The floating damage appeared continuously above the Guardian Fish. Despite his growth, Shen abused the same tactic. The fact that the developer did not patch or do anything about this. This might be a hidden mechanic in the game to hunt monsters easier.
Of course, he had a reason for doing this. The weapon was the main problem. He could not use real weapons since no smith could repair their weapons, not yet. Using the Guardian Fish's snout was the best weapon he had. However, the Guardian Fish's snout was too short. With his pitiful 260 HP, he might die if he was hit by the Guardian Fish four times.
Shen was not going to take the risk. He kept stabbing the Guardian Fish in the head. He wanted to maintain the meat so ZhenZhen could cook the fish for them. At least, they could get something meaty from the fish.
[You have killed Guardian Fish!]
[You gained 22,400 Experiences!]
This was the tenth fish for today yet he was still level 10. Shen checked his experience bar and he needed 65,600 more experiences to level up. Of course, this was considered fast since he just started hunting twenty minutes ago. He could not imagine what kind of grinding the other players had to face.
The monster he killed was level 32 while the other players had to kill the low-level monsters. Shen merely shook his head as he stored the dead fish into his inventory. He had a stack of ten fish and he would bring more fish for ZhenZhen to cook.
The repeated grinding continued. He went to the river and baited more Guardian Fish to the ground. He then trapped them in one tree before he started to slaughter them.
[You have killed Guardian Fish!]
[You gained 22,400 Experiences!]
[You have leveled up!]
[You gained 10 Status Points]
This was the thirteenth fish and he leveled up. Less than an hour for one level, it was fast. Shen checked the Stamina Bar. He only had less than three hundred Stamina. That was enough for killing five to seven fishes. However, instead of continuing the hunting, Shen decided to take a rest to recover his stamina while eating the berries to recover his hunger as well.
Sitting below the tree, he started to recall his hunting. The training increased his strength sharply which automatically boosted his attack damage. He now dealt 129 Damage with the fish snout. It took him 24 hits or even 20 if he was lucky enough to trigger Void Critical. Killing the Guardian Fish became much faster now.
"I hope the Guardian Fish keeps respawning" The Guardian Fish was the only monster he could hunt now. He was not that confident in facing the black-feathered chicken. At least he would not try until they had a blacksmith, "Or maybe later when Ming finished his training."
Shen continued killing the Guardian Fish after he recovered his stamina. He continued until he ran out of the berries to fill his hunger. Hunger decreased faster when you were doing something such as training or hunting.
[You have killed Guardian Fish!]
[You gained 22,400 Experiences!]
The notification rang in Shen's head. He checked the window status and nodded satisfyingly. He killed 163 Guardian Fishes in about five hours. His level increased by three, he was level 13. It was actually a lot as the other players could only level up by one level in a day or maybe one level in two days. His progress was quick compared to the other players even though the experience needed for the Legendary Class was quadruple that of a normal class.

Shen allocated the status point with his formula, the 32221 formula.
Agility: 9
Strength: 6
Endurance: 6
Vitality: 6
Dexterity: 3
That was his allocation of status points. If he kept training the squats, maybe it would increase 2 Endurance, 1 Strength, in six hours. It was no longer optimal to focus only on the training. It did not mean he would stop the training, he just reduced the amount of his training.
He would keep running with weight on his back to increase his Endurance. Running at a constant speed could also increase Agility. Even though it was only one Endurance and one Agility, he would continue the training until the training could no longer increase his stats.
"Alright, it's time to go back! I am quite worried to leave ZhenZhen alone with Ming," Shen muttered as he returned with a plentiful harvest. He had his own route so he would not encounter the black-feathered chicken.
When he arrived at the village, Shen noticed his friend was standing in front of another house. It was not Hunter's house. He approached him and looked toward the house. It was a house with an anvil and a hammer sign, "What's wrong? Do you regret not choosing the blacksmith class?"
"Oh, Shen, you are back," Ming did not notice his friend's arrival as he shook his head before he grinned at Shen, "Nope, I don't regret it. However, we have a new member of the village. and that person chose a blacksmith house. We will have someone to repair our weapon now."
"This is good news, but I am worried about Dale now. With the new member, we only have six empty spots. We know Dale, he would not choose the production class!" Shen was worried for his friend. If a new member came, then it was possible that six more players would come to the village in the next three days.
Ming shrugged, "It's his bad luck then. It is not something we could prevent," He then looked toward Shen and asked, "How is it with the hunt? did you level up?"
