Chapter 26: Enraged beast

While the enemies were shocked, Terry took his time to aim at one giant that was sixty meters away. The creature raised its arms to block the attack, but the arrow flew in a straight line, piercing through the arm and hitting the eye. Another critical hit...

"If you aren't coming, I am fine with this as well," Terry said, making another arrow appear on his hands.

Several giants dashed at him as if they had understood his words. That didn't matter, though... Terry kept firing and firing, but they could and managed to approach him with those numbers. When the first enemy tried to kick him, Terry jumped to the side with all his might while aiming another arrow at the enemy's head. Before he could land, he killed two other giants.

Terry ran toward the enemies, and once he got close enough, he used Sonic Punch on the first. He hit the target's left leg, and then the bone broke completely, making the lower part of the leg bent to a weird position. The beast grunted in pain while it was falling, but Terry ignored it when a massive leg approached him.

Instead of running away, Terry just lowered his posture and then hit the enemy's leg with a right straight. Both of them trembled a little... It was a bit too soon for Terry to overpower such creatures with a single punch, but at least his punch broke the bones that he hit. The reason for that was the fact that he hit a small area... his attack power was more concentrated.

Three other giants approached and swung down their fists to smash Terry at the same time, but he jumped to the side and dodged them. In the next moment, a dust curtain emerged from the ground, and then the sound of something cracking echoed around... soon after, one of the Giants fell on the ground with his forehead cracked and purple. When the other two tried to move away, Terry used Sonic Punch in one of them and then smashed its face.

That battle looked like it would take a while, but after five minutes, the hard gloves reached level twenty, and they couldn't level up further. However... They obtained an interesting effect.
