Chapter 4069: Survivors Box
Chapter 4069: Survivors Box
I frowned, seeing the wolf, before putting it into my core for my clones to look at it.
A monster would have died. If its brain had turned into ashes, but this monster didn't, which made me even more cautious of this purple energy.
If I didn't have the confidence in my core and my precautions. I wouldn't have done it.
Still, I had asked my clones to take maximum precautions in dealing with it. I don't want the purple energy to spread and turn me into something similar to the monster.
I sighed and resumed walking toward the center.
There were many monsters close to me, but not a single had sensed. The balls are good. They have isolated the whole battle.
I had also finished the battle in three moves. Which helped a lot, too.
My soul waves scanned the area around me as I moved further and further inside.
Moving closer and closer to the center, where the density of purple energy is increasing and also the temperature that only Sky Sovereigns could bear.
There is unlikely any hope, that any earth Sovereign is alive. Even though I don't have much hope for the Sky Sovereigns, I am still searching for them.
Every member of Tor is carefully chosen, and they are an asset to the organization.
Especially these two teams, which have been specially trained to explore these kinds of places. It needs specific abilities and instincts to be part of these teams.
The organization spent a large resources and time training them.
They wouldn't like it. If every one of them is dead.
Hun!
I was thinking about that when I sensed something. Right at the edge of my soul, waves range; I sent the soul waves to investigate.n/o/vel/b//in dot c//om
When they returned. I looked through the data and saw what I saw couldn't help, but fill my eyes with hope.
I didn't waste any time and moved toward it.
It is far away and will take me some time, but I don't think. It will affect things a lot, but I still want to get there as soon as possible.
It's the first time, since coming here. I got the true hope.
Minutes passed, and I moved, stopping only when there were monsters around me. I could kill them, but there is a chance of discovery.
I do not fear that much, too, but I do fear the source of this energy.
Whatever it is, I don't want to alert.
It took me over an hour in this spatial maze when I finally reached it.
"Quite smart," I said and moved a little earth around. Revealing the green crystal rectangular box inside and in that box is a woman.
She is a human with curly red hair and hazel eyes.
And she is alive.
"She had made good use of the survivor's box," I said and tapped on it and immediately her data appeared in front of me.
Survivor boxes are things that help one survive in an environment like this, where people like her could not survive.
These boxes are made of powerful materials and there is a support system inside.
It is also stealthy, that the monsters couldn't sense or smell them. This box is quite good; it is at Sky Sovereign level, while the woman inside is an Earth Sovereign.
Looking at her vitals; her condition isn't good. The purple energy is trying to change her.
She is powerless against it, but this survivor's box is helping her deal with it. Still, it wouldn't be able to help her for more than one and a half days.
It has less than 10% of the energy left after that, that purple energy will start to spread across her.
I thought for a while and took her to my core.
I would have kept her here and would have taken her with me when getting out, but I don't know, because of spatial changes, I can't take a risk.
I am moving toward the center of this place, and something might happen.
I can't take a risk.
So, I took the box inside me, with all the precautions. Enough, that even if she had been conscious, she would have realized that she had moved to a completely different place.
I had also ordered one of my clones to keep a constant eye on her.
I can't take any risk.
The higher I reached the power. The more, I can't let others know about me.
Once my secret is out, everything will be over.
A few seconds later, I resumed my journey, and soon, I had reached halfway toward the center. The space inside the dome is enormous, and I also need to be careful while moving. I can't let myself be discovered before I know what I am dealing with.
Minutes passed, and I got slower and slower as the surrounding monsters increased in power.
A couple of times, I had even taken out my spear and wanted to kill them fast. Which is more efficient than hiding around and I would be able to move much faster, but it will also make me discover sooner.
An hour passed and then another. I avoided one monster after another as I moved toward the center.
I am quite scared right now, there are too many monsters, and many of them are quite close to the limit. Their numbers are enough to pose a danger to me.
I avoided each and every one of them and there was not another monster that could sense me with the forbidden power I have.
There might have been, but I fixed the problem and now, it couldn't find me, despite having the affinity.
These monsters who could sense me are my greatest enemies. If one day, I am found out. The enemies will use them to hunt me.
Monsters are one of the hunting measures they use, and I want to get ahead of it by fixing the
problem.
So, no matter what monsters they bring. They won't be able to hunt me.
