The CEO's Hidden Bride

Chapter 4

Annoying Uncle

“Yes, Mr. Tang asked me to pick you up,” Miss He replied.

“Sorry to trouble you. May I know Mr. Tang’s phone number?” Liuli asked again.

Miss He was stunned for a moment, but in the next second, she reported the number with a smile. When Liuli checked that the number on her phone and saw that it was the same, she was relieved.

“I’m sorry, it’s just a precaution,” Liuli put away her phone and explained.

“I understand! One can never be too careful! Do you only have one backpack with you?” Miss He nodded with a smile.

“I’ve already sent my luggage back!”

At that time, for some reason, she wanted her family to receive the local specialties she had bought quickly, so she sent them back.

It cost her 120 yuan for the delivery.

Thinking about it now, she still felt rueful!

Sigh, she should have just carried it back!

“Alright, let’s go!” Miss He nodded with a smile.

Liuli followed Miss He into the car.

“Are we going straight to the airport now?”

“Yes, Mr. Tang has something on at the last minute. He’ll go straight to the airport later.”

“Okay, thank you!”

Liuli didn’t ask further.

After a while, her cell phone rang.

Seeing that it was from Tang Moxi, Liuli picked up.

“Hey…”

“Who called just now?”

There was a aloof male voice on the other end of the phone, but his voice was pleasant.

“I’m Liuli,” Liuli replied.

Could it be that this guy called Tang Moxi didn’t even save her phone number?!

“I’ll get Miss He to pick you up first!” The person on the other end of the phone paused for a moment, as if he was wondering who Liuli was, before replying.

“Yes, we’re on our way to the airport!”

“I understand! Is there anything else?”

“Nothing else!”

“That’s all for now. I’m busy!”

“Fine!”

Liuli wanted to hang up the phone. Why was this guy so annoying?

So what if he was busy? He made it sound like she was a burden or something.

Her mother had actually entrusted her to the care of such an annoying man.

Wasn’t she afraid that he would abuse her?

However, on second thought, it was fine.

She was troubling him to bring her back.

He was just being a little cold to her and didn’t abuse her physically.

She shouldn’t argue with him.

When they arrived at the airport, Miss He brought her to the VIP area and waited for Mr. Tang to come over.

Liuli asked Miss He.

“Miss He, what time is our flight?”

“There’s still half an hour. I’m not going with you. You’ll be on the same plane as Mr. Tang later,” Miss He replied after looking at the time.

“Oh, okay!” Liuli nodded and continued to wait patiently.
