The Female Cultivator In The World Of Men

Chapter 68 - You Are Too Blinding

"Why are you silent?" Le fang Ling could not take the siècle of Nagina anymore as they walked back to their residential quarters.

"Hey, I am talking to you, little lady." Nagina tapped the snake that was lost in its own world and dozing off on her shoulder.

Nagina who was thinking about various things, snapped back to reality when she was suddenly tapped by Le fang Ling.

"Hiss~~" She produced a low hissing sound at Le Fang ling to show that she was angry and startled by what she just did.

"I am thinking something right now." Nagina looked away from Le fang Ling's face as quickly as possible. She was still trying to solve the data malfunction she was having.

"And trying to fix a bug in my system." She notified her before once again falling silent.

"Oh, okie.." Le Fang Ling simply nodded her head and agreed with her.

Maybe AIs needed some time off for themselves as well.

As for Nagina, she was having a lot of emotional imbalance which she dictated as a result of virus infection of some sort.

Happiness, expectation, anxiety, sadness and finally relief..

All these were foreign data that she absolutely was not supposed to have. She was not some kind of love making system or dating system.

She was a pure full blooded cultivation leveling system who had done lots of things before, although she could not remember any of her memory of serving under any host.

'Maybe it's a bug that I cannot retrieve the data and document from the past host and missions or that part of my memory is lost.' Nagina thought about the possibility of what could have happened.

It was still weird that she had no idea about any other entity who could have made her.

Nagina at this moment was going under self-reflection and trying to fix the problem because she did not want to be affected by every little thing that her host said and did.

"It's fine." Le Fang ling sighed as she took Nagina on her palm.

She could sense the uneasiness and stress in Nagina; therefore she decided to help the little cutie.

"Tell me exactly what your problem is." She proposed to help her to the best of her limits.

"I..I actually do not know." Nagina simply let out a dejected hiss and slumped down on her palm looking as pitiful as she could.

"Oof.." Le Fang ling smiled softly, her eyes softening at the little creature on her palm who looked troubled as if the world's entire problem had befallen her.

"Do not burn your brain matters trying to solve a  problem that you don't even know." She said to Nagina as she poked her head with her finger.

"If it's something you can not understand yet, wait for time to help you understand the things naturally." She smiled, her eyes squinting in a joyful bow.

"Wait.." Le Fang ling suddenly stopped smiling and looked at Nagina with a flabbergasted expression.

"What's wrong?" Nagina was also alerted when her host suddenly stopped speaking.

"You.." Le fang ling snapped at Nagina out of nowhere.

"Me what?"

"You are a genius." Le Fang ling giggled as she twirled around looking at Nagina.

"???"

"Say what?" Nagina was a little confused. She was not following where this thing was going on. A moment ago, they were silent and then quarrelling and  out of nowhere, Le Fang Ling was proclaiming her as genius?

Did she miss something when she was trying to figure out things?

Seeing the dumbfounded expression on her face,  Le Fang Ling could not help but laugh out joyfully. Her laugh echoed in the silent alley way they were walking in at the moment.

"When I said that time and experience with the thing will teach everything to you, I realized how needlessly I have been worrying about the problem of mine."  Le Fang Ling paused to look at the petals of the falling cherry blossom.

After looking at the scene for some time, she continued walking like before.

After chatting with Elder Lin for a while and after asking her about the yin-yang constitution of the body, Le Fang Ling more or less had the idea about what it was.

But there was one thing that was bugging her from the moment she heard them.

How was she supposed to cultivate with a body that had yin-yang constituent; something that only appeared only once in a thousand year?  To make matter worst, there was no proper manual or nay secret art or any scroll from an old grand Daoist who had techniques to cultivate efficiently with a yin-yang body.

"Ah, so that was what you were thinking about?" Nagina recalled the session with Elder Lin and at the moment she was replaying them on the back of her screen so as to see the details of the conversation.

"Yes, and guess what I found out." She gave a suspicious look to Nagina as if she had  some really great secret hidden inside her  sleeve.

"What?" Nagina asked without much enthusiasm. She could easily find the answer if she was to connect her  thoughts with Le fang ling's thought but due to the recent incident, she was still hesitating to do it.

She did not want Le fang Ling to hear her messed up thoughts.

"If there isn't any manuals yet, all I can do is learn and make myself one." Le Fang Ling was fired up. She could take months and years but learning form basic was never going to be loss for her.

"Hmm Hmm.." She nodded her head as she made herself determined to follow through her convictions.

Nagina who had been silently observing her even had an illusion that she saw blazing fire in her pupils.

"Host, I think I might go blind soon." Nagina sighed as she slumped down on her palm.

"NANI?" Le Fang Ling was immediately alerted with what she heard.

"What do you mean get blind?" She nudged the sleeping Nagina but she just refused to answer her.

"..."

"Well, it's nothing important." Nagina simply swatted away the question when she saw her host overreacting over such a simple line.

"You sure?" Le Fang Ling narrowed her eyes as she looked down at her.

"Y-yes. Everything is good." Nagina replied hurriedly.

"Then its fine." A smile bloomed on her face when she got the confirmation from Nagina. As long as things were good for Nagina, she was going to be happy.

Nagina shook her head at the sunny character of her host.

Her light, her energy and her aura was really encouraging but, for someone like her, the optimistic aura of Le Fang Ling was too blinding.
