One Piece: Gambling to The Top

Chapter 108 - 108

Marine Ford, the land where the headquarter of the marines exist. A big city, with one tower in the middle.

In the tower of that represents the navy, on the highest floor:

Standing up, he left the chair and went to look through the window, to the endless blue sea.

"The little shit is alive." Muttered Akainu as he made a very deep frown on his face.

Akainu was thinking about Josh, who had been reported to appear and fight Kid Pirates. Some of the bodies of the pirate crews had been found. One of them survived in the sea with a big hole in his stomach, and he had confirmed it was him, the Gambler.

That sudden news had been bothering the admiral ever since the last 23 hours. He had fought with Josh. The Gambler, it seems, hadn't tricked him twice. But in fact, three times.

The first was when he had stabbed him with the Seastone knife. Although it was a wonder to Akainu how Josh did it in his Zoan form, he could think of possibilities, which all didn't work, such as having a slight layer of cloth or nylon on the skin.

But it seems it wouldn't work, since the Devil Fruits has a connection to the user's clothes. Otherwise, Akainu's clothes would have been burned a long time ago.

But still, Akainu thought of it as a substance that he has yet to discover. The second time was when Josh had cut the bow while he had made it seem like he was kicking  Akainu.

The heat of the office was raising. While clenching his teeth, Akainu's arm turned into magma. The room became hotter and hotter.

"The fucker!"

Akainu had thought himself smart in the first two times Josh had tricked him.

Now, since the Gambler appeared to be alive, Akainu believed he had fallen for the same trap.

It's hard to trick dumb people. But the smart people are easy to trick.

Akainu now felt like a total idiot that Josh appeared to be living. While his blood was boiling, Akainu was recalling one of the conversations he had, last night, with one of his Vice Admirals.

Akainu, ever knowing that Josh was alive, had been thinking of a way to catch him.

Josh was on the sea, and Akainu knows that. After Josh had escaped Buster Call, he had abandoned his ship and departed from his crew.

Now, it's obvious that he would need to have a new ship and gather with his crew.

Akainu assumed that Josh had told the women with him to meet in a location where they can get a ship.

Now, Akainu realises that he may be wrong. But if Josh is a smart person, he would try to get a new ship. This leaves several rare locations in the Grand Line.

Water 7, and other locations, where ships can be stolen.

Water 7 seemed to be unlikely since Kalifa had been working there, so Josh, as a smart man would avoid it.

But still, Akainu decided not to leave things to Lady Luck, but to the firm justice, he believes in, which is trying to eliminate every possible danger.

Akainu decided to go to the two other locations. Meanwhile, he instructed his Vice Admiral to go to water 7 and deal with Josh.

Josh is an easy person to deal with, given what Akainu had experienced. However, Josh had only survived because they fought on the boat.  had it been the land, then even a vice admiral would make that devil cry.

He needed to do this, before the bitchy bluffer may get the Warlord position.

"This sword."

Akainu reached his back and grabbed a black katana. Tracing his finger along the blade, Akainu started murmuring. "This sword is a tool of Absolute Justice. It craves to the blood of the enemy." Akainu took a deep breath as the blade turned red. "To give this sword justice, the one who miss used it would be the one to die with the blade

Josh was putting his hand on his nose, pinching it, holding himself from sneezing. Hancock held her urge to check if her lover is okay, as she was currently staring at the three women walking alongside him toward her ship.

Alright, she noticed that the three were pretty. Especially the tall ones, and the brunette was really attractive. Hancock, although confident in her beauty, knows that other women aren't always paling to her in that term.

"Hancock, sorry if I kept you waiting for too long. Meet them, these are my women, whom I told you about."

Josh ignored the sea kings in front of the ship, unlike Marianne and Mikita, who stared at it for quite a long time. Mikita held Josh's hand and hide behind his back, while Mikita gave them a challenging glare, before turning her face. Jumping along with Josh, they landed on the deck.

Mikita looked at the big ship. There were many women of different shapes and looks. Most of them were wearing sexy outfits that exposed most of their curves, only covering their huge chests and butts. They were from all the body types, fat, slim, muscular, and athletic. There were women shorter than Marianne, and some too long to 4 meters.

She looked at Robin and Marianne, who was staring like her around.

Josh was with these women for three months… with many possibilities? What possibly could happen.

Suddenly, their eyes stopped at one woman who approached them. Staring at Hancock, they were in a daze for a moment. The woman was beautiful —  they were too — but more than that, Hancock was very charming; tall, sexy, and she made her way toward them with a very elegant charming smile.

Robin had thought there would be some hostility at first since Josh's bedtime is precious and scheduled. And also, Hancock is very sexy it seems. More charming than them that it would be no wonder that she and Josh had that.

However, Hancock was very friendly with them.

"Joshy. You are here. These are your guests. Please sister, stay here and consider this as your ship." Hancock gestured to the girls with her hand, extending it.

