Miss Witch Doesn't Want to be a Diva

In the quaint library, Hexia sat in the tall chair, clad in a pitch-black gown. The contrast between her snow-white skin and the dark fabric was striking. With one hand cradling the neck of the violin and the other holding the bow, she closed her eyes slightly, drawing the bow gently, and the crystal-clear sound of the violin began to resonate.

Due to the confined space, the sound of the violin was not faint and distant but rather immediate. One could even hear the slight vibrations of the taut strings and the sturdy, metallic quality of the sound. The multiple tones made the sound more three-dimensional, more robust, and resonant.

In fact, the strings of the violin in the girl's hands were made from a special steel wire, not the flexible material outsiders often misunderstood them to be.

The first piece was the Canon in D, the composition she had practiced the longest. The girl's shoulders and neck moved smoothly with the violin, her delicate hands holding the bow, drawing it slowly back and forth, then with short, small movements, as the rhythm began to rise gradually.

After the long, tranquil Canon, she lowered the bow slightly and nodded at her companion, who had been ready for a while. Andusia then placed her hands above the piano on her side, while Botis sat next to the drum set, rhythmically stepping on the bass drum pedal, ushering in an uplifting and vibrant piece.

The melody seemed to race up the mountains, leaping freely into the vast, azure sky before swooping down through the raging winds, presenting a panorama of vistas.

As the pace of the melody shifted rapidly, the girl's body swayed with the violin, her black hair fluttering about her shoulders, accentuating her slender and moving figure.

During the performance, Deklabi, seated on a small stool, looked at the simple sheet music before him, occasionally shaking the triangle in his hand, adding an emotive quality to the piece.

As the music echoed through the small library, aside from the four maids performing in the front, there were other maids sitting on cushions on the floor, listening. They would occasionally open their eyes, looking at the immersed quartet, and smile knowingly.

Finally, "The Arena" came to an end. Hexia slowly opened her eyes, exhaling softly, but feeling immensely fulfilled. A round of light applause filled the room.

"Dantalion has improved so much~"

"I've always said 'Huale' should get a 'Levitating Jellyfish' as a pet. It's not only beautiful but can also help her with many small tasks, making her work much easier." Botis leaned on Andusia's chest, her emerald tresses mixing with Andusia's white dress in a look both a bit disheveled and lazily charming.

Recently 'Huale' finally followed her companions' advice and found a pet suitable for herself at the 'Floating Courtyard' in the Illusory Cloud Star Domain.

Now that she has this pet to share some of the simple tasks of sorting and heating things up, Huale has recently been much more at ease and doesn't need other maids to help her.

"Although it's quite a trip to the Illusory Cloud Star Domain, getting this little buddy seems well worth it." Huale looked at the jellyfish levitating above the table, occasionally touching its soft and cool body, amused by the sensation.

Because of Huale's light touch and caresses, the jellyfish displayed a light blue halo, swaying and wobbling in the air, expressing its joyful mood.
