My Unconventional Lover: Seeing A Different World

Chapter 88

88 Let’s End Your Life Here (3)

“No! No! No!” Amanda shrieked as she watched in horror her statue was burning slowly in my hand.

As soon as the fire licked the wooden statue, she screamed in agony.

I would blow the fire, put it off for a while before I would set it on fire again and again.

Seeing and listening to their sister in law screaming in pain and talking nonsense made Senior Rizal’s brothers almost lost their mind. They must have thought that their dead brother was the one who tortured Amanda, so they went and knelt beside the bed and facing Senior Rizal’s body.

After all, a vengeful ghost was something everyone needed to be wary of and the most difficult to get rid off.

“Brother, please, let us go. We promise we will take care of your body well. Please, forgive us and let us go.” The second brother begged.

“Rizal, you’re always so magnanimous. Please, let us go.” The eldest pleaded.

I snorted when I heard those unsympathetic words coming from his own brothers. I was glad Senior Rizal had gone. If he still lingered here, the pain from his last memory would torture him again and again. Adding with how they asked for an apology, I was not sure how he would react.

Well, since I was here, I would make sure they got what they deserved.

.....

Tossing the statue in my hand towards the white clothed army who was holding the fire, I left a message at him as I made my way towards those evil brothers.

“Burn it slowly.”

The scream that followed after my words was a proof that my order was obeyed.

I smirked as I noticed the cold sweat and fear in their faces. Well, it wouldn’t be long before your turn approached you.

Well, actually you don’t need to wait for long, I whispered inwardly.

I kicked the eldest brother’s knees and he fell forward while wailing like a slaughtered pig. His hands held onto his knees so hard his knuckles turned white.

I chuckled. Of course it would hurt. I ripped a part of his soul and blocked the flow of soul into his legs and I broke his kneecaps, literally. He was crippled inside and outside.

But, that was not the end. I still needed to cripple his arms.

So, that was what I did.

The eldest brother bit his lips as he let out a throaty growl of pain. His face paled and he looked like he would lose his consciousness anytime.

Hoho, not that fast, buddy. I still want to take my sweet revenge.

Before his eyes rolled to the back of his skull, I poked his forehead and transfered a bit of energy to him, shaking off the unsteady mental and forced him to stay awake.

I did it! I watched as his eyes were wide awake yet the pain was unbearable.

Not to mention I’d been nudging his kneecaps and elbows. His body was soaked in his cold sweat.

Seeing him in so much pain delighted me, but the pain of losing Senior Rizal couldn’t be replaced.

Well, there was still his other brother. I turned to walk at the second brother who was hiding in the corner while praying.

Too bad, I was not a ghost nor a devil. His pray wouldn’t affect me.

Not long after that, another scream was filling the small room. The second brother was laying on the floor with his arms and legs twisted to the opposite direction; courtesy of me, of course.

If someone were to see this scene, he or she might have a never ending nightmare. A supposedly elegant and beautiful woman was now twitching on the floor while groaning softly. Almost all of her visible skin had been burnt. The smell of burnt flesh mixed with sweat and blood created a disgusting smell, but I couldn’t care less.

Two grown up men was laying on the floor while groaning in pain. They couldn’t move too much and every twitch of their bodies brought immense pain to them.

One dead body with a hole in his chest was laying on his own pool of blood. Despite the way he died was full of injustice, he still looked peaceful. It was as if he had been looking forward to his own death.

Unseen from naked eyes, there was an old man shivering from fear in a corner. I still had to deal with him later.

I took a deep breath. I didn’t know how long I had been here. Tom or Sanji must be looking for me now. Taking a quick glance at the only air ventilation in the room, I saw a piece of dark sky.

The night had come. I needed to speed up the process.

I looked at Amanda. Her body was now full of burns. Her eyes looked empty as she moaned in pain. The torture had not ended yet. A second later, her right arm was on fire again and her scream once again filled the room.

This time, as if knowing my intention all along, the fire didn’t stop. Realizing the fire kept burning her body, she looked at me in disbelief and her eyes widened in horror.

“Let’s end your life here. Hope I don’t see you again.” I was looking down at her who was crawling at my feet. I was fully aware how cold my gaze was, but I didn’t have any intention to change it.

Hearing my words, Amanda seemed to lose herself. She pushed herself and tried to grab me. But, before her hands could touch me, her entire body was lit in the fire.

“Waaa....!!!” She screamed as she moved towards me.

I waved my hands, locking the energy around her until she was trapped in an invisible box.

“Please, forgive me, Great Lady! Forgive me! Spare me!” She shouted madly.

“Too late. Don’t worry, you won’t be alone down there. Just wait for your master.” I said icily.

The fire got bigger and bigger and it engulfed her wholly in a minute. Later on, the white clothed guard took back his fire and the remnants of fire left Amanda’s body. As the fire left her, so did the evil creature in it and the burns. There were no traces of her being burnt like fresh meat since the one who got burnt was the soul, in this case was the evil being inside of her.

It was my first time killing someone, but somehow I wasn’t bothered with it.

“Now, it’s your turn.”
