Chapter 25: Chapter 25 Got Targeting 2
"I never said I would use them." Regret shrugged helplessly. Kartis Man's way of thinking was truly incomprehensible to ordinary people.
"Ugh."
The bored Red let out a low growl and fell asleep with a pout, leaving many speechless. Here, your spiritual master is being provoked by someone, yet here you are, not even raising an eyelid.
"Do you not realize the significant impact missing out on nurturing the spirit Condensing Liquid can have on the growth of your spiritual beast?" kartis Man's eyes twitched slightly at the corner as he gazed at Regret gently pushing back Blaze Tot's hand. He spoke in a deep voice.
"So what?" Regret sneered unapologetically.
"Don't forget you are the young master of the Blaze family. Although your main spiritual beast is useless, if your strength doesn't improve, it will damage the reputation of the Blaze family." Kartis Man's internal anger had reached its peak by now. If Regret still didn't respond after all this, he would completely lose face!
The tightly closed eyes suddenly opened, and on the flaming claws, clusters of flames rose up, emitting a scorching heat that spread out. But in the next moment, it laid back down comfortably, even smacking its lips as if the one who was called useless earlier wasn't itself.
"Preferring death with dignity to life full of suffering, the members of the Blaze family are truly disappointing," Kartis Man said each word with a thick hint of sarcasm in his eyes.
"Ah." Regret casually replied, stroking the head of Red without any expression change, but then he flipped his palm, revealing a bottle of Spirit Condensing Liquid, saying, "You'd better put away that bottle of yours. I have other medical, and it's not inferior to yours."
"What?" Blaze Tot and others were shocked. Just as they were about to speak, Regret uncorked the bottle, and a rich fragrance filled the area.
"The scent is a bit different, but it is undoubtedly a medical liquid and its medical properties are extremely potent," Blaze Tot affirmed after a moment of hesitation.
Although they didn't know where Regret's medicine came from, they only needed to know that today it was Kartis Man who lost face, and that was enough!
"So, do you think what you have in your hand can surpass my bottle of medicinal liquid?" Regret raised his head with a cold smile.
With an awkward gesture, Kartis Man held the bottle of medicine in his hand, unsure whether to put it away or keep holding it.
"Is there anything else? If not, then you should leave. I'm quite busy," Regret glanced at Kartis Man indifferently.
Gritting his teeth, the angry Kartis Man was about to fiercely throw the spirit condensimg liquid in his hand on the ground, but the dozens of eyes staring at him made him have to abandon this idea. He had no doubt that if he really threw it down, his fate would not be much better than the Spirit condensing liquid in his hand.
"Hmph, just you wait!"
Putting the spirit condensing liquid into the empty void realms stone, Kartis Man turned around with a grim face, his tightly clenched hand in his sleeve constantly trembling.
"He really thinks highly of himself. I don't know what the head of the family was thinking, actually entrusting the family's internal affairs to an outsider."
"Exactly, but it's really satisfying. The young master is amazing, just a few words and he's left speechless."
"Let's hurry and leave. I still have to deliver goods to the Sun family. That brat Kartis Man has delayed me, and I'm almost running late."
"Nonsense, don't think I don't know. You have your eyes on Sun Ain, right? This kid is quite capable, faster than anyone in taking action!"
The members of the Blaze family present waved their hands at Regret and quickly dispersed. In an instant, the scene was gone.
"Don't you have anything to do?" Regret looked at Qistina beside him and asked in confusion.
"Well, I just completed a task and received a reward of fifty gold coins. Coupled with what I've saved over these years, I want to try my luck outside and see if I can buy some Wood Spirit Fruits." Qistina playfully blinked her eyes.
With a sudden thought, Regret remembered that today was the day the Veloria City market opened. Many vendors and idle spirit masters would bring out their treasures to trade, in exchange for desired items, with a scale that might even surpass the Atlas Store.
Walking down the spacious streets, the area ahead quickly became lively with people moving about. This level of market only took place once a month in Veloria City, and the location was within the protection range of the Blaze Family. There were rarely any troublemaking spirit masters who dared to cause problems here, and those with such history had long disappeared from Veloria City.
On the street, many Blaze family members stationed there nodded slightly in respect upon seeing Regret.
"Qistina, you go ahead and explore here first. If you come across the Wood Spirit Fruit, try to find a way to stay even if you don't have enough gold coins on you," Regret smiled.
The Wood Spirit Fruit was a peculiar fruit with a price of around 180 gold coins, which shouldn't be a problem given the amount of gold coins Qistina had on her.
However, in the context of the four major families, the Blaze Family was the strictest towards young clan members. To hone their skills, the family would not offer any assistance, which was why the young people seemed so poor.
Nevertheless, the effectiveness of this requirement was evident. The Blaze family members, regardless of age or gender, were all impressive individuals.
"Cousin, do you need something?" Qistina blinked her watery eyes in confusion.
"Yes." Pointing to the distant Atlas Store, Regret said, "I go trade something there."
Nodding obediently, Qistina didn't ask further questions and headed towards a stall filled with spiritual herbs and medicinal materials. Seeing this, Regret walked away.
Before coming, he had already filled five small bottles with Azure Spirit Liquid. How much gold they could fetch would depend on fate. Hopefully, it wouldn't disappoint anyone.
