Chapter 25
Chapter 25: One-sided Fight
“Mastery of this system doesn’t seem to only be good at fighting. It has pretty impressive throwing accuracy, too.”
At first, Kota was still a little nervous before he threw the bottle.
How embarrassing it would be if he missed and hit Sikal.
But seeing that that burly man’s dirty hand was about to touch Sikal, he had no time to think but raised the bottle in his hand.
He felt that ever since he had become better in combat, his strength, reaction, and agility had improved tremendously.
He felt more at ease with the bottle in his hand.
He could hit the target with 100% accuracy and would never hit the wrong person.
This was confidence.
He knew it.
The man in the opposite booth instantly fell over upon getting hit.
Kota smiled and waved to Sikal, beckoning her to come over.
The other men next to Sikal came to their senses. They all stood up from the sofa and tried to stop her.
So Kota attacked again.
Another man was down, lying next to Jace.
Because the bar was noisy, and with Kota’s accuracy, when the wineglass hit his target, the glass didn’t shatter like those shown in movies.
Those were fake glasses made of sugar.
No one was going to hurt.
Kota had used those glasses to intimidate people when he was collecting protection money.
But real wine glasses could break people’s heads, and they were difficult to shatter. Instead, they would bounce on the soft sofa and roll on the ground.
There were so many people in the nightclub, and no one noticed Kota had solved the problem with just two wine bottles.
Everyone else was busy having fun.
The others had wanted to intervene, but when Kota shot a glare at them, they thought better of it.
There were two examples before them, and no one wanted to poke the beehive.
Sikar calmed down as soon as she came out of her shock.
A smile spread across her face as she stood up and downed the entire glass of wine in one go.
When she was sitting, Kota had only imagined she had got a gorgeous body, but now that she was standing, he realized how good this woman’s figure was.
She must have been working out and squatting a lot, having a regular routine, and seemingly not having a boyfriend.
Kota thought to himself.
Sikar drank all the wine, and she was light-headed.
She had already finished two bottles of wine since she arrived.
But this did not prevent Sikar from taking revenge.
Under Kota’s watchful eyes, this woman stood up and gave each of the three men surrounding her a good slap.
As for the petite girl who started the trouble, Sikar could not even be bothered with her.
Of course, there was another reason. When Jace wanted to touch her thigh, the petite girl had tried to stop him. This proved that she still had some conscience at least.
This action also helped prevent her from being slapped.
After doing all this, Sikal slowly walked towards Kota in her bright red dress and white high heels.
When she came in front of Kota, she raised her head slightly and looked at Kota. “You want me to thank you?”
“No.” Kota spread out his hands. “Will you refuse me from buying you a drink?”
Sika looked Kota in the eyes and found no hint of him wanting to swallow her alive, just like other men did.
“Okay. But I already had one too many.” Sikal was moved, and she giggled.
This was a typical beautiful woman.
They were used to being pursued by men. Once they met an opponent like Kota who did not dance attendance on them, they would instead become the ones making the first move.
“Let’s get drunk. If not, how are you going to sleep?”
Kota raised his wineglass in her hand to clink glasses with her.
Probably because Kota’s words had hit home with her, he looked pleasing to her eye, or she was too lonely, Sikal suddenly felt like indulging herself tonight.
She did not pick up the wineglass from the table. Instead, she leaned her head against Kota’s chest.
Her beautiful fingers reached to hold Kota’s hand that still held the wineglass.
Under Kota’s watchful eyes, Sikal put the crystal-clear glass to her lips and teeth, then let the wine slowly flow into her mouth.
Maybe Sikal was drunk.
The wineglass dropped to the table all of a sudden.
But loud music in the nightclub quickly drowned out the noise.
