Chapter 1505 Yogarthis
1505 Yogarthis
Ning arrived on the planet of Oberia. It was a massive planet, nearly 4 times the size of Earth, housing more than a few billion humans inside of it.
The Constellation living on this planet was Yogarthis, a rather strong Constellation who had gotten to choose a planet with so many people as his base.
Not only were the people here quite a lot, but they were also capable of living a long life, with the average age of humans in this world being around 200 years.
That lifespan had nothing to do with evolution itself, but rather the energy and the magic that was available to the people of this planet.
"What energy does this world have?" Ning asked, looking around at the outskirts of the large city he had arrived upon.
The city reminded him of Kumia a little, and also cities from the Vilmore. It was a weird combination of both modern and traditional designs that had evolved organically in this world. <The energy in this world is a variation of Mana that had ended up becoming something that is very rare in this universe. The magic system that has developed with it is also unique and hard to find in this universe>
<maybe only 2000 other planets have this energy and magic system>
That sounded like a lot for a moment, but when Ning thought about how there were hundreds of billions of solar systems in just this galaxy, and then billions and billions of galaxies in the whole universe, the number 2000 was indeed quite small.
"What is it called?" Ning asked.
<There is no official name for this energy or magic. People of this world refer to this energy as worldly energy, and the magic as Flow Arts.>
Ning found that name to be quite weird. "Give me the knowledge the magic."
<Understood>
Information flowed into Ning as he learned about the magic and how one used said magic. It was something he had not yet come across.
The people of this world were born with magical circuits in this world, just like any world where there was Mana. However, instead of using mana through those circuits, these people instead developed Nodules in parts of those circuits.
These nodules were lumps that grew inside the circuit, through which they would pass the 'worldly energy'.
The nodules established in their body would almost always be an elemental nodule, which would be used to give elements to the Worldly Energy.
To use magic, one had to take the energy stored in their core, pass it into the nodule various nodules around the body, and then bring it back into their core, at which point the magic could be used.
Flow Art referred to the combination of nodules one had to send their energy through to use various magic.
For example, if one wanted to use the Flow Art for the 'Fire Ball' technique, they would have to flow their energy out of the core, send it through 3 different Fire Nodules, and then bring it back to the core where it would form a complete loop.
When the loop was complete, the person would then use the magic.
Ning quite liked the magic system of this world and wanted to stick around to use it for a while. However, he was on a mission here, and instead, he had to kill a Constellation for now.
"What exactly has Yogarthis done to be on your list, System?" Ning asked.
<Yogarthis is a Constellation who enjoys hurting humans, especially ones that are strong>
<Because he cannot hurt the humans physically, he has resorted to hurting them emotionally. He finds pleasure in doing so and has managed to spread his name far and wide through the world.>
"I see," Ning said. "Where is he now?"

In the pristine hall of a large palace, decorated to the ceiling with golden ornaments, tapestries, and carvings, were two men standing facing each other.
Damian Starrider held his sword, Pathfinder, in front of him, ready to attack the man who had taken away his soon-to-be wife. n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om
Damian was a tall man, seemingly in his early 20s, with a handsome face, long dark hair, and an overall grace that was simply irresistible to any and all women.
It was not just that that attracted the women, but also his strong but kind heart, and a strong set of morals and ethics that made him a respectable person.
Hundreds of women had been ready to lay themselves at his feet throughout his 50 years of life. However, during that time, he had only ever given himself to just 7 women in total.
It was still a large number compared to most Flow Artists who only had a wife or two at most. Damian would have probably limited himself to a single wife as well, but the physique he was born with forced him to bed with 7 women in total.
And Damian was too honorable of a man to simply bed a woman and leave. He only beded the women he loved and no one else, establishing a prospect of marrying all of them.
He had married 6 women by now and had only recently come across the 7th woman he wanted to make his. He had finally managed to do that, but on the morning of his marriage, the girl had been taken away from him.
"Yogarthis!" he shouted, cursing at the man who had taken his fiancee. "Long have you gone without answering for your crimes? Today, I, Damian Starrider, shall rid the world of you."
"Starrider!" Yorgarthis, an older man with gray hair and a large build, spoke Damian's name in a slurred tone that made anyone who heard it feel disgusted at the words.
"I don't see your wives with you. Have you left them to die at the hands of my men?" Yogarthis asked.
"Your men lack the power to touch a hair on their head. It will be them who will die instead," Damian said. "However, you won't get to see that to the end for you will be dead long before them."
