Chapter 107: Chapter 107: True Siren

[3rd POV] [1 week later]

An entire week had passed since she had stopped the bombing, and a few things had happened.

For one, Ethan had been sent to prison, as you'd expect. The man had several layers of protection placed on him, just to make sure Maxwell Lord doesn't kill him. With his daughter having been healed by Talia at her first opportunity.

Secondly, Cat returned from her trip to find out about what happened with Carter. But most of her anger went out of the window, after Carter showed her the signed note and bracelet Solaris had given him. Something that no one in the world had, besides him. And something that made Cat a lot less mad, especially when she found out Supergirl had also signed the paper. How? Talia had told Kara, and Kara liked the idea, so she signed it too.

So, Kara got off with nothing but a small glare from Cat, and nothing else.

Speaking of Kara, the woman was acting...a bit differently. After she had realized that she was...very much in love, or at had a crush on, Talia, she began to give her small glances and looks far more often. Something Talia had noticed immediately, but didn't comment on, wanting the girl to understand her own feelings first, just as she had done for Hope.

After realizing that she had been neglecting the girls a bit, she ended up taking each of them on a nice and enjoyable date, before taking them back and having some fun, both individually with them, and with all three of them at the same time. Something all parties enjoyed thoroughly.

Talia, during this week, had focused even more on saving others, taking down criminals, and destroying crime rings of all kinds. So much so, that she ended up completing a few subquests.

1,000 Criminals Defeated - 5 Levels

The title she got was...neat.

[Hero - The user has saved more than 1000 innocents! Thus, they are deemed a true hero worthy of the title. When saving others, the users attributes are strengthened by 10%. For every 10,000 beings saved, this boost is strengthened by 5%]

She had also gotten an item, a very very very good one. One that she wasn't going to consume until she gets the last Siren power.

[Blood of the Destroyer - Blood that belongs to the Destroyer, one of the most powerful beings in Borderlands, and an unknown and potentially eldritch entity. When consumed, all Siren powers will be strengthened by 5x. When consumed, the users physical attributes will be strengthened by 50%. The user has the potential to develop a concept related to the creature in the future. Potential to ??????? into a ??????? in the future]

The item she ended up getting from reaching level 70, was a decent enough item.

She ended up equipping the item, due to it being an item from a different game. A rather powerful shield, for the current world, especially considering one of the main attacks of a Kryptonian, is through lasers/heat vision.

Roughly half way into the week, her Prestige Vampire Dungeon had officially been unlocked. Something she took full advantage of, and immediately began to explore.

All the vampires within the dungeon, were double their previous age, and in the case of the vampires up until Supreme Vampires, there was double what their previous numbers were, sometimes more.

Middle Rank: 5001-20000

High Rank: 20001-50,000

Supreme Rank: 50,001-100,000

Lord Rank: 100,001-200,000

There also seemed to be no Vampire Goddess or anything like that, and no restrictions on her magic or anything similar. Meaning...it was immensely easy to wipe out the first three levels of vampires within a couple of days, while also gaining a mass influx of even more familiars. She had her own massive army of over 22,500 Low Level vampires, enough to slaughter entire cities with ease. She had gotten to 7,500 Middle Level Vampires, and 1,500 High-Level Vampires.

With this mass slaughter of Vampires, she had gotten...a lot of levels. She went from levels 74 and 63, to levels 99 and 85 had amassed an immense increase in age, more than doubling it.

Her current age was a massive:

Through this, she ended up getting more items, and her last siren abilities. Both of which were...powerful.

[Gun - Infinity (BL2): It's closer than you think (No it isn't). The Infinity fires bullets in an infinity pattern and consumes no ammo]

[Gun - Unkempt Harold (BL3): I wasn't counting either. Shoots 3 Gyrojets that split into a row of 7 Gyrojets. Gyrojets explode on impact and deals Splash Damage]

[Siren Power 6 - Phaseorbit is a rather simple, and yet immensely useful and potentially powerful ability. It allows the siren in question to control and manipulate the motion, and trajectory of objects and people. Through this, the sirens of old dubbed it "Phaseorbit" due to their tendency to keep objects in an "Orbit" around them, launching them at immense speeds at others]

[Siren Power 7 - Phaseboost is an immensely powerful ability, and one that "Should never be found" due to it's simple power, of boosting the siren powers by an absolutely monstrous amount, dozens, if not hundreds of times over. It is effectively the "energizer" of the group. This "Energy" can be used to power a host of things, and mimic other natural energies, such as Electricity. The true limits of this power is not defined, and must be trained] Gaining all 7 powers had come with another power once she hit level 90, and a rather interesting revelation. Which included a title and new power.

