The woman raised her trembling gaze to look at the indifferent eyes of Zhang Yuan and gulped hard "Esteemed Lord... may I know the reason why you summoned me?"

Xue Hua and Ming Yuelin looked at him in puzzlement, their eyes blinking curiously.

The Devil has not yet transferred the soul back to the original body of the Goddess of Death and kept it within herself.

She thought she could somehow involve the Goddess of Death in this issue and was confident that she would punish the strong human who dared to threaten her.

The devil's body withered and turned to ashes as they were carried away by the gentle breeze of the wind.

Zhang Yuan smiled softly and stood up from the bench. Coming closer to Xia Hua, he raised his hand and the soul went inside her body.

Her pale face began to brighten and her black arm contaminated by the forbidden power also began to turn to fair skin.

Ming Yuelin let out a sigh of relief and Zhang Yuan patted her head "Seems like you already... began caring for her."

Ming Yuelin lowered her gaze upon hearing this "After hearing the conversation... I understood she has suffered so much and even sold her soul for powers."
