Chapter 29: Software Developer's Resolution
Chapter 29: Software Developer's Resolution
"I want to talk to you."
"Why?" The petite god who looked at her questioned her for the reason.
"Just go out together with me and I will explain everything. I hope you are being honest with all of this at this time."
He gulped his own throat for knowing that the goddess must have something in her own mind. Either for her, it was about his fault. Or something else that he did not know of.
Kuso walked out promptly after she asked the petite god to follow her. And both of them walked together towards the back of the ruined Cathedral that was being cleaned by three of them previously.
The place had been shifted onto the backyard of the Cathedral where the land was filled with nice-looking grasses. Both of them stopped as the goddess stopped, and she started.
"I want to know about your past. Mind to tell me?"
"My past?" Corona questioned the goddess back for confirmation. And she replied to the petite god,
"Why a memory of the woman named Anna and a brutal man who killed her being flashed on my mind? Did something happen to you before? Or is that Anna is your twin sister or something?"
"Anna? Who is she or he?" Corona questioned her back.
"You should understand that more than myself instead! Just tell me what the fuck happened? Why I have that memory flashed in your body's mind and for the unknown reason. The fear of the blood had to tingle me again!"
The situation had gone grim. Kuso wanted to question, but he knew that he would not be able to acquire any answer as well. Which led her to state,
"Well, Whatever you can say, Corona. I hope you are clear with this and I hope that there is no secret between us. I started to trust you, and I hope that you are trusting me cause I really find it hard to give my trust to someone."
With the statement being told by her, Kuso sighed in a response that she realized that the petite god had completely gone clueless for what happened. And it led her to continue,
"Don't think that much, Corona. You have the time to answer what happened to your body back then if you want. I won't ask much for that anymore. Sorry for being harsh."
The petite god smiled to her for her understanding, and he replied,
"No. It's my fault that I have that kind of memory being flashed on my body's mind. I should be the one who in the blame. Anyways, you can open your system to edit your condition to avoid those situations. So when you are going to the war, you won't have to fear the blood anymore."
The goddess replied in a nod to him. She answered his statement after the nod was being done by her,
"I won't rely on the system for that. You have to know, Corona. You can't rely on everything in the system. Sometimes, I have to use my own brain for thinking about the things that I could do."
"Why? This is the first time I'm seeing someone who said that. Usually, the youngster from Japan will abuse the system to gain more harem or anything they desired for. But for you, you are not even desired those. What do you aim for as a Technoknight?" Corona replied to the goddess to question her reason for not using the system to recover her own phobia.
"As a Technoknight? Well. You can say, as a Software Developer instead."
"Software Developer?" Corona replied in a confusion, and the goddess continued,
"As a software developer. We yearn for the new challenge to build through code and application. Just like your system built by code. I will always improve the system you have. But, will I use it myself? I won't. Cause I know it too much for what is on the inside. How about the correlation with my target as a Technoknight? Us, Software Developers are trained to aim for the more challenge to be resolved for the social contribution."
"Isn't that creating harem or killing anything sounds easier than you are contributing to these things?"
Kuso looked at him in a stern glare after he stated that he should consider finding something good for her personal benefit. And it led her to question him,
"If you are a software developer. Will you work for the money or for customer satisfaction?"
