Chapter 198: Aura Activator
What he saw dazzled him, she was real but there was another her like a shadow with a massive head that vibrated a certain frequency, echoing through the land. Her real body was barely holding it at bay. That's why she acted like a robot unmoving as she sat. Now that she was moving, she held an item that chained the shadow to her.
"Hmm. Alright." Seth said as he turned off his sight before he added, "when we trust each other then!" The last part was an answer to her desire to have her aura activated. With that, she may be able to contain her ability.
She turned and moved away, now that he saw the real world, the 8 players all held weapons against him. His group also were looking at them ready for a fight. Only Allen was in the middle trying to talk things out.
Seth wasn't able to perceive that because the sight was dazzling and the sound was drowning. He would have had his eyes melt out and his brain boiled down if not because of Aura and Pure White Stone Will.
"He meant no harm. I perceive him and he sees me. That's all!" Her serene voice said that made them lower their weapon hesitantly but ultimately moved and walked away.
"What is that ability?" Ash asked.
"What ability?" Seth asked.
"You don't know. Come on, we all saw it. Don't lie to us."
"Describe it please!" Seth asked, he did feel his aura had drained a lot and he was now having a headache.
"Your aura released pressure and then your hair waved in thick pale liquid, and then your eyes seemed to be drowned in pale liquid too. As you muttered in weird language!"
"Damn. That sounds cool!" Seth said as he tried to imagine that, "I need to check my stats.
"You spoke dragon tongue!" Juma asked, the other group were distant but they stopped and looked back.
"It's not dragon tongue but something similar. What exactly is your class and main ability? Now that you are officially one of us, you need to be honest. And where the hell did you come from? You said that it's more dangerous than Red Valley!" Zero asked.
"That's what people say but my home is the best home," Seth answered the last question but as he wanted to say Living Roots, he felt uneasy in his heart so he kept it shut.
'I guess the result of me using full Aura Sight and Pure White Stone Will is having those changes.'
"The pale liquid is my aura condensed in one place. In this case, my head, it was to augment what I just did and that was Aura Sight. I can sometimes look at an inactive aura. Well, you all can deduce that."
They nodded and Seth added, "Looking at some beast, animal, or lifeform aura was like trying to see a needle in a depth of ocean due to how small it is but know this, everything has an aura. But the dangerous part was others have a massive aura that if you looked at them it was like looking at the sun even if they are inactive.
Dream Fortune was like that, Dragons even their babies too, I don't know about eggs as I never saw them. The ant we met at the tunnel during our exploration was like that. But generally, I felt instinctive fear when I decided to look at someone that would hurt my eyes." Seth elaborated on his ability.
Well, they knew he can activate aura so it's safe to assume he can see it. So, his explanation will just confirm and elaborate on their understanding.
"So you use your Aura to enhance the Aura Sight and your brain to look at her sun-like Aura?" Juma asked and Seth nodded.
"Another thing was, All human Aura is Pale but emotions, certain prolonged actions, strange thoughts and knowledge can tent it to something else. So, you better check your Aura if it was tented!"
"I don't believe that. My Aura is Pale and brown sometimes and my measurements say I'm good!" Zero said in denial, some of the players looked at Seth in hope of more explanation.
"Why would a fake dragon that snooped around messing with people's direction have a pure pale Aura? That's impossible!" Seth said with a frown before he smiled and explained.
"Bloodlines also affect Aura. I'm still learning but generally if one's aura changes a bit from pale, it easier means bad, partially bad, or unknown change. The change can be neutral. What was known was that the personality of a person will have a slight change with or without their knowledge. For example, when I got to like red, I unconsciously gathered many red items with me.
Even painting my attire red, if not because I noticed my Stone Will and my Aura misbehaving I won't recognise that and come to my senses. Even when I knew it, it took me a while to change. That might be a bit different for other people but it's still there!"
"What colour is Dave Aura!" Allen asked.
"He is tainted by Red Valley just like me before. But my aura ability allowed me to revert it to normal!"
"What is the ideal colour!" Daura asked. A silent short guy that loved watching people from a distance.
"Pale. I believe that. Let me explain!" Seth said, trying to find better words.
"Aura is not a spirit but there is a portion in it. Part of the mind, which are thoughts, part of physical conditions which are your body, part is emotions and that is what one feels and something else. These amalgamate became an energy or substance called Aura. Let's take the food we eat, the best outcome is to be digested and become part of us, we grow due to that and our organs develop.
It's the same thing. Experience in life boosts the aura quality and quantity but imagine if the food caused some changes to the body that was out of the norm. It can be good or bad depending on what it was."
"Another example was using Aura. You can discern if someone has more organs than normal or if he doesn't have one or two or if something out of the norm was happening in his body. Dave's aura almost turned red due to that lightning power also it was that reason that stopped him from healing.
In his case, if he regains his pale aura, then his injury will recover to normal in normal situations of course. But this is Gawee, there are other undiscovered things!"
Like students they listened, trying to determine their conditions through Seth's explanation.
"How to increase Aura?" Rudra asked. Another player that Seth rarely interacts with.
"Like you exercise your muscles. Use it and use it. Not in the fight though, of course, you can do that but best in a silent place alone while trying to control it. The best way to expel it and then wait for it to recover."
"I tried enhancing my abilities but it was negligible, to say the least, but at some point, it became negative because I became tired faster," Rudra commented.
"Do you have good muscle control?"
"What do you mean!"
"Fist, you specialized in physical right?" The huge player nodded, "Activate your air and imagine it as muscle then shift it to make a strong fist."
A thick brown and white aura appeared on his body and making a first, the aura shifted to his hand immediately making a sphere there. There was shock on his face, he had never thought about it like that.
"The great way to control your aura is to have very good miscues control." Seth frowned as he remembered something before he smiled in realization. "Yahoo, I can do that too now!"
His change of demeanour surprised them and further, Seth began to dance. He remembered that he obtained a skill called Conscious Deliberation, a skill that allowed him to control his involuntary physical functions.
"Haha. It took me months to do what he did because you know I'm not that good. But I just realized I have a skill that compensates for that now!" He said elatedly.
"Congratulations then!" Juma and Rena said with a smile. His happiness was infectious to them.
However, they will never understand him, having physical strength was his dream and now gradually he was getting that.
"I feel like I can take it back but there is this feeling of not doing it!" Fist commented as he manipulated the aura with ease.
"Well, it's being infected by outside auras," Seth explained.
"Try to activate a skill!" Ash said.
Suddenly, the hand expanded and became huge like a bear's paw. With sharp claws!
"I just developed a new skill. Bear Paw!" Fist said in surprise.
[Congratulations]
