Chapter 403 Hijacking The Plane!
The Wolf Warriors had gathered in such a way, forming structured levels and echelons.
The Wolf Warriors' novices, common players without any attribute points, were at the very beginning of the game.
As one advanced in rank, they came across the best soldiers, who were each given a generous 100 attribute points, placing them in an exclusive league.
Beyond this level were the team members who had undergone the usual genetic modification with the addition of 300 attribute points each, greatly enhancing their prowess.
Another level existed, made up of individuals who had undergone a specific, enhanced version of the genetic therapy and received an astounding 500 attribute points per person, catapulting them even farther into the category of the extraordinary.
This structure had four layers, or five if Kang Zhenggang and He Qiang were included—a formidable duo whose power knew no bounds.
As a result, the tapestry had 27 team members who had completed the genetic augmentation process; 22 of them accepted the augmented standard, while the remaining 5 were blessed with the extraordinary variety.
With joy dancing in their eyes, they departed the Global Building and set off on a journey that took them by plane from Dubai to Huahai City and then to the airport of country A. They set out with an expectation that was woven with both hope and uncertainty.
Although the trip from Huahai City to Dubai went without a hitch, the journey from Dubai to the airport serving country A turned out to be more turbulent.
And so, within the limits of the aircraft, a fascinating situation played out.
Not even an hour after flight, a man got up, his intentions initially appearing mundane—perhaps to go the restroom. But as soon as he pulled out a gun, his actual intent became clear, sending the cabin into a dissonant cacophony of terrified gasps.
A mystery-origin pistol was now pointing menacingly in the direction of the passengers as its owner commanded with a sense of power, "Remain immobile! This is a hijacking, I tell you."
The intimidating muzzle of the weapon and the man handling it made people's faces turn pale. Some women gave in to fear and screamed loudly, blending in with the general turmoil.
Four additional figures rose from their chairs as the hostages, who were trapped in an apparent irreversible abyss, formed an unexpected bond. These figures were skilled infiltrators with malicious intentions.
This scene was clearly the result of careful planning and an organized hijacking intended to take lives in mid-flight.
Three of these five held guns in their hands, but the other two held daggers in their hands that were free of weaponry.
The order was given with stern directness: "Stay still, and remain compliant."
The woman's scream was muffled by the gun's uncompromising presence; her horror was seen in her pale visage and trembling form.
The ringleader, a middle-aged man, stepped center stage as the situation started to spiral out of hand and raised his voice to fill the entire cabin: "Ladies and gentlemen, I implore your cooperation; deviance shall not be met with clemency."
After making this announcement, he indicated to a companion, who took over the cockpit and removed the pilots' authority.
The purser's face took on a hue of stark concern as a specter of dread clung to him. Silent tears were streaming down the cheeks of several passengers, mostly women, who were baffled by the suddenness of their predicament and cloaked in the chill of sorrow.
A lone voice, though, broke through the tenebrous atmosphere, asking, "Sir, are you truly committed to this course of action, to hijack this plane?"
A strong white man with an unwavering manner who dared to express his uncertainty was the person who did so.
Unfazed, the hijacker pointed his gun in the direction of the intruder and threatened him with dire repercussions: "Silence, or your cranium shall suffer the consequences of my lead."
Onlookers held their breath, as if caught in a time warp, their anxiety reflecting the coming death, confident the next heartbeat would announce the man's mortality.
The white man, on the other hand, maintained his composure in the face of death, acting as if it were merely a toy in his presence.
The hijacker's intention to shoot was stopped in an instant, agony surging through his wrist and destroying both his goal and bone.
The pistol clattered to the ground with an audible "snap," being knocked several meters away by a precise kick.
The hijacker's eyes provided a shelter for disbelief; a coin symbol was inserted into his wrist, obliterating bone and shattering reality. A searing reminder of the force that had destroyed his supremacy was only a small portion of the coin that dared to show itself.
Incredulity overcame the bystanders as the pistol fell to the ground, instantly rendered unarmed. They were astounded by the boldness of someone who would kick away a weapon like it were a mere ornament.
A revolution of activity had begun in the matter of seconds, with momentum firmly captured. However, the surviving attackers remained still, their understanding bound to their leader's agonizing cries.
A lightbulb momentarily appeared, and a flurry of movement engulfed the cabin, giving justice's emissaries immediate control.
And in the midst of the chaos, there was elation, brought forth by those who had witnessed the unbelievable turn of events in a chorus of yells and a symphony of applause.
The would-be captors met their ends in this performance, and their restraint was executed with skill down to the strings of their shoes.
The purser apologized as a consolation for the situation, the flight attendants sighed, and the hero of the hour downplayed his achievement with an almost flippant demeanor, insisting that this was only a minor issue.
Such hardships appeared to them to be insignificant in comparison to the Wolf Warriors' furnace. Twenty-seven of these unwavering spirits made up the mosaic of the plane's passengers; they were a band of brave defenders whose very existence placed doubt on criminals' aspirations.
They were unaware that this airplane carried more than simply 27, and that one Wolf Warrior alone would have been sufficient to foil their plan—a irony lost to their misguided endeavor.
...
Ren Tao and Bi Qingyun engaged in conversation within the confines of Albatron International, exchanging meaningful words and cautious optimism.
"President, all three models in our first batch—which includes the processors for each model—have embraced the state-of-the-art 8-nanometer technology. "Universal Semiconductor has now been entrusted with the production of these entities," Ren Tao reported, his voice tinged with a sense of achievement.
The smile on Bi Qingyun's face belied the happiness brought forth by a long-awaited turning point. "Full-scale production will begin in the offices of Universal Semiconductor in the upcoming month. We anticipate that the world will soon be graced with our first batch of chips.
Their talk was infused with the anticipation that comes with the end of labor as they enjoyed a brief bit of relief.
. Ren Tao echoed the attitude that reverberated throughout Qingyun International, "In fact, we eagerly await the fruit of our labor."
The chip problem had been solved, and its effects had been replaced by a renewed vigour, which had before plagued Qingyun International. The team was engulfed in a common fervor that lifted everyone's spirits and injected new energy into every project.
A knock cut off their conversation, and the person who came in was Song Jianwei, a vice president of Qingyun International. But instead of displaying the normal calm, his demeanor revealed a sense of dire urgency.
