Chapter 1391: The Aces of the Armies

Mu Sen was smart – he understood immediately and ordered the other legions to change their strategies. They changed their tactics from all out attacks to dragging it out. That was the Titans’ field game. They would collapse if they were to all retreat together since they weren’t used to this sort of tactic. The enemy might be adaptive, but they weren’t as familiar with the terrain as the Titans.

The legions reacted accordingly when they received the orders.

“The native people have started retreating. Everyone, chase with all your might, kill all of them!”

“Everyone, cheer up, the native people want to retreat. Everyone, hunt them down as a team!”

The Sirius soldiers reacted really quick as well. Chasing after the Titan army was simple. It wasn’t easy to shake them off with their vast battle experience.

Yang Fan’s battalion had surrounded the Saruman Snake Legion. He wasn’t Wang Zheng’s match in Elite College but he would definitely win this time round.

“Everyone, attack!” Yang Fan ordered the sea of black Animal Legion at their hidden place.

The Saruman Snake Legion under siege was ready for battle. Rara Durai was in the Shiny Crystal Mech and was armed with a gold blade. Every giant was silently reciting the Tita Bible:

There was no fear, no sorrow when disaster came. There was no fear, no retreat in challenges. They would get salvation even in death. He would dispel everything and God would confer eternal glory to them!

Rara Durai’s eyes widened and he bellowed all of a sudden. “Fight to death in the name of Ada!”

Fight to death! Fight to death! Fight to death!

Fight to death~

The Saruman Snake dispatched into the skies. The giants and the Sirius warriors met in the wilderness. Their mecha clanged and the warriors cried out...

This battle would determine the fate of Tita.

There was no helping the situation anymore. All hopes were pinned on Rara Durai’s Saruman Snake Legion. The enemy was five or six times their size, the most powerful force from the Sirius Star.

There was no reason, no righteousness here. Their only task was to fight!

Live or die!

Both sides knew the strengths of their opponent once they started fighting. It was a really tough battle. The will of the Saruman Snake Legion was firm, combined with their rigorous training. The Animal Legion, on the other hand, was fearless. Such was the will of a human legion.

Haddis and the four super warriors observed seriously. This was the most critical battle, the rest were side dishes. The Titans would be done for once they killed Rara Durai and destroyed the Saruman Snake Legion. They were, however, not as easy to manage as they thought. One giant could take out two easily. Their leaders were fearsome, their power and endurance were beyond imagination.

That was especially true for the few giants right behind Rara Durai. That strange mech had a mysterious power that seemed to shatter the Animal Legion’s mecha upon impact. There didn’t seem to be any sign of weakening either.

“Commander-in-chief, there are some giants amongst them that are as strong as Earth-rank warriors with great endurance. We cannot let them carry on like that. Let the four of us mobilize once again,” Masdar said.

Haddis agreed. “We can only trouble you once again.”

Haddis thought it was over once Wang Zheng was dead. Who knew there were such formidable opponents amongst the giants as well. Most importantly, most of his Earth-rank warriors were dead. That meant that the Saruman Snake Legion was almost on par with their legion.

Masdar and his team left respectfully. They were the only force that could crush the Titans now.

Wang Zheng was hurt all over his body, as though every bone was crushed. Everything was black. He had really escaped by the breadth of a hair, but it was simply too unbearable.

Wang Zheng had been wondering if he could use teleportation when he saw Zhang Shan using it. It was impossible for everyone else, but not Wang Zheng. Any power was possible if it was within the Five Elements. He roughly understood how Zhang Shan activated it through his research.

Wang Zheng couldn’t teleport with his spiritual power, so he changed his way of thinking. Teleportation through the inner universe.

The atoms in the human body were equivalent to the external universe once he comprehended the inner universe. The world was made of atoms, the human body was made of atoms, there was a common medium. There was no obstacle in the transmission of materials. That was space theory, something that Wang Zheng was an expert in.

He understood the theory behind it, but it was simply too difficult to carry it out. It was as though there was a window made of paper that would break if you poked it. However, his body was too weak.

Wang Zheng was down on his luck even in the moment of life and death. The most important point for teleportation was a positioning point. He couldn’t find one and didn’t know how to position himself. He finally found a coordinate when he saw the warhead charging at him.

He had no time to consider. He had to go, or get blown up into pieces.

The feeling of his very first teleportation was really not any better than being blown up into pieces. Wang Zheng’s consciousness had returned to him for quite some time, but he hadn’t been able to move. He could only use the Primordial Regression Technique to slowly regain energy in his body. He was anxious. He knew what was happening outside. He couldn’t die here even if he were to die.

Wang Zheng finally regained his sight after an unknown amount of time passed. He had some recollection of this place...

He was back in the temple of the Titans.

That mysterious altar. The coordinate calling out to him was actually here. He had a very strong sense of familiarity this time. Wang Zheng’s body was on the altar, but everything was black in front of him. He felt faint.

Wang Zheng’s consciousness extended into the skies of Tita once he closed his eyes. In that endless, starry sky, densely packed Sirius fleets were moving. Their transportation aircrafts launched warrior after warrior into Tita.

Seven major battlefields were in the middle of retreating. After rounds of fierce battles and heavy losses, the Sirius Army had finally obtained the dominant position. The order to retreat by Mu Sen was timely, If not, Titans would have been done for.

Mu Sen couldn’t help but to order the army to disperse and withdraw deep into the mountains. He just didn’t understand how difficult it would be to leave the battlefield. The beast-shaped mecha from Sirius could be said to be the Titans’ nemesis.
