Chapter 476 473- God Race And Devil Race
Ling Tian was in the sky scanning the crowd of disciples down below.
His heart was filled with both anger and frustration.
Soon, his gaze stopped on a figure that was trying to blend into the crowd as much as possible.
But despite the hood hiding their appearance, Ling Tian knew exactly who this person was.
In a fit of rage and worry, he bolted toward this person.
On the ground, Li Shen looked at Yang Su and asked.
“Yang Su, what do you mean, is that person your older brother?”
Everyone in the group heard this and they all turned to look at Yang Su.
Yang Su nodded and said.
“He looks slightly different, but I’m sure that’s him.”
While Xian was smiling off to the side, Mu Fan glanced at Yang Su’s brother in the air and scowled.
“His hair is ever redder than yours, how revolting.”
Jun frowned and elbowed Mu Fan to shut up.
As Yang Su continue to look at his brother he started to become more agitated.
He was skeptical of Xian’s words before but now that he saw his brother he was overcome with emotions.
Yang Su suddenly stood up.
“Are you going up there?”
Li Shen asked.
Yang Su nodded.
Li Shen glanced at Yang Su’s bother who was still looking in their direction, before saying.
“Okay, I’ll come with you.”
Li Shen stood up as well.
Yang Su turned to Li Shen and nodded with a smile on his face.
Everyone watched as the two were about to fly into the air, however, before they could leave the ground, Ling Tian’s figure suddenly shot towards the ground.
His action was sudden that it caught everyone's attention. But he didn’t care, he only want to get to his sister Ling Xia.
He wouldn’t mind if she had sneaked out and gone somewhere else, but why did she come here?
Well, Ling Tian knew why she came here, it was the same reason he and many others came here.
God Qi.
Ling Tian was on the verge of a breakthrough into the Soul Transformation Realm, with it, he would be able to smoothly breakthrough. And in the future, it could increase his chances of opening his first Heavenly Palace and entering the Heavenly Palace Realm.
He really couldn’t care about building a solid foundation at the moment. With Long Feng’s appearance here, that means their location has been discovered.
If the Tang Royal Family were to ever find them when he was this weak, then his sister would be in danger when if she marries that son-of-bitch.
If Ling Tian could change their fates, then he would. But this was the only way for them to return to the Central Continent.
Speaking of Long Feng, the latter was actually in the crowd of disciples down below.
He was excessively casual as he leaned against the wall at the back of the hall while snacking on a few Soul Nourishing Pills to the shock of the surrounding disciples.
Lan Yu Ze and Little Xiao were next to him.
Following the other disciples in the crowd, he also looked up at Ling Tian flying down. But he snorted and then looked away while saying.
“Idiot.”
At the same time, the figure on the throne glanced toward Ling Tian and his body suddenly stopped in the air unable to move.
Ling Tian frowned and glance at the figure on the throne. Everyone followed his gaze, realizing he didn’t stop voluntarily.
The figure opened his mouth and said.
“I don’t permit anyone to interact with these disciples. I’m sure you’re here looking for a solution to your problem, and so did your sister when she came here. Please head back to your position so I can explain who I am and why I summon you all here.”
Everyone was confused by those words, but Ling Tian’s expression changed when he heard them.
He looked at this figure on the throne with a bit of wariness, before he reluctantly turned and flew back to his position.
Ling Xia in her male disguise lifted her head to look at her brother from under her hood, but eventually looked away.
She made up her mind, and she decided to come here.
In response to this, Yang Su suddenly became dejected.
“It looks like we won’t be able to see your brother for now.”
Li Shen said, however, Fang Chen suddenly said.
“What is he doing?”
Upon hearing his words, everyone turned to see that Yang Su’s brother suddenly began floating down slowly. It looked like he was heading towards them.
“Hey, who is that guy?”
“Looks like he’s from the Fire Empire, I wonder if he thinks he can do whatever he wants in a place like this too.”
“I hope he gets killed like how they killed my Sect members.”
