I have Nine Lives

Chapter 178: The war (5)

Chapter 178: The war (5)

Felix knew that stance. It wasn't a counter stance. It was the damage accumulating stance that Lindo once used against him in training!

He found it strange that she knew the same technique as Lindo...

But because he knew the technique, he also knew that it would be rather dumb to attack her normally as she would be able to accumulate all of the damage he did to her as energy in her body and unleash it in one destructive attack that was hard to dodge.

In this situation, Felix needed to find a breakthrough point where her guard wasn't up and break her stance.

Thus making her unable to accumulate damage that she could throwback to him.

But how could he break her stance?

What he could see from the short distance away from her was a flawless stance with no openings.

He wasn't sure at all how to break it.

All he knew was that he couldn't attack her, and this led to another perilous situation. If he couldn't attack her, she could concentrate her strength and regain her stamina before entering her full power mode, making the fight even harder. He knew that this wasn't the full potential of Binela.

From his own analysis of the tissue that he digested from Marquina, he realized what type of race these 4 armed invaders were.

They could grow in strength accordingly to the opponents they fought as long as they survived long enough. In this regard, they were kind of similar to the current Felix but of lower quality.

Felix breathed in as he turned off all of his buff techniques for a second. His whole body became invisible in the darkness of space as he melded directly with his surrounding space making himself literally invincible.

With his current technique, he could meld with space and become intangible to others while also becoming invisible at the same time. It was a fusion of stealth and the new techniques he grasped from Vangar and Willie's energy controlling abilities.

Unfortunately, in this state, he couldn't attack anyone either.

However, this wasn't a technique meant for attacking.

Felix appeared in front of Binela, who still had her eyes tightly closed, and waited for Felix to attack her.

It was obvious from the small frown on her face that she was puzzled about why Felix didn't attack her. She had let down her guard and entered this stance which looked to be harmless on the surface. So she thought that she would be able to easily bait him into attacking her.

Felix put his intangible hand through her chest, making her feel as if something really cold entered her. She shivered unconsciously as she opened her eyes and looked around, feeling rather strange:

"What the hell is happening?"

It seemed that she hadn't fought such a technique before as she was clueless about what was happening to her now. She still thought that Felix was hiding in the darkness of space, so she wasn't sure why she was feeling that coldness in her chest.

"Come out!!"

Binela felt flustered as the coldness seeped into her body, but it didn't damage her at all. She felt very strange as she unleashed her full power, creating a supernova of energy that surrounded her, and blasted the surroundings until all of the surrounding stars exploded into space dust that drifted around.

She breathed roughly as she tried to see any signs of Felix but she became dispirited as she thought:

"Did he run away?"

But that dispiritedness became anger really quickly as she glared down at the planet that was still visible from the distance:

"If you don't come back, I will go and destroy your planet!"

Mating was a long endeavor for people of their race, and she didn't have much fertile time left. So if she didn't start a few days from now, she might not be able to get pregnant until she ran out of time.

This made her very angry as giving birth was something that all women of their race dreamed about. The stronger women actually envied the weaker ones that could get pregnant from males of their race.

"COME BACK HERE, YOU DAMN HUNK!"

"I NEED YOUR SEED!"

If things weren't awkward before, they were now. At least for Felix, they were.

But, it was obvious that her guard was very down right now, and her stance was also broken.

Meaning that Felix could attack without problems.

Felix broke away from his current invincible state as he appeared directly in front of her, stunning her because she didn't feel the power of time altering anymore, which took her by surprise.

How many of these types of techniques did he have??

Her head fell from her shoulders as she thought about that, Felix moved so quickly, and she was still rather angry, so before she could put her guard up and try to counterattack, Felix decapitated her.

Back in the ship, Marquina was clothing herself in a red armor similar to Binela's as she glared at the two silhouettes behind her then looked at the stationary one who didn't even look at what was happening with her while the duo played with her:

"Leader Seasquatch, couldn't you have helped me a little... you are so cold."

The silhouette didn't move nor did it say anything for a few seconds before it shook for a second, and he said incredulously as he looked at the revival spot where Marquina previously came from:

"Binela??"

Binela got up from her kneeling position as she glared at those surrounding her.

Marquina laughed as she used two of her arms to support herself while the other two were grabbing her stomach:

"Hahahaha, you old witch, it seems this young station is too wild for you to tame?"

Binela didn't say anything as she snapped her fingers and another armor similar to her former one covered her now naked body.

"You shut up, green bean. He just took me by surprise, that's all, his techniques are... peculiar to say the least."

The duo who ravaged Marquina asked at the same time in a unified voice:

"Hmmm? Peculiar techniques?"

Binela looked at them and snorted:

"I guess you two would be interested in that. After all, you are both fighting freaks."

"Yes, Yes we are, anyway, what kind of peculiar techniques are we talking about here?"

"Well for starters, he got a time-altering ability tied to his third eye..."

"And another ability that I couldn't really identify, but it seems he almost transcends our current space and enters another one... I'm not sure about it, but that's the one that took me by surprise."

"That sounds interesting, Mam. Do you mind if we go outside to tire him out for you?"

"Oh, no darlings... be my guests. I will join you after I recalibrate my strength with this new body. At least he doesn't know where we revive, or I and Marquina would have been in trouble."

The silhouette that shook beforehand and seemed to be the leader of the upper echelons asked:

"Is he really that strong that he would be able to ignore me and the twins? And even get rid of the two of you?"

"You will see Marshallo. You will see."

"That's not the appropriate answer, Binela."

"Oh come on, you can't go now, you know when you start fighting you don't stop until the opponent is transformed into a meat paste, please let the twins go and fight him as they are more technically advanced than us while only being a little weaker. They should be able to fight him properly and tire him out until we can tag team him..."

"If you say so... but you already praised him so much, It just gets my blood boiling!"

The whole spaceship started to shake as he said that, and the surrounding space in a small area around them started to distort as Marshallo was controlling his strength to not burst too hard, or else their fleet might just disappear.

"I guess we go, right?"

Marshallo didn't say anything as he leaned on a pillar. Only his silhouette was visible as he shook his head and waved his hand, indicating that they could leave.

The twins nodded and disappeared from the ship as they went towards the battlefield that Binela was formerly in.

They acted stealthily, unlike Marquina, and Binela as they disappeared.

Their stealth was quite of a high level as Felix had just finished Binela's corpse, and he didn't sense them until they were only a few tens of meters away from him!

He narrowed his eyes as he made himself look oblivious to their approach. He was just staying there as he seemed to be thinking about something while he looked in the direction of the ships, making it look as if he was pondering which ship was he going to attack.

"Bro, does it seem like he wants to bait us in?"

"Hmm... it's 50/50 on this one, this guy is a really good actor, it does seem as if he is checking out the ships, making it look like he is looking for Binela and Marquina, which shows that he knows we have multiple lives, but he could also have sensed us and put up a trap."

"So what do we do... do we attack?"

"No, not yet. Let's wait for a bit more time before we attack... or I think we will have more problems than grandma Binela had with him..."
