Accelerator could make cyclones grow out of his back and chase jets with his supersonic speed.

CCM is trash in front of Vector Transformation.

Accelerator is Level 5 Esper, perhaps if he was Level 5, his abilities would be similar to CCM.

Granted, it would be hard to replicate such abilities in this world.
