Volume 2 Chapter 76: Procedure
It didn't take long for Keith's group to enter the bakery. The group was excited. Ruth greeted everyone, "Welcome to White Forest Bakery,"
Keith nodded. He turned to everyone.
"I've never seen a design like this," Julius was amazed. There was a soft light shining down on them. The interior was made using wood, white, and black materials.
Using them together created a warm atmosphere.
Keith smiled and explained, "Please pick up a tray in front of the door," There were trays set up as they entered the bakery.
"For the bread you want, please use the tongs provided in each display case," It was an easy way to get bread.
It was self-pick.
"I see," Cadmus smiled as he stared at the bread in wonder. He questioned Keith, "Why are there so many different kinds of bread?!"
Cadmus and the rest were shocked. There were many types of bread they had never seen before.
"Those are the bread you can eat right away. On the right column is an assortment of different types of savory foods. The left column is filled with sweet options."
"Sweets?!" The females were excited about this.
"Mmhmm. But the sweet option is limited because I haven't thought of what to add. Right now, we have apple jam bread, lemon bread, and condensed milk buns. There's also sponge cake as well." There were four options.
Their eyes sparkled when they heard that.
"What about the savory side?"
"For the savory selection, It is the same. There are four different types of sandwiches.. They are chicken sandwiches and egg salad sandwiches. There's also butter bread and a ham and egg sandwich."
"Oooh!"
"Please choose three you like," Keith smiled and left them to their devices. Julius and the rest were in awe about the selection.
It was hard to decide on what to choose.
Before long, they finished picking on what they wanted.
"What about the loaves?" Julius came here for that reason. Keith explained,
"It's right here," After looking at the selection from one side, it was time to go to the loaf selection.
"There are many different types of loaves,"
"You're limiting this to one per person?" Julius questioned. Those loaves were to die for. Keith nodded his head,
"If I allowed everyone to take more than two, it wouldn't allow others to taste it,"
"Fine," Julius had nothing to say. Everyone chose a loaf. Afterward, they went to Ruth,
"We can eat here as well?" Cadmus noticed the tables around. There were many customers sitting and eating.
"Mmhmm. After a customer paid for their bread, they could eat it there," Keith made an area for them to eat.
"Let's eat here some other time," Sophia nodded to her husband's words.
Cadmus and the rest brought their bread to the counter,
"Your total is 19 silver coins and 5 bronze coins," Ruth smiled as she calculated the cost.
"So cheap!"
Everyone was shocked about the cost. William tilted his head, "Are you sure you want to set the price like this, Keith?" The price of the bread was so cheap.
Anyone could buy it.
"Mmhmm, I'm sure. I want everyone to taste the bread," And I'm already making enough coins from it.
Keith calculated the prices. He knew he could charge much higher. But there was no need to. He wanted everyone to taste it.
He set the price fair enough for everyone to try. And he wasn't a fool. The price was enough to make him a profit.
"And look at the smiles," Keith stared at everyone eating at the tables. They were all smiles as they bit into the bread. This was the first time they had eaten something so delicious.
"Let's go now! I want to eat this bread!" They were so excited. Keith nodded, "Mother, I will stay to help out," He was the Boss.
He needed to be here to assist them.
"Alright! Stay safe!"
"Okay!"
Michael asked, "Keith, when can I get something to eat?"
"Later. When we see all the customers," Keith smiled.
"..." Did you see the line?! Michael looked at the line.
It seemed never-ending!
Logan scoffed, "Shut it, Michael. Since the young master said this, there's no need to worry!"
"Thank you, Logan. I'll also send some bread to the farm for you and the knights,"
"Thank you, Young Master!"
"Let's get to work!" I shouldn't be standing here any longer. He went to help out at the cashier.
