My Virtual Girlfriend Is Actually a Lady From the Richest Family

Chapter 89: Jane's Mansion

David played the game until late afternoon, and finally, Jane woke up from her sleep.

This time, she really didn't look tired anymore, as if her energy had returned.

Jane looked around, then looked at David.

"I think I've kept you waiting too long. You should have woken me up to go home with me so that you could relax properly too," she told David.

"It's not a bad thing to keep my lover sleeping," David replied with a faint smile.

It seemed that Jane felt uncomfortable with him for waiting for her to sleep.

"Do you want to eat?" David asked not wanting Jane to keep talking about it.

Jane looked at the sky for a moment before shaking her head.

"I don't think so, let's go to my mansion. I want to take a shower and change my clothes. After that, we can go to the party. If you want to eat, you can eat at my mansion. There are many servants who are good at cooking," she said.

Hearing about the mansion, David immediately nodded. He was very curious as to what Jane's residence was like in this city.

He immediately started driving again while Jane directed the road.

In no time, they arrived at the outskirts of the city with many luxurious residences where each one was in a separate area.

David was quite surprised when he arrived in the neighborhood. Despite being from Paris, he had never come here.

The luxury in this neighborhood exceeded his imagination.

There were quite a few large mansions of various designs, whether modern or old European.

Each had a very large courtyard with a helicopter or two in the backyard. The mansions that happened to be by the river had their own large boats.

At this point, David finally realized that there were more rich people in this world than he knew.

"It's over there!" Jane finally pointed at one mansion that had three floors. The walls were golden in color, using a modern design with many windows on each side.

The courtyard had many guards, and as it turned out, the mansion was surrounded by two rivers. It was basically on top of a small island that separated a river into two.

"You really live in this mansion?" David asked Jane.

"Only when I'm in this city," Jane replied casually.

"What are you so surprised about? You know that I'm very rich," she added.

"No, it's a natural shock because there's still a poverty mentality in me," David replied with a quiet laugh.

He didn't need to argue with his own shortcomings, which were in fact there.

After that, David crossed the bridge to the mansion's gate.

When the guards saw his car, they immediately pressed the button to open the gate.

It seemed that they knew clearly which car could enter even though they did not see who was inside the car.

Given that Jane had bought it, there was no way she wouldn't have told the guards.

Once the gate was open, David immediately got into it, speeding towards the luxurious mansion.

Their arrival seemed to be noticed by the people inside the mansion as a group of servants immediately came out of the door.

They were all women ranging in age from 20s to 30s, wearing long pants and waitress shirts.

David instantly deduced that their wages working as servants here were huge because each of them possessed model-like beauty.

From another point of view, it looked more like a royal palace with its guards and servants.

"Jane, can you live in just a two-room apartment?" David asked the woman.

Jane's habits have been revealed, but David doesn't know what her standards are when it comes to choosing a place to live. Would she only live in a luxurious place or a simple place?

"I think I can live anywhere, it depends on who I'm living with or what I'm doing there," Jane replied calmly, not bothering to tell David her thoughts on housing.

As it turned out, Jane's view of housing was not whether it was luxurious or simple, it was who she lived with or what she did.

Her answer exceeded David's expectations so David nodded lightly.

It was an answer that David should have complimented Jane on, but David thought he had complimented Jane too much. If it continued like that, it would only make her seem too ordinary.

He stopped the car right in front of the mansion's terrace.

"Come on down," Jane said to David before opening the door beside her.

David nodded and followed her.

When he got out of the car, David immediately got stares from all the servants.

Some were curious and some looked amazed. There were even a few who widened their eyes.

Recently, there had been rumors in the mansion that Jane had a boyfriend.

It was a shocking rumor. Even if they believed it, they still had a hard time calming down after seeing her in person.

That could now not be doubted as Jane had returned with a man.

Jane seemed not to care about the stares of the servants.

She walked towards the door of the mansion while signaling David to follow her.

Instantly, the servants on the terrace opened the way for them.

Jane continued walking even when she arrived in front of them.

When she finally passed them, she said, "make sure to fulfill all David's requests, he's my boyfriend, his requests are the same as mine."

Jane just said that and didn't stop walking.

David only thought about her words for a moment as his attention quickly moved to the halls of the mansion.

He thought the luxury was a bit too much.

Various modern facilities and equipment to even unattainable toys like an actual airplane simulator were there. Even the floor was made of glass with a fish pond underneath.

What was really excessive was that the fish in the pond were not small ornamental fish, but big fish like sharks.

Some people might keep sharks, but not this many, filling a pond that was basically as big as the mansion hall. David wasn't sure how many there were, but it was clear that putting them in this place was ridiculous.

He couldn't guess how the people out there would react if they saw this.
