Chapter 148: God Form: Revenger

The parallel marble world.

This was a skill Ha Joon acquired the night before he went off searching for the demon king.

Not only was the skill able to trap his victims inside a small pocket dimension. But this dimension also has its own set of rules.

All those who harbour any type of resentment towards Ha Joon, immediately lose their ability after chasting.

Since his skills based on the knowledge of the gods were of no use... this was the next step to secure a victory.

... At least that was what he thought.

"COME ON! COME ON! IS THIS SERIOUSLY THE BEST YOU'VE GOT! UHNNN?! KING OF CAMELOT, Ha Joon!!!"

Barbatos yelled with a wide grin on his face as he kept running around Ha Joon, sending punches from all directions.

While Ha Joon was able to block a few, the rest were most directly connecting to his body.

Stopping, Barbatos clenched his fist for one final punch.

Of course Ha Joon tried to block the attack using his hand, but imagine his surprise when after the punch, his hand broke and the punch landed directly on his face.

His body went flying back as his feet slid against the ground.

Steam could be seen ozzing from Ha Joon's broken hand as he looked at it, but with a calm look.

'Even with my Vitality maxed, his attacks can still cause this much damage? This might be difficult.'

His broken hand healed up almost instantly.

"What's wrong, your majesty?! Are you getting scared? Did you think because I can't use my flashy abilities you would win? Well, DID YOU?! Hahahah."

Barbatos slowly strided towards Ha Joon.

'Yep, he's indeed strong, no use lying about that now, it's no wonder he once soloed the whole world all by himself.'

Ha Joon smiled, 'Still... I won't lose.'

It was finally time for him to use it.

The combination of the authority of every god he has fought. So far, he had stolen the authority of two gods, The false demi god, and the Goddess of Discord.

The combination of both authorities and powers, would eventually birth the new form Ha Joon would possess.

God form— Revenger.

His skin was glowing white, red marks tattooed on his entire body. Red eyes. Long golden hair, and lastly, the strange energy circulating around him.

In that moment, Ha Joon became the first man to ever join two authorities together, and handle it without dying.

"Now then...shall we pick up from we left off?"

Barbatos laughed for a while, "You've got a new form now? And you think you can beat me just because it's all flashy? You seriously disappoint me, Ha Joon Pendragon!"

He launched himself forward.

Still, Ha Joon remained calm, watching the furious demon king close in on him.

Ha Joon clenched his fist, getting ready to intercept with a powerful punch of his own.

And he did.

Both of them landed a punch, fist on fist.

_booooom!_

A sonic boom formed in the middle of the impact, shattering the pocket dimension into pieces and sending some buildings crumbling to the ground.

While the demon king clearly had an excited smile on his face, the same couldn't be said for Ha Joon. He was calm, way too calm then usually.

"That's what I'm talking about! Keep up with me, foolish human!!!"

The demon twisted his body, his leg in mid hair before it channelled his energy throughout it, and then ...

_naaam!_

He tried to kick Ha Joon, but instead was met with a punch to the face.

His body went flying back, shattering multiple realities before he came to stop in a world where dinosaurs existed.

The demon king hissed, immediately standing to his feet and send an attack of his own, to Ha Joon's guts.

There was immediately a crack in the world. Both Ha Joon and Barbatos entered yet another reality.

Barbatos landed in the new reality with a snarl, his boots kicking up dirt as he skidded to a halt on the ground.

Ha Joon landed across from Barbatos, his golden hair flowing, and his eyes glowing with an intense red light.

"Is this what you wanted, Barbatos?" Ha Joon called out, voice calm yet cutting through the silence like a blade. "To face a king at his full strength?"

Barbatos's red eyes gleamed with excitement. He wiped a trickle of black blood from the corner of his mouth, then threw his head back and laughed. "I haven't felt this alive in centuries!"

His body glowed with dark energy, his muscles bulging as demonic power radiated from him.

