Chapter 75: Fighting the Giant Lava Monsters

Chapter 75: Fighting the Giant Lava Monsters

A depression that wasn't there before!

"We don't know," her master replied, "we just came here after the for dissipated, to find you sleeping here with your skeletons around you," she added, while she glanced at the ground around them.

The ground wasn't like this when the fog came, and she had seen this fog many times already, it never left something like this behind it.

'What just happened here?' she muttered to herself, while Oya tried to stand, to feel her head so heavy, and her body so weak. "Please rest then," her master instructed, before adding, "I think you exhausted yourself fighting this fog."

"Fighting this fog?" Oya cluelessly muttered, as she never had anything like this in her memories, "what fighting?" she asked.

Her master exchanged silent glances with Ela and couple of NPCs around her, before Ela said:

"When you were inside, we heard a lot of explosive noises, plus you moving shadow inside the fog was apparent to us, fighting something in there," she paused, before asking with care, "don't you recall any of this?"

Oya shook her head, while she went into silence. She never recalled anything like that, but they spoke of a shadow fighting something, was this a side effect of entering the fog? Or was there someone here and he was fighting defending her from a hidden danger?

She didn't know the answer, and she wasn't destined to know that she was really in grave danger when she opened that closed Pandora box of her past memories and started scanning them. she wasn't supposed to do that, and as result she was about to get killed by a guarding mechanism left by the demon clan.

However, Rioneed had appeared, or a remaining part of his will, to safeguard her, fend off this ghost summoned to kill her, until her system managed to swallow it as a whole, and the whole fog dissipated.

This wasn't supposed to happen, and opening this old painful door had caused great stress over her body, so she was weakened like this.

"Just don't think much and try to have some rest," her master said, as she added, "when you wake up, you will find many seeds to kill."

Oya nodded, as she wanted to sleep. She just closed her eyes, and went into a deep sleep, while her system was having its own fight with that ghost, with the support of Rioneed last will, inside her soul, without even knowing about it.

The fight was silently raging inside her soul, and it continued for hours. Rioneed's wisp of will finally exhausted after he managed to slain the invading revengeful demon, and by that he vanished, her system absorbed a huge amount of energy, while Oya finally opened her eyes, feeling as if she had lost something dear to her.

The moment she opened her eyes, she stood up, glanced around, looking for what she had lost, but she found only her old and new friends staying there, in one group, speaking leisurely to each other.

They were brought together by her, and that scene made her smile, warmly.

"Are you finally awake?" Ela's sound came from far, attracting everyone's attention, making them all stop talking, and came towards her.

"How are you feeling now?" her master asked, as she was very concerned about her.

"I'm doing great, thank you," she replied, with her eyes losing focus on anyone here, as she was still looking for the person she just lost.

However, after quite some time, she gave up, and she then received the system next words that startled her.

'Whom you are looking for has already left, and he left you a simple message,' the system then paused, before the voice of Ibro came again, as he said:

'My love, please be careful when recalling your old memories, I won't be there if you triggered by mistake this sealed thing. Wait for me to return, and when I do I will help you untie this seal.'

Her eyes suddenly got reddened, as she didn't know what exactly happened, but it seemed she was in danger, and Ibro, again, came out and saved her.

"Are you alright?" Ela noticed her sudden change in mood, as she asked her this. Oya replied with a nod, saying nothing, as words were already stuck in her throat, with her own tears.

'You need to kill some seeds, as you have absorbed quite a large amount of energy in the past twenty four hours, and killing these seeds will help stabilize your own strength.'

The system words came to alert her to this matter, as she hurriedly asked, while wiping away her tears:

"Where are the NPCs ready for killing their seeds?"

Her master pointed to a distant corner, where around a thousand NPCs were standing there, doing nothing but sightseeing the emptiness around them. some of them were looking at the skeletons, the intimidating skeleton army of her, with astonished and doubtful eyes.

"They are ready, and waiting for you."

"All of them? that's a lot, let's keep some for later," Oya said, and hearing her saying that made her friends mistook her to be a blood thirsty, brutal natured necromancer!

"Don't worry," her master chuckled, before adding, "these are just the beginning."

"The beginning?" Oya exclaimed in surprise.

"Sure, I have spread the word already, and many, many NPCs are moving towards here in large numbers," she explained, and her words surprised Oya at first, but then she felt gratitude to her master.

With this, she could build her own NPC army, and kill as many seeds as she liked.

'What do you need me to do?' she asked her system, which instantly replied:

'don't do anything, just stand still and make your friend use her shielding skill.'

"Ela, please use your skill," Oya said, before looking at everyone around her as she seriously added, "be ready, we might have some fighting as last time."

All of them were present when their friend turned on them, showed his true colors and was initially controlled by the seeds in him. so, they perfectly understood her warning, but not her players' friends, as they glanced at each other in daze, not knowing what was going to happen.

"Start!"

Oya gave the order, and Ela suddenly used her skill, covering a radius of five hundred meters, covering those thousand NPCs inside it.

'Start!'

Oya gave her system the signal, and suddenly she felt like she was a source of an invisible attracting force, and these NPCs out there were the iron needles attracted to her magnet.

The moment this force erupted, the faces of these NPCs changed, as the seeds started to grow restless inside them.

"Be ready!" Oya shouted, warning everyone, while she started arranging her great skeleton army to stand between her and the about to appear monsters.

Suddenly, a thousand monsters appeared from the bodies of those NPCs, with their ugly hideous faces, gray skin, paled faces, and dirty heads. The moment they appeared, her players' friends were shocked, stupefied, feeling their scalp numb, as they never ever expected to see such a scene in their gaming life!

"Roar!"

The moment these monsters appeared, they roared in agony and rage, before they started to jump towards Oya, the source of this painful pulling energy.

"Attack, now!" Oya roared back, while ordering everyone to attack. Endless skills fell upon these monsters, killing many of them, and those still alive were entangled with her skeletons, acting as bone shields for her and her friends.

Another volley of skills fell, and this time more than ninety percent of the monsters fell. The rest were killed easily, but even when they died, Oya and the others didn't cheer up, instead their faces were somehow grim.

There were three NPCs there, standing motionless, staring with extreme hatred towards Oya, as if they wanted to eat her alive.

"There are three of them this time," her master muttered, as she added, "everyone, don't hold back, they aren't our friends."

Others nodded, with their solemn faces, while the skeletons started to attack these three. They were able to use skills of NPCs they killed, and simply like that they started dodging and defending against the skeletons attacks.

Just as more skills started to fall on them, their bodies started to mutate, and the strange thing they started to coalesce, like they were initially one monster not three.

The process of merging didn't stop by the attacks, and when it finished, a huge monster was standing there, with its ten stories body, standing on six legs, and his six hands were holding ugly shaped maces.