[True Siren - The powers that sirens use, were once a singular being, a...God of sorts. When all housed within one being, all Siren powers are massively increased, unlocking further abilities, and combinations not possible before. The "Phaseboost" was in essence, the power source of said being. Now that the host has gained all the powers of the Sirens, and the First Siren, the user has gained access to the final Siren Power, and the one that the Siren was originally born with, before developing the rest. All Siren powers are 25x stronger, and the true might of Phaseboost is unlocked, granting this energy to all the Siren powers, boosting them even further by another 25x. The user is now such being, and thus, is by Borderlands standards, the "True Siren" also known as the "Siren Goddess" or "God Siren". Through this, the user has the potential to develop concepts related to the users siren

[Phasewarp - The true power of the first siren, and the most powerful of the bunch, only accessible once the user has all the other sirens abilities. Phasewarp allows the user to "Warp" and "Change" reality on a local level. The limits of this power is that it does not work on fully sentient beings, and cannot simply "Create" objects, as it is not on the level of True Reality Manipulation, thus, magical objects, and certain metals, items, etc, cannot be created (yet). This power, and the Siren Power as a whole, will grow alongside the user. Also has teh passive effect of granting the user high resistance to Reality Manipulation of others] With this new power, Talia was...excited. Reality manipulation, even if on a minor level, was...incredibly powerful. She had taken the liberty of trying it, and it was...amazing. Her Siren tattoo's glowed with a deep golden light when using the power, and had been quite the new addition. Changing the very makeup of reality around her, all with nothing but a bit of a golden glow, and a slight drain on her "Siren Energy" as she had dubbed it.

Besides ascending into a "True Siren" which had been a new species as well, Talia had begun

to focus on her Sword Saint class again, as she wanted to get to 10 Stars, something no other Sword Saint had accomplished, and something she wanted to try. It had been...slow going so far, that was for sure.

She had of course, made sure to consume the Blood of the Destroyer, which had massively strengthened her Siren power even more.

At the moment, however, Talia was looking down with a grin, as a Supreme level Vampire familiar kneeled in front of her, as she felt the age enter her, while a notification glared in

front of her.

[11th Siren Item]

[Gun - Free Radical (BL3): Don't be so negative. Shoots energy orbs that deal Shock Splash Damage. Each Hit spawns a homing bullet that can only home in on the hit target. Homing

bullets don't deal Splash Damage]

Looking at the three options, Talia deapdanned "Yeah, like that's a difficult choice" Talia

said, as she selected Kaiju.

[Kaiju (Godzilla) - Kaiju are, in essence, large, and immensely powerful monsters. Through this class, the user is now one such monster. Every level massively increases the users strength, durability, regeneration, and all physical attributes. Due to the amount of Kaiju subspecies (such as Ghidorah's, Godzilla, etc) the user will develop the species and powers of 1 Godzilla monster every 25 levels. This comes with all the power of those Kaiju. Every level increases the powers of the Kaiju species that the user receives. Every level increases the users natural dominance over lesser creatures. Class may evolve further in the future]

Talia grinned slightly as she read the Kaiju species she would receive. One that she found that

suited her a good bit, and one of her favorites. Afterall, there's only one place within Kaiju hierarchy that is worthy of her, and that is the King.

Opening her mouth, Talia spoke.

"Assimilate system"

As she uttered those words, everything went dark, as her familiars disappeared, and her body

began to change.

And making those Siren powers was...hard, but I got it after a little while. And Kaiju is the next

class! It'll be her best class by FAR in terms of physical strength, with her super strength now being strengthened massively, to the point that her strength can even contend with that of

Kryptonians. Question: would y'all want "Interlude" chapters? As in chapters for things like the thoughts

of others, small dates with the girls, and basically just character development stuff? The interlude chapters would be anywhere from 500-750 words (sometimes longer). Basically, just shorter side chapters for character development, that'll be released alongside the main chapter. Y'all would get both the main chapter and interlude ahead of others, as they'll be released together when I do make them.

I was thinking of doing this, as I don't really like making entire 1000+ word chapters for dates,

and this could be a good way of doing it. They'll also not entirely be necessary to be read, if you don't want to.

All these guns are going to be important later on, and will be used quite a bit down the line,

promise. Lena will NOT be a love interest for Talia, but instead a good friend to her, probably her best.

She'll get her own love interest, and might even travel the multiverse with them for a bit. Who

do you guys think would be a good love interest for Lena?

Sorry to those that wanted that to happen, but I don't want to overwhelm myself with too

many love interests. 5 is my limit for this one, lol.

Next chapter will be roughly the same length, have more happening, and will be covering

more.
