The Ouroboros queen swiftly flew into the tunnel, chasing the escaping goo, and found her two grand magus subordinates, Atika and Rictus. Both explained that they had been stopped by another grand magus who had just escaped moments ago.

"My apologies, my queen, we almost got him, but he ran," Atika said, frustration evident in her voice.

Hearing the identical features and fighting style, the Ouroboros queen speculated, "They are all clones. No wonder he was weak."

Once again they sensed the surge of power at the end of the tunnel; all three quickly flew towards its source. They arrived at the hidden facility and were startled to find two identical inhuman grand magus fighting against a ten-meter-tall figure with terrifying power.

The towering figure was a blend of both man and beast. Its muscular frame was cloaked in a mystical, shimmering fur that seemed to pulse with an inner light, each strand radiating an ethereal glow. The eyes of the beast burned with a luminescent intensity, casting an otherworldly light that pierced through the darkness. Its elongated snout was adorned with sharp, glistening teeth, each one capable of rending flesh with ease.

"Wolf? Is it Emery?!" Grand Magus Atika exclaimed, her voice trembling with shock and recognition as she sensed the familiar aura emanating from within the beast.

The Ouroboros queen's attention was drawn to the unique features of the beast. Beyond the glowing runes etched down its chest, there was one particular feature that stood out—a crimson horn growing from the top of its head. This feature confirmed the information she had once heard about the elven planet battle fifteen years ago.

"Star… devouring beast…" the Ouroboros queen murmured.

The three of them watched as the beast stomped through the chamber. Each step sent tremors through the ground, but despite its massive form, it moved with an otherworldly grace. The very fabric of space seemed to distort around it, allowing the beast to appear suddenly in front of one of its prey. With a swift, almost casual motion, its crystalline obsidian-like talons pierced the chest of the grand magus. The claws savagely tore through flesh and bone, ripping the grand magus apart in a brutal display of power.

SPLLATT!!!

"Did he just kill him? A three cosmos grand magus?!" Rictus exclaimed in disbelief.

The wolf beast let out a terrifying howl, its power continuing to surge as it rampaged through the chamber. It charged at the second grand magus figure with blinding speed, its claws ready to tear through its next target. The air crackled with energy, the sheer force of the beast's movement creating shockwaves that shook the entire facility.

However, as the beast closed in, the torn pieces of the first grand magus began to writhe and move. The shredded flesh and shattered bones transformed into a gooey mass, crawling across the floor with disturbing speed. The goo merged with the second grand magus, enveloping him in a sickening display. Flesh and goo fused together, reshaping into an even more grotesque form—a monstrous, disfigured entity that radiated dark, chaotic energy. The transformation pushed the combined entity to the mid-to-late stages of the three cosmos grand magus realm.

The newly formed abomination let out a guttural roar, its distorted features twisting in a grotesque mimicry of human expression. With the grand magus clones merged into one, it exhibited formidable battle power, capable of matching the wolf beast in combat. Its limbs morphed seamlessly into shields or blades, countering every attack with equal ferocity. Even when the beast managed to tear off a limb, the dismembered part would turn into goo, swiftly regenerating back into its original form.

Grand Magus Atika was eager to join the fight, but the Ouroboros Queen stopped her. The Queen wished to observe the battle a little longer and ordered Rictus to sneak to the other side to encircle the target slowly.

Meanwhile, the disfigured grand magus voice echoed through the chamber, dripping with malicious glee. "Hahaha! No wonder that girl is special!! Ohh! How I really want to experiment on you."

To everyone's surprise, the wolf beast suddenly paused, and in a broken, hoarse voice, it spoke, "The... girl... the... girl..." The words were guttural and strained, but they revealed that despite the beast's savage exterior, Emery's consciousness was still fighting to remain in control. The inhuman Grand Magus was amused, but as he was about to respond, he suddenly vomited blood. Despite his ability to regenerate, he still appeared gravely injured from the fights.

"I'd love to continue this little game," he rasped, "but it seems we have more uninvited guests."

Hearing this, the Ouroboros queen acted swiftly, charging forward with her two grand magus subordinates. The queen, known for her mastery over ice and domination spells, unleashed her instant [Sub Zero] spell, channeling frigid energy to freeze her adversary in place.

However, the inhuman grand magus was prepared. With a quick incantation and a sweep of his hands, he countered with [Earth Cloud Burst]. The spell merged earth and water elements into a torrential wave, intercepting the queen's ice and creating a barrier that blocked its advance. Simultaneously, Grand Magus Rictus, a master of stealth, moved silently behind the enemy. With lightning speed, he thrust his twin daggers into the grand magus' back. To his dismay, the blades seemed to sink into liquid mud, causing no real damage. Instead, the grand magus countered, the mud-like substance reacting violently and sending a shockwave that knocked Rictus back, injuring him.

Master Atika's blade cleaved through the air with a resounding crack, sending a powerful energy blast hurtling toward the inhuman grand magus blocking its path out of the chamber. With a swift and unexpected move, the grand magus dodged the attack and melted into the wall itself, disappearing from sight.

The wolf beast, fueled by rage and determination, lunged towards the section of the wall where the grand magus had vanished, its massive frame smashing into the stone with incredible force. The impact sent shards of rock and debris flying in all directions, but there was no sign of the grand magus—only the echo of his taunting voice reverberated through the chamber.

"You want to see the girl, come up and join the party," the voice echoed mockingly.

The mention of the girl further sent a surge of fury through the wolf beast. Despite the Ouroboros queen's urgent calls, Emery paid no heed, driven by a single-minded determination to find any answers. His primal instincts overwhelmed any semblance of reason as he continued to rampage through the walls, clawing and tearing at anything that stood in his way.