Yang Su’s brother’s actions caused quite a commotion. He was directly going against this figure's words, but he seemed not to care.
Ling Tian and Fu Wei looked toward Yang Su’s brother, as well the three Demonic Talents.
They all recognized him, he was their enemy and ally respectfully.
“That Gu Min is still as arrogant as ever.”
The only female of the Demonic Talents said with a cold tone.
She had devilish eyes, and a physique slender that was highlighted by her tight robes.
The burly young man next to her chuckled and said.
“When was he not?”
The scholarly-looking young man next to them nodded.
Even though Gu Min had left their Demonic Cult to join the Fire Empire, at the very least the two young men still look up to his strength.
He was the last among them to be given the title of Demonic Talent, but he was the strongest and had the arrogance to match.
Fu Wei soon looked away from Gu Min while Ling Tian snorted.
They along with everyone assumed correctly that Gu Min would be stopped by the figure.
The figure on the throne glanced at Gu Min and his figure came to a grinding halt in the air as Ling Tian did.
However, a loud bang echoed and the void around Gu Min distorted.
After the distortion quickly faded, Gu Min’s figure was seen descending slowly once again. He didn’t even so much as glance at the figure on the throne.
Everyone was startled at this scene.
Who knows what kind of power this figure held to stop someone with merely a glance, but who was Gu Min to nullify his power with such ease?
Ling Tian's gaze darted back to Gu Min and a solemn expression appeared on his face.
That barrier was made from Heavenly laws, but it didn’t feel like it was created by a Soul Transformation Realm cultivator. Ling Tian would know since he was close to reaching that realm.
But even so, if he wanted to he could have pushed past the barrier. Just that with his cultivation suppressed he would have needed to release his sword Martial Spirit to do so.
But Gu Min easily did it.
“Gu Min, don’t force my hand.”
The figure on the throne said in a calm voice.
Goo Min still didn’t glance at him and even ignored the fact that this person knew his name.
Though he did open his mouth to say calmly.
“I haven’t seen my little brother in ten years. Even if you were an actual False God from the Celestial Realm instead of a thief, you still couldn’t stop me from meeting him.”
Everyone was dumbfounded and slightly confused by Goo Min’s words.
However, a few people had different here had reactions.
Long Feng who was all relaxed suddenly stiffen before looking at the figure on the throne with a shocked look.
“Is he… Is he actually from that place?”
Meanwhile, Jun and Fang Chen paused and looked at Gu Min with suspicion when they heard him mentioning the 'Celestial Realm.'
Li Shen titled his head. His reaction was because Gu Min mentioned 'False God.'
After Gu Min said those words, the figure on the throne narrowed his eyes, but no one could see that he did.
He then looked at Gu Min deeply, but his gaze seemed to pass through him and land on something inside of him.
The figure snorted and then said derisively.
“Just a remnant soul from the vile Devil Race.”
The figure raised one finger from the throne’s armrest and pointed at Gu Min.
Bang!
Immediately, terrifying ripples that felt like they could crush a small mountain appeared around Gu Min to block his descent once more.
For the first time, Gu Min turned to look at the figure on the throne. Then suddenly his ruby-red eyes and crimson-colored hair burst into flames.
Two illusory red horns and a halo appeared above his head before he spoke. However, the voice that came out of his mouth did not sound like it belong to Gu Min. It was too ancient.
“And you’re just a thief from the cowardly God Race.”
Bang!
The terrifying ripples that appeared around Gu Min to stop him were instantly ripped to shreds by an equally terrifying force.
Gu Min then glanced away from the figure on the throne before continuing his decent; his appearance slowly returned to normal as he did.
“If you want to talk to your Senior and Junior Brother and Sisters, you can since you might not be able to soon.”
This time it was Gu Min speaking.
When everyone heard him, they looked towards the figure on the throne to see him place a hand under his chin.
“I permit it.”
With that, some disciples on the ground fly up into the air and some disciples in the air flew down to the ground.
