Chapter 14 - CRAZY MAN
"Shall we play a game tonight? Isn't this our first night?" Lucas smirked at Ellena. He wanted to see what the reaction of the woman in front of him would be like at this moment.
Ellena rolled her eyes perfectly, when she heard Lucas' words. Her face instantly stiffened, her hands seemed to tremble.
"Ha ha ha!" Lucas' laughter echoed through the hotel room. Turns out Ellena really is a very innocent woman, he thought.
"Why do you look so nervous, Elle?" Lucas still hadn't stopped teasing Ellena. In fact, it was quite obvious that Ellena was very frightened.
"Mr, I beg you, don't do that to me." Ellena didn't dare look at Lucas at all.
"What am I going to do to you, Elle? What are you thinking, huh?"
Ellena was getting more and more nervous by Lucas. She seemed at a loss for words to face the man in front of her.
Lucas was really good at turning things around and twisting conversations, so that it made Ellena seem like an idiot when she was around him.
"Why are you silent? Do you expect us to sleep in the same bed and—"
"No, Sir! I'll just sleep on the couch." Ellena then grabbed a pillow and ran towards the sofa.
However, legally and religiously, Lucas is Ellena's legal husband. The man was entitled to whatever Ellena had. It's just that they are bound by an agreement, so they can't do whatever they want, neither Lucas nor Ellena.
Even so, Ellena was still worried that Lucas would break the agreement.
Lucas laughed even more at Ellena's behavior.
'Looks like she will be a new toy for me' Lucas thought at that time.
Meanwhile, after landing her body on the sofa, Ellena tried to regain her breath which was slightly out of breath. It turned out that avoiding Lucas's madness had left him feeling quite exhausted.
"You are crazy man!" cursed Ellena very annoyed.
"Oh my God, why did I have to meet a man like that. What mistakes have I made in the past? Only a few hours living in the same room with him, already driving me crazy, especially if I have to stay a few months? Arrggh, I could have died at such a young age." Ellena hissed with a frustrated sigh.
Ellena took a deep breath, then lay down on the long sofa. She slowly closed her eyes, hoping she could sleep well tonight.
"Come on, Honey, don't be afraid! I'll do it gently. I will take you to soar above Nirvana. Makes you feel the pleasures of heaven on earth."
"N-no, Sir! Please, don't do it. I don't wanna do it. Didn't we promise not to?" Ellena sat up, then tried to avoid Lucas who was walking closer to her.
The man is not wearing clothes. He only wore a towel wrapped around his waist.
Ellena increasingly shifted her body to the end of the sofa with a face that looked very frightened.
"Mr, I beg you, don't do that to me!" Ellena panicked even more when Lucas was standing right in front of her. Sweat was dripping down her right and left temples. In fact, her eyes were already starting to tear up with tears.
"Why, Elle? Aren't we legal husband and wife? Fuck that deal, I really want you right now, Elle!" Lucas stared passionately.
"Nooo!" Ellena screamed as she dodged Lucas who was just about to put her down, until she groaned because she fell off the sofa.
"Ooooh!" Ellena groaned while holding her ass which hit the floor hard enough.
"Hey! You're so noisy, can't you sleep peacefully?"
The baritone voice instantly made Ellena jump, then turned to the source of the sound. However, she jumped even more, when she realized Lucas was lying on the bed with the blanket covering half of his body.
Ellena was slightly flabbergasted, then wiped her forehead which was slightly damp with sweat. She was still confused why Lucas was suddenly in bed, wasn't that man chasing him? Ellena's mind began to wonder.
"Or maybe ...." Ellena trailed off. "Or maybe I was just dreaming?" she continued later.
"Oh my God, what kind of dream is that? Can't there be a more beautiful dream than meeting that crazy man?" whispered Ellena annoyed.
"Go to sleep, don't try to disturb me!"
Again Lucas' voice made Ellena flinch. "All right, Sir. Sorry."
"Fortunately it was only a dream," whispered Ellena as she neutralized her feelings.
Ellena was about to get up from her seat. However, she was suddenly shocked to realize that something was different about her.
"Didn't I just not wear a blanket? Why am I suddenly wearing a blanket now?" Ellena looked at her part of her body which was perfectly wrapped by a thick white blanket.
In a panic, Ellena pulled the blanket slightly aside, peeking at her lower body. Instantly She breathed a sigh of relief, when she realized she was still fully clothed, with nothing missing.
"Huh, thank goodness … nothing happened." Ellena exhaled slowly.
However, she is still confused about who has been kind enough to cover her body? Is that Lucas? Her mind began to wonder.
It was impossible to dodge, since there was no one else but her and Lucas in the room, she thought.
Ellena then took a glass of drinking water on the table next to the sofa. She sipped the drinking water without pause, letting it run down her throat to quench her thirst.
Ellena glanced at the clock hanging on the wall in the room. The time is 02.00 in the morning. However, Ellena's eyes seemed reluctant to close again. She immediately got up and landed on the sofa.
She then took her cell phone which was located on the table, right next to the drinking water glass. Ellena immediately checked the cell phone. How she was very surprised to find so many missed calls. She had almost forgotten that all day she had deliberately turned off the ringing and vibrating of the cell phone.
There are 50 missed calls and 20 unread messages displayed on his phone screen. She immediately opened the notification, then widened her eyes when she found the name of Keenan's contact who had called and messaged her repeatedly.
"Oh my God, he must be really worried about me," Ellena whispered as she read a series of messages that Keenan had sent to her.
'Honey, where have you been?'
'Why haven't you picked up the phone from me all day?'
'Honey, are you all right?'
'Why didn't you reply to my message?'
'Honey, I'm worried. What really happened to you?"
'Dear ....'
'Dear .....'
'Dear ....'
"Huh! What should I do now?" Elena looked down wearily. To be honest, she still didn't dare to contact Keenan.
Before Ellena had finished ending her confusion, suddenly a phone call made her avert her eyes. Ellena was wide-eyed when Keenan's name appeared on the screen of her cellphone.. She was still unsure what to do, accept the call or just ignore it.
