Afterword

I remember starting out writing this book mid-COVID. I felt extremely isolated and depressed back then due to the lockdown, and I had a lot of free time on my hands—a time I spent reading tons and tons of novels and books. However, after reading for a while, there is one genre I found lacking. The competitive eSports book genre. I've always been a fan of gaming, so I thought if I cannot read one, why not just create one? That is how this book came to be.

Initially, it was merely a pastime for me. However, the desire to share my profound love for this narrative with a wider audience quickly took hold, prompting me to begin sharing the story online. Despite the initial shortcomings in grammar (owing to not being a native English speaker), the audience resonated with my work and the tale I crafted. The positive feedback and appreciation from readers served as a source of immense joy and motivation for me. It fueled my passion for writing, driven by the goal of bringing happiness to others through my storytelling.

I took a hiatus following the lifting of the lockdown because I was occupied with other responsibilities, which left me with limited time to dedicate to updating my work. However, a persistent yearning lingered within me—a sense of something missing, a craving to share my story with a wider audience.

It wasn't until nearly a year later that I returned to writing, and I think it is for the best since I've improved so much compared to back then. Also, I can confidently say that I will be finishing this story, whatever it takes. Therefore, I hope you guys can accompany me on this journey of mine till the very end, and I eagerly anticipate sharing another tale I'm currently crafting that will greatly complement my first one.
