Here we are.

Another arc of OFK: One Piece over.

This arc was a bit of a pain to write. Especially the Impel Down part.  You’ll notice, the Impel Down chapters are not as long as the chapters normally are. They are quite short to be honest.
Why? Because Impel Down is perhaps one of the arcs of One Piece I like the least. It was really hard to force, yes you read that right: FORCE myself to write it.
The Marine Ford part almost wrote itself. (I enjoyed writing it immensely.)

Some changes had been made from my original ideas in this arc.

• Whitebeard, or as I like to call him Whitestache, survived.
  
  He was supposed to stay behind too. But I wanted the focus to be on Rick, so he had to go.
  It goes a bit against Whitebeard’s rep of not running away. But technically he didn’t. He came for Ace, he got Ace. There was no point in staying there.

• Another change in the harem.
  
  If you remember I said that the harem would have at least 11 ladies.
  I decreased that number for the simple reason that I didn’t want an harem member who would have been just here, just because I like her and she’s pretty. I want to have time for them to interact with Rick and for most of them it was impossible.
  
  So Head Jailer Domino had to go.
  
  Yes Domino ( the pretty blond with sunglasses).
  She’s not the only one who was dropped but you’ll know in the next NaCBs
  What I can say is that of the harem, only 2 or 3 (still undecided on the last one) we have not met yet.
  
• Ivankov and his Newkama should have been at Marine Ford.
  
  It would have been too much, and Luffy being dragon’s son would not have been enough, especially when Ivankov didn’t really have some king of relationship with him, unlike in the manga.
