Chapter 19 19 - First Day Of Class
After hearing about the hierarchy within the schools ranks, Milo wanted to try to put a stop to it as soon as possible but he knew that in order to do that he would have to be unbeatable, and that meant he needed to advance to the X rank class ASAP. Not only that but classes also started the next day and he'd have to get through that first.
After a good night's sleep, Milo woke up early and did his daily mission and distributed his earned points, after two days of daily missions his stats were about even:

Strength and Intelligence were now only one point ahead of his other stats with him finally rounding out Constitution to match his Agility and Stamina. After huffing out a breath of satisfaction, Milo showered before heading down to get breakfast from the school canteen. After getting his meal he found a seat by Krista, and sat down. After taking a few bites he explained to her about his findings and about the hierarchy Chris and Mark told him about. As if on cue, Milo's pair of roommates also took a seat with their meals and introduced themselves to Krista.
"So you're saying that the higher ranks push around the lower ranks because the school lets them get away with it?"
In response to Krista's question, Chris mentioned that his cousin who had already made his way through his two years at the academy had told him about it and how no one tries to stop it. Now hearing that this had been going on for years, Milo grit his teeth in frustration.
After talking some more and getting to know each other more, the group split up to go to their respective homerooms. Looking at his schedule Milo went to the room listed and took a seat among the other A course students. He felt out of place due to him always being considered weak in his past, but was excited to get a new start. A few minutes later his homeroom teacher walked in.
"Hello all, I'm excited for the start of this semester," he said. His homeroom teacher was wearing a nice gray suit. He looked a bit young to be a teacher but as all the teachers at the school had to be experienced awakened it made some sense. He had long brown hair that was swept back and a small scar on his lip which gave him a somewhat wild look. He wrote his name on the high tech board at the front with his finger.
"My name is Mr. Kruz and I will be your homeroom teacher for the year," he said with a gentle smile.