"But you, Ha Joon, don't understand yet. Even with your borrowed power, I am the apex predator in every reality!"

The ground beneath them trembled as Barbatos slammed his fists together, sending a shockwave across the wasteland.

The cracks in the dimension widened as if reality itself was being torn apart by his presence.

Ha Joon narrowed his eyes. He could feel the intensity of Barbatos's power rising, the demon lord tapping into his full strength. But Ha Joon didn't flinch.

Instead, he raised his hand, summoning the combined might of the two authorities he had stolen: the False Demi-God and the Goddess of Discord.

The air shimmered around him as reality warped further, the rules of the world becoming pliable under his control.

Barbatos lunged forward, his massive form moving faster than the human eye could track.

His fist rocketed toward Ha Joon's face, the sheer force behind it enough to level mountains.

But Ha Joon met the attack head-on, his own fist glowing with divine power.

Boom!

The impact sent shockwaves through the dimension, tearing it apart once again. But Ha Joon was ready this time.

As the world around them shifted, he unleashed the full power, twisting the space between them.

In an instant, the battlefield morphed into an endless ocean, with waves crashing against the sky itself.

Barbatos blinked, momentarily disoriented by the shift. Ha Joon didn't waste a second.

He summoned his chaotic energy of the Goddess of Discord, and with a flick of his wrist, the ocean surged toward Barbatos like a tidal wave.

The water carried with it the essence of chaos, disrupting the demon's balance and weakening his hold on reality.

Barbatos roared in fury, his body crackling with dark lightning as he fought against the chaos. "You think this will stop me? I AM BARBATOS, LORD OF VANITY!"

He extended his hand, and the ocean around him began to evaporate, turning into black mist under the pressure of his power.

Barbatos was fighting back, but Ha Joon could see the strain on his face. The demon lord was powerful, but Ha Joon's Reality Marble was working. It was bending the rules in his favor.

Ha Joon rushed forward, his body glowing with divine energy.

He delivered a flurry of punches, each one charged with the power of the False Demi-God, each blow reverberating through the pocket dimension.

Barbatos tried to block, but Ha Joon's attacks were relentless, driving the demon lord back with every strike.

"You're slowing down, Barbatos!" Ha Joon taunted, his voice cold as he landed another punch to the demon's jaw, sending him reeling. "Maybe you're not the apex predator you thought you were."

Barbatos growled, fury burning in his red eyes. He unleashed a blast of dark energy, sending Ha Joon flying back into the crashing waves. The demon lord was breathing heavily now, his once unshakable confidence beginning to waver.

"This… this can't be happening!" Barbatos roared, his voice shaking the dimension. "No mortal can stand against me like this!"

Ha Joon slowly rose from the water, his golden hair drenched but his expression unchanged. "You're not fighting a mortal," he said, his voice echoing through the shifting reality.

"You're fighting a king who has stolen the power of gods."

Barbatos charged again, his fists crackling with demonic energy. But this time, Ha Joon was ready. With a single gesture, he activated the full power of the God Form: Revenger.

The world around them shifted once more, the ocean fading away to be replaced by a battlefield of ash and fire.

The two clashed again, their fists meeting in midair, creating shockwaves that rippled through the dimension.

Ha Joon's attacks were precise, each one calculated to exploit the weaknesses in Barbatos's defenses.

His Revenger form was pushing him beyond his previous limits, allowing him to match the demon lord blow for blow.

Barbatos, for all his strength, was beginning to falter. His once unstoppable attacks were slowing, his power draining as he fought against the reality Ha Joon controlled.

The demon lord's arrogance was crumbling as he realized that Ha Joon wasn't just a human with stolen power—he was something more, something far more dangerous.

With a final surge of energy, Ha Joon unleashed a devastating punch to Barbatos's chest, sending the demon lord flying back into the burning landscape. Barbatos hit the ground hard, a crater forming beneath him as he struggled to rise.
