=Somewhere In Hueco Mundo=

Hueco Mundo's pale sandy dunes stretched as far as the eye could see. Bawabawa was excitedly slithering across it at high speed with everyone else relaxing on his back. They were searching for a good spot to hold the duel.

Although it might be possible someone might follow them, but if they held the duel inside Las Noches and he were to show enough power to match Apacci now that she was an Arrancar it was guaranteed to draw attention. Not only that, but if anyone saw him going toe to toe with a Vasto Lorde ranked Arrancar as a regular Vasto Lorde that would put even more attention on himself. That wasn't something he wanted any of the Arrancar outside of their little clique to be aware of. At least not for now.

Hisashi was receiving an ever intensifying glare from Apacci. He was more distracted by Nelliel who had practically crawled into his lap with how close she was sitting to him though.

Apacci felt frustrated. Despite her becoming an Arrancar he didn't even seem to be taking her as a serious contender.

Eventually she lost her cool and jumped down from Bawabawa. "Here should be just fine," she said.

Hisashi looked around. Since they were already quite a few hours away from Las Noches and he couldn't sense anyone anymore he just shrugged. "Sure. Whatever you say," he said nonchalantly.

She grit her teeth. "Just wait. I'll show you," she said.

Hisashi rolled his eyes, but jumped off to join her.

"Have fun you two!" Sung-Sung shouted after them.

Apacci looked at him with a smirk and a predatory gaze. She swung her fist around as if warming up "I've been waiting for this moment for quite a while." she said.

Hisashi smirked. "Just don't complain afterward," he said.

She hopped up and down a few times before suddenly breaking into a dash towards him. She wore an excited almost manic smile.

He was easily able to keep up with her movements due to his ridiculous amount of dexterity. Although much faster than before she still appeared slow to him.

She cocked back her fist and swung recklessly. "Take this!" She shouted.

Rather than dodge, he braced himself and crossed his arms in front of him taking the blow directly. Although it was slightly risky he wanted to see just how powerful she had managed to become.

She actually managed to force him back leaving two deep grooves in the sand. She didn't appear happy though. She grit her teeth. "Oh yeah?! How about this?!" She shouted as she spun around and kicked at him from the side.

He used the force from her kick to launch himself back landing further away from her with minimal harm. His smirk widened seeing her growing frustration. "Was that all?" He asked.

She glowered. "You're asking for it!" She retorted.

She pulled of the bangles from her wrists which quickly increased in size and grew dangerous looking spikes. It may be an unusual form, but it was her Zanpakuto which meant it was a lot more dangerous than her hand-to-hand combat skills.

With two sharp weapons she quickly turned into a little whirlwind of sharp blades. It didn't take him long to realise he would need to take her a little more serious as her Zanpakuto was actually able to break through his armour leaving cuts across it. None of them were too serious, but considering she couldn't even break his skin before it was a large improvement.

Excited about her success her smirk widened. Her attacks became even wilder than they had already been.

The only things that were able to resist her blows were his blades which were the likely the hardest part of his body.

"Struggling are you? I can keep this up all day," she said arrogantly between her attacks.

Hisashi raised his brow. A smirk broke out on his lips.

She suddenly jumped back looking at him warily.

"Since you've had your fun how about we turn this up a notch?" He asked.

Apacci went right back to being annoyed after realising he had scared her off with nothing more than a smirk. "Keep acting tough. I just need to slowly tear you to pieces," she said regaining some of her confidence.

She dashed back at him again to resume her flurry of attacks.

He shook his head as if disappointed.

Unlike before he stopped trying to block instead using his dexterity to dodge every one of her attacks by a hairs breadth. No energy wasted.

The calm smirk on his lips only added to her frustration and her attacks grew wilder and wilder. This only made it easier for him to dodge them and wasted more of her energy on attacks that were never going to land.

Hisashi suddenly disappeared from her sight. "What?!" She yelled.

Smack!

Apacci turned bright red in anger and embarrassment. He was standing right behind her. He had slapped her ass again. Even after becoming an Arrancar she still couldn't make him serious.

She glared back at him. "Bastard!" She shouted.

A red sphere quickly formed over her horn growing in size rapidly.

Hisashi quickly dashed backwards and took a strong stance. He charged his spirit power into his blades.

Apacci fired off a Cero larger than she ever had before.

Before the beam could reach him Hisashi unleashed four massive energy slashes that cut the Cero apart causing it to brush past him while he remained untouched between the split beams.

Although he remained unaffected the same couldn't be said about their surroundings as her beams left giant gouges in the sand and even completely blew away the sand dunes in their path.

Apacci glared at him while breathing heavily. "Why can't I win?!" She yelled.

Hisashi shrugged, "You know what I'm fighting for. I can't afford to be weak. Do you want to keep trying?" He asked.

She hesitated for a while. "No," she eventually managed to get out through gritted teeth. She didn't seem reconciled though.

After a long sigh she put away her Zanpakuto. "I'm still going to beat you in the future," she said.

The others had already noticed the duel had drawn to a rather one-sided end.
