew Marshallo the best. Even though he was a battle maniac, he wasn't dumb under his mask of a rampaging top-tier monster.
He was actually quite devious when it came to battle and tactics, but he mostly found such things to be below him to use against weaker opponents.
"Nothing Binela, you can go now."
The moment the words you can go now left Marshallo's mouth, Binela's hair started to move up as if she was getting electrocuted.
"I understand, Marshallo... I will go now."
Binela dragged Marquina away leaving Marshallo and the twins alone:
"So, big bro Marshallo wanna hear about a cool technique?"
*************************
Felix had his eyes closed as his surroundings started to shake, his aura appeared involuntarily around him, cloaking itself around him as if it was a quilt.
The deep purple color was slowly morphing as a new color was starting to overtake it.
After Felix ate the twins' remains, he didn't only get the cloning ability as he gained a ton of energy to fuel himself with.
He also gained energy from the former two kills, but it wasn't enough for him to break through yet. Only after he ate the twins' bodies, that changed.
Felix's transformation didn't get unnoticed as his aura created waves of energy through the whole space for around 600 kilometers, even pushing some nearby ships into each other and making them break and explode, reducing the enemy's fleet even further.
At this point, there wasn't much of a fleet to speak about anymore.
However, the biggest ships were still steady and watching everything unfolding from above, creating the illusion that the invaders didn't have any losses up til now.
Marquina and Binela looked at Felix, who was currently undergoing his aura evolution, Marquina was biting her lower lip as she asked Binela:
"Hey, old hag? Shouldn't we stop him from evolving? I know that we need to get his seed. But I feel rather threatened by the current fluctuations of his aura... he didn't even go through the evolution yet, and it feels like he could easily get rid of me."
Binela didn't say anything as she had her eyes glued on Felix's form and said:
"Do you know how stronger would a baby made from him would be if he was at the orange aura level when we mated with him?"
Marquina shook her head. She herself wasn't at the orange aura level, so how could she know?
"Well, the qualitative difference would be like a serf of our planet and Marshallo."
Marquina's eyes widened in shock as she looked at Felix's figure and asked:
"But you should have realized by now that he doesn't have any thoughts about mating with us..."
"I know... this is why I have an idea."
Marquina looked at Binela. She could see that her eyes seemed to not have the fire that indicated she wanted to continue fighting. What was exactly her idea?
What could she do to end things peacefully? And even if she did, what about Marshallo and the twins? After all, they had been sent here to conquer the planet and its inhabitants.
