Chapter 16 Bloody War With The Merfolk - [1]
[Some time later]
I was there, on the top floor of my imposing stone castle. Clad in a full suit of iron armor, I felt invincible. The only illumination in the surroundings came from the torches on the walls and the light that reflected off my own armor, along with the gauntlet in my hand adorned with a glowing red gem.
I approached the balcony, revealing my entire territory, now surrounded by tall walls and skillfully crafted traps. I raised my voice, filling the place with my determination and power.
The crystal gem shimmered and emitted a wave of light that spread in all directions.
"Those who are against me shall perish!" I proclaimed loudly and boldly. My words echoed through the walls, resonating in every corner of the castle. It was a call to battle, a warning to those who dared to defy me.
At that very moment, my small army of armed elves positioned themselves before me. Each of them wielding iron swords and clad in armor made from the resilient skin of monsters, as well as stone spears. They raised their spears to the sky, exalting my leadership with a resounding cry: "Long live the EMPEROR!!"
I was engulfed by a sense of pride and confidence. My followers were ready to fight by my side, dedicated to fulfilling my orders without question. However, in this moment of euphoria, a group of naked women approached me and embraced me from behind, teasing me with their words. "Let's play a little longer, my love!" they exclaimed enthusiastically.
Here were all the women I've dated since coming into this world, everyone I've raped, they're now my servants, their lives only useful when they're receiving my violent thrusts into their tight pussy.
I took a deep breath, knowing that the true challenge awaited me beyond the castle walls. "When I return from war, we will play a lot," I replied, promising moments of pleasure that would be postponed in favor of the ambition that guided me.
I left the women behind and, with the grace and agility provided by my armor, leaped into the air, floating slowly towards the ground. Using the power of the gauntlet adorning my hand, I controlled my weight and landed gracefully before my army.
I looked to the side and signaled one of my men to raise the main gate of the castle. With skillful movements, he began turning a small device, and the gate slowly started to rise, revealing the path to battle.
With me at the forefront, the army marched in unison towards the nearest village. Every step we took echoed power and domination. My objective was clear: to conquer and dominate, whoever does not join me will be killed and whoever kneels will be rewarded.
As we marched, I led with confidence, firmly gripping my pistol. My heart pulsated with the certainty of victory, and the warriors around me followed with determination. The world was at my mercy, and the neighboring village would be just the first step in my journey to conquer all the kingdoms of the world.
War was approaching, and I was ready to face any adversity. I knew the battles would be bloody and relentless, but there was no room for fear in my heart.
As we advanced towards the tribe, we reached a river, but my determination remained unwavering. The roar of the water and the violent current seemed to challenge our progress, but I didn't back down. We would cross this river no matter the cost.
Reaching the bank, I could feel the sinister presence emanating from the murky waters. Before I could react, a monster emerged, its shiny scales reflecting the light. It was a terrifying creature, with sharp fangs and powerful claws.
Without hesitation, I raised my hand, the magical gauntlet shining brightly. Using its powers, I created a paralyzing energy web towards the monster. The moment the spell hit it, the creature became immobilized, unable to move or react.
The monster roared like a lion, staring at me, and quickly with my other hand, I wielded my energy pistol, a technologically advanced weapon capable of launching powerful concentrated energy projectiles.
Seeing this scene, the monster's courage vanished, and what remained was an almost human expression of fear.
"ZIOONNN!"
With precision and agility, I fired at the monster, hitting its weak points. The creature emitted a agonizing cry as the energy penetrated its body, and within seconds, the defeated monster fell inert.
Green blood gushed out, but it didn't drop a single item.
The scene was swift and clean, without the need to involve my small army in the battle. Thanks to the power of my gauntlet and the precision of my energy pistol, I had faced and eliminated the monster alone. The rest of my army watched, impressed by the power the crystal provided me.
After the creature's death, the river regained its serenity, and the waters flowed peacefully again. I crossed the river, leading my army, while the monster's body floated adrift. Victory was ours, and I continued to guide my army with unwavering confidence.
We pressed forward, stronger and more determined than ever.
As we approached the village, my expectations grew. In the distance, I saw the outlines of the buildings, and the information I had received was correct: the village resembled that of the elves, which we had already conquered. However, some differences were noticeable. The walls surrounding the village were made of wood, not as imposing as the stone ones I was accustomed to seeing. Additionally, I could distinguish the guards on the walls, holding wooden spears instead of steel weapons.
With curiosity and a firm expression, I observed the small village of fishmen, similar to tritons, from our elevated position. Approaching the cliff, I stopped to observe the details. The village stretched along the coast, with rudimentary-looking houses built mainly with shells and seaweed.
The structures were adapted to the aquatic environment, featuring organic and sinuous shapes, with curved roofs resembling seashells. The walls were made of natural materials such as coral and moss-covered stones, giving a sense of harmony with the ocean.
The landscape was punctuated by underwater gardens filled with multicolored algae and lush corals. Tropical fish swam gracefully among the marine plants, adding a touch of life and color to the scene. The inhabitants of the village, fishmen resembling tritons, moved with grace, their tails elegantly undulating as they carried out their daily tasks.
