"From left?" As she turned her head, she saw a huge boulder rushing towards her at insane speed.

"Waahhh!" As it inched closer to her, she ran to the right, avoiding its path, and sighed in relief.

*shreik* But the boulder suddenly stopped and turned to Ming Yuelin.

"EH? What the hell? It has consciousness."

*treik* The boulder began to roll towards Ming Yuelin and her heart jumped out of her chest in fear.

"Damnit!!" She used Phoenix dance steps, and jumped onto a nearby tree branch, avoiding its path again.

She took the bow in her hand and pulled the string.

An arrow materialized in between her fingers and as she let go of the arrow, it hurled towards the boulder.

*sleech* *boom* The arrow hit the boulder and it blasted creating large cracks in the ground.

However, the boulder stood with no scratches and Ming Yuelin was dumbfounded "Are you for real now?"

The boulder turned to Ming Yuelin who was on the tree branch and jumped from its place crushing into the tree.

"Ahhhh!!" Ming Yuelin jumped from the tree to the nearby tree and the boulder relentlessly pursued her smashing every tree in its path.

Hm? Ming Yuelin who was jumping from one tree to another glanced at a tomb in the distance and mumbled "So it is one of those places. where you can get artifacts."

"If I want the Sovereign Inheritance I shouldn't focus on them.. or I will waste my time and this damn boulder."

Ming Yuelin took deep breaths exhausted after the long run to escape from the boulder and sat on the tree branch as she looked at the surroundings.

Looking at the face of the man, Ming Yuelin's body shuddered in fear and the bow slipped through her fingers and fell down. *thud*

Her eyes trembled and she panicked, her heartbeat raising, fear consuming my mind.

A low mutter escaped her lips "Fa... ther?"

Ming Yuelin took two steps back, her heart pounding in dread "W-What are you doing here?"

He is her father from her previous life, Emperor of Shen Dynasty, Shen Yumo, father of Shen Yinshi.

Shen Yumo walked in front of Ming Yuelin and extended his hand as Ming Yuelin shrunk back in panic.

Reaching out, Shen Yumo clutched Ming Yuelin's neck, his eyes raging deep with anger "Do you know what happened to me after you killed yourself?"

"YINSHI?!!!!"

"Urgh!" Ming Yinshi winched in pain as she struggled to break free from his grip.

"F-Father?!" She tried to kick him with her legs, but her feeble kicks were doing nothing to his sturdy body.

"DON'T CALL ME FATHER! THAT EMPEROR INVADED US AND DESTROYED MY DYNASTY TO SHREADS!"

"EVERYONE ONE OF US HAS BEEN KILLED!! ALL BECAUSE OF YOU YINSHI! ALL BECAUSE OF YOU! NOW I WILL KILL YOU TOO!!"

Shen Yumo raged in anger and clutched Ming Yuelin's neck tightly intending to break her neck.

"Urghhhhh!" Ming Yuelin's eyes shrank in pain as she felt her Father's fingers gripping her neck choking her to death.

She raised her hand and gave a strong punch to his face, however, Shen Yumo stood unfazed like a mountain.

Looking into the ferocious eyes of Shen Yumo, Ming Yuelin gritted her teeth "You damn bastard! Which father would sell his daughter as a cauldron?"

A smirk appeared on her lips "Heh, you died? I am more than happy... Urgh! But I am alive and I will keep on living."

*cough* Feeling her neck getting crushed, Ming Yuelin's body shrieked and blood dribbled from her lips "Argh!! In this life, I have good parents, and more than that, I have a great Master."

"So... fuck off!" As she yelled, red flames burst out from her body and swirled around Shen Yumo.

*swish* The red flames burned Shen Yumo's body and he screamed in pain as the flames incinerated him to his flesh and bones.

"ARGHHHHHH!"

As his grip loosened, Ming Yuelin pulled back herself from his grip and took in deep breaths to supply oxygen to her lungs.

"H-He almost crushed my throat."

*thud* Losing the strength in her body, she kneeled to the ground and looked at Shen Yumo's body burning in her flames.

"ARGHHHH! YINSHI!!" The flames consumed his whole being turning him into cinders.

"You did well, Lin'er..."

Hearing a charming voice, Ming Yuelin's eyes widened in surprise "Master?"
