Chapter 481  The Queen Monster Made A Move

'W-We're all dead! We are all going to perish here today!' Archmage Isadora thought, her body shivering with fear.

"HUMANS!! HOW DARE YOU INVADE OUR TERRITORY?! I'M GOING TO KILL YOU ALL!!!"

Suddenly, the monster's creepy voice boomed, making everyone on the battlefield utterly shocked and in disbelief.

'It isn't the same monster I saw back then, but it certainly gives off a powerful aura…' Yuan smiled inwardly and looked at the monster with an intrigued expression.

Meanwhile, others were shocked upon hearing the monster talk; they almost couldn't believe it. They never thought that a monster could actually speak.

"Interesting… a talking monster, I see. Actually, this is my second time encountering a monster that can talk… how amusing!" A wide grin spread across Yuan's face as he looked at the monster as if he were standing in front of a puppy.

The monster narrowed his gaze at Yuan, surprised that Yuan and his wives could withstand his pressure so effortlessly. They seemed to find his pressure completely non-existent.

"Oh? I never thought a mere human like you could withstand my pressure… how amusing! I'll make sure to torture you until I feel satisfied…" The monster looked at Yuan with a creepy grin on his ugly face, as though he had found a new toy to play with.

"Huh? Did you just call me a mere human?" Yuan looked at the monster with a cold expression, as killing intent began to radiate from his eyes.

"So what? Are you going to—"

Bang!

Before the monster could finish his words, a massive hole appeared in his chest, and moving his head, he saw that his heart had been destroyed. He looked at Yuan in shock and disbelief, unable to comprehend that he was going to die, and moreover, at the hands of a mere human.

"You will pay for this…." The monster looked at Yuan with disgust before its massive body fell to the ground.

Bang! A loud noise resounded as the monster's huge body hit the ground. It was no longer moving, and even the sinister aura vanished.

"W-What the hell just happened?! How did it die just like that?!"

Both the warriors and the mages were baffled at the scene, utterly shocked.

Meanwhile, Yuan stepped on the massive corpse of the monster and looked at it with disgust.

"How dare a mere ugly beast look down on me? Utterly unforgivable!" Yuan mumbled in a low voice as he returned to his wives.

Inside the nest, the corrupted monster queen suddenly opened its eyes wide as it sensed the presence of one of her guardians had completely disappeared. The other four remaining guardians also sensed it and became restless, confirming that he had been defeated by the humans.

The Monster Queen seemed to be in a rage after sensing one of her children had been killed by the humans. The pressure around the chamber increased and became deathly.

A few seconds later, the Queen Monster roared at the top of her lungs, "THOSE DISGUSTING LOWLIVES! HOW DARE THEY KILL MY CHILD!! I'LL KILL THEM ALL!!"

"THEY HAVE COME VERY CLOSE TO THE NEST! ALL OF YOU, GO AND DESTROY THEM AND BRING THE ONE WHO KILLED MY CHILD… ALIVE!!"

"Understood, My Queen! We will make sure they pay for killing our dear brother!" One of the creepy-looking monsters with huge tentacles on its back quickly responded.

"GOOD! NOW GO AND DESTROY THEM ALL FOR INVADING OUR TERRITORY!"

The four monsters disappeared from the chamber shortly after and rushed toward Yuan and his wives, feeling a threatening aura from them. Since they could sense that the other party was very strong compared to the rest, they aimed to deal with them before moving on to the others and slaughtering them all.

Unfortunately for them, they had no idea that they were heading to their doom and were completely oblivious about it.

Meanwhile, Yuan and his wives stood before the outer area of the monster nest. The monsters guarding the place glared at them and began attacking.

However, to Yuan and his wives, these monsters were like ants that they could crush very easily without any effort.

"However, it's a good thing that you arrived on your own…" Yuan looked at the monster with a cold expression. "You know, I was going to look for you, but now you've made it easier by coming to me on your own."

"Are you finished bluffing? A mere human like you thinks of defeating me? Don't make me laugh, insect!" The monster glared at Yuan, its red eyes radiating an endless amount of killing intent.
