Chapter 103: Power Boons As Present (4/4), Departing
Chapter 103: Power Boons As Present (4/4), Departing
"Master, you...." Ruan helplessly smiled as she slumped on the ground and lay flat. "I can't anymore."
"One more round, Master," Ying said while gritting his teeth as he conjured a pair of gauntlets and smacked them as a metallic flare burst from them and he shot towards Aleron.
Aleron grinned and calmly side-stepped at micro-movement management while his hand deflected the incoming attack perfectly.
Jiang roared before he jumped and smashed down with his fist with a giant lightning hammer The conjured above it.
Aleron swiftly did a sweep kick on Ying's right deflecting his attack before pushing him up and smashing a palm on his chest as he directly flew toward Jiang.
Meanwhile, Lee arrived with a burning dragon kick towards Aleron after coming out from a crater he was shot into.
*Tringgg....*
Liang used her Guqin and added her waves of attack to disrupt Aleron's senses and interfere with his body's wavelength to disrupt coordination, but Aleron wasn't affected even if he didn't actively try to resist it.
*Boom!*
Ying and Jiang's attack crashed into each other, but Aleron's eyes flashed as he saved Ying by creating a Magilore coating around him or he would have been seriously injured.
"Master Ale, your combat sense is terrifying," Liang wryly smiled.
"It's crazy!" Ruan cried out. "You were hit by us several times at first, but then it's like you suddenly go so much better."
"It's thanks to my job class, Primordial Genome Whisperer," Aleon laughed and said, "I wasn't this good before and I did improve just now while sparring with you five. My physical body is coordinating in an unbelievable way. Fast and precise."
He waved his hand, putting all five of them in a healing bubble using Magilore, and added, "Recover and rest before doing your own things. I will contact you all later."
"Okie, master," Ruan said with a grin. "Thank you for the sparring."
The others also thanked as Aleron smilingly nodded and left.
Just as he arrived on the terrace, Yueha's bloodline cocoon broke as it started turning into motes and vanishing.
Yueha emerged with an aura far more powerful than before, her stats boosted with the Bloodline's passive status bonus, and she also appeared even more beautiful than she was before.
"Master," Yueha brightly smiled and arrived before Aleron in the blink of an eye before wrapping her arms around his neck and kissing him, "Thank you so much."
Aleron smiled as he held her waist and pulled her close, causing Yueha's eyes to brighten at his proactive move.
"You look mesmerizing."
Yueha blushed and buried her face on Aleron's shoulder with a hug, "Hehe, thank you for praise."
*Crak...*
Yeuha walked to Aleron's side and saw other cocoons crackling as Darzax, Riki, and Mei emerged with their bloodline successfully awakening.
Fang was still in the cocoon as he was late to the Bloodline.
"Alright, it's time to choose your job class now," Aleron said as he showed them the list of the remaining job classes again.
After half a minute, everyone had decided on what they wanted and made their choices.
Yueha and Mei didn't choose any as none were suitable for her. Aleron was going to summon more Job classes because these boons were absolutely awesome and powerful, so they would pick later.
Riki wanted Zontheos Mechanic. It was a Special-order job class, just below Supreme-order and Unique-order. Since it involved esoteric knowledge of unique craftsmanship, including weapons, he wanted to explore new paths for his swordsmanship with it.
Not to mention, his new Bloodline gave him quite the prospects in terms of new powers.
As for Darzax, he was most suitable to take on the most powerful Job class available in the list, Mystic Glyph Sage-the only Unique-order job class.
Once everyone was finally done with this, Aleron sent them to explore their job classes and bloodline powers.
This island was already too weak for them, so they decided to explore other nearby islands while fighting monsters in them.
According to the map constantly filling up by Insanguis the Anglerfish, who was roaming around the waters through the realm and charting the sea and island ways alike, the base island where their necropolis was situated had fifteen big and small islands in the surroundings within a 1000-kilometer radius.
Yueha and others went to different islands to explore individually.
Shortly after that, Rias and Roxen also woke up.
Aleron met up with them and left the Eldertide Archipelago as they arrived back in the city.
"Rias, we are not staying here longer," Aleron said with a thoughtful expression. "We have to hurry towards the Lightdust Academy. I wanted to take my time, but Goddess Elysia won't give me that luxury."
Rias sighed, "So she will really do that...if so, then let's hurry."
"I don't want to believe it, but I have no other choice but to believe," Roxen weakly smiled and nodded at Aleron, "let us depart."
Aleron had already created a portal above the city, created the super defensive formation, and stationed the Xorg Guardians. He was done with this city that housed one of the highest populations of humans as it was now under his domain.
But to become a warlord, he needed the support of 70% of the 'population' of the whole Ardentia world! That didn't just include humans, but also demons of the Demonic continent and Beastfolks of the Northern Star Continent.
'One step at a time. Once I finish absorbing all knowledge in Lightdusk academy, I'll contact Arran'tel to see how it is going in the Northen star continent while I should go to the Demonic continent next.'
Inside the fast-moving carriage that was flying instead of wheeling due to Aleron's conjuring wings for it, Aleron appeared in deep thought.
Roxen was having fun flying the carriage outside while Rias was silent inside the carriage, just looking at Aleron who looked thoughtful.
After a few minutes, Rias finally asked, "Ale, what are you thinking?"
"I am looking at the 1500 kilometers around us," Aleron said with a grin while his eyes remained glazed with blue light and in focus. "I am stationing the Xorg guardians at villages and towns, while also marking the people with red and black marks so the Xorgs can capture
them."
Since his Monitor Dome had spread to 1500 kilometers, he could teleport anywhere within this range. As such, he was sending out Xorgs.
According to the rules, he couldn't directly harm or affect people, but his Xorgs were
different!
Even though he couldn't punish the people, he could order others to do it.
Moreover, the demons could invade anytime, so if he stationed Xorgs at all villages and towns, they could be safe because his Xorgs had stats above Exceed-rank.
For smaller villages, he stationed a single Xorg.
For medium-sized villages, he stationed two Xorgs.
For big villages, he stationed three Xorgs.
For towns, he stationed four to ten Xorgs depending on the town's size.
"People are panicking, but it can't be helped," Aleron sighed. "I have to station Xorgs on the
continent as fast as possible."
"Mhmm...I will not disturb you," Rias said as she bit her lips seeing Aleron's eyes constantly flashing and appearing glazed as his mind was fully focused on work.
'He is working too hard. I want to help...'