"Ah." Josh could notice that Hancock was only acting, and her act was so good. He let her have her way since he knew she isn't trying to turn them into stones. Robin shook her hand hesitantly, thinking if she had a first bad impression on her. Hancock greeted her, before shaking the hands of the others.

'Let me see if there is a little bitches here… Geez, why Joshy is with them. They don't seem to be strong physically…Anyway, he likes them and I have to stick to them.' Hancock kept faking a smile while looking like a saint that charmed the other girls with her personality.

After she greeted the two blond women,  she turned to the short woman. She barely noticed Marianne, until her leg hit against her body. Bending over, she looked at Marianne and smiled.

"Oh, are you Josh's little sister. He never told me to have one. Come on, you can call me big sis."

"Get away from me…" Marianne blushed a little and clenched her teeth. "I'm his woman, and don't treat me like this because I'm short."

Josh put his hand on his face. In this world, the average height is higher back than Earth. Marianne may be treated like a little girl here, while on Earth, she would be just a little girl.

"But you are flat…" Hancock tilted her eyebrow. Even though there are short amazons here, all of them had huge tits.

"I'm a grower." Marianne stood up and turned her head away.

"Whatever… My back hurt." Hancock bent back and cracked her back. "Joshy said they are three. If you are the third one, why do I see four here."

Kalifa rolled her eyes. "I'm his servant."

Hancock stared at her. Even though she acted cutely, Kalifa didn't give her attention, as she was focusing on Josh.

"Right, the Bloody girl in the wanted poster…" Hancock nodded. She then turned to the others. "Please, have your comfort here…"

Robin walked next to Josh and hit his ribs with her elbow slightly. When Josh turned to her, Robin whispered. "You surely had enough help from her, right?"

Robin seemed to like Hancock a bit.

Josh nodded. "Well, I was training, and well, few things happened on the way."

"I see." Robin shook her head. "But you must have missed me to pick up a tall one. Well, at least I have someone to exchange clothes with"

Josh let a snorting laugh.

"What?" Robin raised her eyebrow.

"You have yet to meet the other one," Josh said. Feeling something, he turned his head, pointing to one large green-haired woman who was holding many shopping bags. "There she is."

Robin turned, stared at Sonia who was walking to her ship and then to Josh. She laughed a bit as she pointed to her. "You have a good sense of humour. What did you use, your arm."

"The will of the D. She said she wanted a daughter, and I was with her sis." Josh shrugged his shoulders. "Staying for weeks without having any release can affect the man's brain."

"You're serious?" Robin murmured. "she wanted your kid and you gave it?"

"Yes," Josh said. It was more complicated since he had been the one to flirt with Sonia first, and one thing led to another.

Robin paused for a brief, before saying. "How about giving me a one."

"You want a kid?"

"I want a family." Robin nodded. She had been lonely ever since the government had destroyed her life. The idea of having a son or a daughter was tempting. Especially if she started it with Josh. Robin felt somehow warm in her heart just by thinking of that.

After thinking for a bit, Josh answered. "Sure, but we have to delay that, until having enough strength and protection."

"I trust you on this," Robin said. "By the way, I'm not as weak as in the past."

Placing his hand on one of her large butt-cheeks, Josh smiled and said. "I'd like to see how much you got better."

Robin gave him a side glance and smiled, her cheeks and neck gradually turning red.

Josh took his hand off her cheek, and then he walked to the corner. After greeting Sonia on his way, he told her to meet them, and he decided to take a small break.

Sonia only nodded, and after kissing him on the lips, she went and stood up next to her sister, gaining Josh an awed look from the girls, even Kalifa, who looked at his crotch.

Josh got off the ship and walked into the seaport. Now that he is finally here, Josh had to think of his gainings. He has 250 Draw Point from the System.

And there is Marianne's money, which should gain him around 1000 Draw Points. With such an amount of money, Josh can have many big draws. Not a 100 one, but more than that.

Josh wanted to test and find out the exact amount he needs for him to have a Legend Rank item. These are broken and worth way more than a simple Epic Rank.

Still, he has to buy a ship first. Which would mess a bit with his plan. Nevertheless, josh had a solution. He is fast and has Haki.

'I guess I'll have to rob some pirates first.'

Josh walked down the street, leaving the girl having their time. Josh Haki alerted him that something was approaching from the sky. Lifting his head, he saw a sea bird, with a hat, flying and throwing newspapers.

Josh half-closed his eyes.

On one of the newspapers, his picture was there. It seems he is announced to live. Josh smirked. "You announced it a bit late." He muttered. The purpose of announcing him back to the living world was so he can meet his girls and let them be ready for him to come. But since he surprised them first, it's useless.

'But I guess they would have changed my bounty…' Josh extended his hand in the air and held one of the newspapers, before opening it and reading the main headline.
