29  Clearing The Misunderstandings And Coming Out

"So to what do I owe this visit?"

They saw Lucifer sitting on a throne with Aphrodite sitting on his lap.

They could see the smile on his face and knew that he must have enjoyed their suffering these past few months.

Bixia's nostrils flared as she stared at Aphrodite who sat on the lap of Lucifer looking at her with a mocking gaze.

*calm your wife down*

Nuwa whispered this words to her son's when she saw the way Bixia is glaring at Aphrodite as if she wants to shred her into pieces which would be impossible as she would be the one being shredded into pieces.

Shangdi cleared his throat and his bearing changedtot that of a Ruler and a god after he arranged himself, he raised his head to look at Lucifer "I am here today on behalf of my entire Realm and that of the other Realms in the Cosmos to please put an end to the upcoming war between our two forces and since we are accommodating you and have not rat you out to the Council, we ask that you think that as a goodwill to broker peace with your force behind you" said Shangdi without taking his eyes off Lucifer.

Hearing what the Emperor said, Lucifer raised a brow and wondered out was going on in his head.

Lucifer looked at the other two Pangu goddesses and saw that they were all serious, which made him frown even more "what war are you talking about? Which forces are against each other? How can I be not aware of  a war brewing between our two factions? Is that you have become retarded after the beating I gave the both of you that maybe screwed up with your head? Because for all I know, I don't even have large Faction or Army to wage war against you lowlife gods, not like it would even matter" said Lucifer as he didn't know where they got their information from and clearly they were given a wrong information.

Confusion flashed pass the eyes of the three gods when they heard what Lucifer said. Due to the recent attacks going on all around the Realms in the Cosmos and the recent discovery of things missing from the treasury of all the powerhouses of the Realms, the council has declared that there are otherworld beings trying to wage war with them and they have been successful as they are hidden from their radars.

These otherworldly beings might just be spies and scouts trying to gather information about them and they are going to take soon, so all the God Kings must prepare their forces for the inevitable battle.

Nuwa narrated everything to Lucifer who burst out laughing at the misunderstanding of the gods.

"You got all that conspiracy of war just from that, are you kidding me? You all are really funny" Said Lucifer as he couldn't stop himself from laughing anytime he thinks about what they said.

Nuwa frowned when she heard Lucifer, she wondered if this was one of the strategies to make them lower their guard and make them believe that there was no war, "so you are saying all these is a misunderstanding and there will be no war between your people and ours?" She asked once again to check if he was lying to her.

"That's what he clearly meant"

Nuwa looked at Aphrodite with her eyebrow raised when she answered a question not met for her.

Aphrodite also didn't also mind the stared instead gave Nuwa a mocking smile.

"If you said that you are not preparing a war with us. Then how do yo explain the recent attacks on the God Kings of different Realms and the missing items from the treasuries of most of the God Kings" ignoring the look given to her by Aphrodite, Nuwa focused on the most pressing matter that brought them here.

"What can I say? My siblings have a very nasty behaviours which they can hardly control. And as for the attacks, give me an example and don't talk about your dead husband, I have told you, he was destined to die that day and my brother happened to pass by and helped with the process" said Lucifer trying to clear the misunderstanding.

Bixia and Shangdi were shocked by the revelation that just heard from Lucifer.

With a shaking voice and a teary eyes, Shangdi walked to his mother, held her shoulders and looked her in the eyes "what does he mind by my father was supposed to die that day? What does he mean by that, Mother" he said wanting to know the truth of his father's death.

"Oh, grow up, you too old to be crying over a dead man. I bet he doesn't even love you and only watch out for himself and here you are crying over that, I pity you. For all we know, you might have even been the one to kill your father and my brother just saved you from that fate as clearly, you gods like to usurp the throne of your fathers and rule for yourself and I myself am not an exception of that but in my case, I will always fail but you stand a chance to defeat your father. So stop pretending like you actually care about your father and let's come back to what we were talking about because unlike you, I am a very busy person"

For a brief moment there, Lucifer could see a pattern in very myth and legends from his past life being almost similar to each other including his.

A son rebelling against their father to sit on their throne, something he himself actually did but he failed to usurp his father and instead got thrown to Hell whereas the gods succeeded in doing that.

But he didn't dwell too much on the matter and just shove it to the back of his head and focused on the issue on ground.

"Shh, we will talk about this later, but for now, why don't we focus on what really brought us here" Nuwa told her son which calmed him down but he was still glaring at Lucifer who didn't even put him in his eyes. After she was done with a son, Nuwa turned to Lucifer and continued "there has been a recent attack on Lord Shiva. Brahma and Vishnu said that they found him on the verge of dying but managed to preserve his life but he is still in comatose state and they don't know when he might regain his consciousness. Also they found something peculiar, it was as if a part of his divinity is gone which left him like that and we don't know someone who can actually do something like that, which brought us to you. You might know something about that"

After hearing what Nuwa said, Lucifer sighed as he knew of one person who is capable of doing something like stealing something like a divinity and that guy can be troublesome to deal with sometimes as his greed knows no bound.

Lucifer didn't answer as he waits for Nuwa to continue before saying anything.

Seeing as Lucifer was not saying anything, Nuwa got the message and beckoned her son to say the rest.

Shangdi still pissed off by what Lucifer said glared at Lucifer which only earned him a smile infuriating him even more but he controlled himself "ahem, recently, it has come to the notice of some God Kings and influential gods like the god of wealth from the diverse Realms that most of their treasures and precious items were missing presumably stolen from their treasuries without them being aware and there was no trace of the culprit anywhere, making whoever stole them a mystery"

After getting the full information, Lucifer nodded as he finally knew who was behind the recent shenanigans in the Realms creating unnecessary misunderstandings.

"I have heard you and I understand where you are coming from but you should put away any stupid thought of war out of your heads as we don't have anything to gain from going to war with you, this Cosmos is desolate and the only thing it brings to us is just entertainment. All I have to say is that, my siblings are sometimes mischievous and sometimes prone to anger easily, they are wildcards such as myself. Don't get the wrong idea that we are at war and you can also pass this information to your Council, tell them is from me, they should not attack any of my siblings instead be more approachable so that they don't decimate their entire Realm and as of Shiva, you can go to the Greco Realm and ask of Adamantheia, she will assist him with his recovery, that should show them that we mean no harm"

Lucifer said before standing up and walked away only followed by  Aphrodite leaving the three Pangu gods there. n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

"I guess he is no longer hiding, he wants to show himself. That's also good, with that the misunderstandings will be cleared and maybe we might have a powerful force to back us up in case there are more beings outside the Cosmos like them"

Nuwa said while walking away from the palace.

Bixia and Shangdi were the only ones left standing in the hall.

"I know what you are thinking, but you have to let it go now, your mother is right and I hate to agree with him but he is also right, you are old enough to get over your father's death and move on" said Bixia as she tried to calm Shangdi who has his fists clenched tightly together.

What nobody knew was that Shangdi picked up something Lucifer said earlier when he was talking about his father which everyone might have missed but he didn't and he is going to use it to his advantage.
