Chapter 92 Revenge
"Boss, we're here." Conrad muttered as he stopped the vehicle.
"Let's go." Arlan pushed the door open and got down the car. The others quickly followed him.
To prevent the civilians from suspecting them, they moved separately towards the hiding spot of Diego's group.
Arlan together with Khalon and Conrad made their way to the slums of Longos.
The residents were unaware that there was a top-level criminal hiding in their area. Children were playing on the narrow path and there were adults drinking beer even though it was still 12:30 p.m.
"Boss, there are two suspicious people. One is wearing a black shirt and denim pants. The other one is wearing a green shirt and black pants. Do you want us to take them down?" Khalon whispered.
Arlan also noticed these two people. "Conrad go and deal with the guy in the green shirt. Khalon, that person in black is yours. Do it silently. Don't let anyone discover anything."
Conrad and Khalon nodded their heads before they moved separately.
Arlan observed how Conrad dealt with the man in green. He first walked slowly behind the man and sneakily shot the man's head with his pistol.
His pistol had a silencer and it only emitted a light muffled sound. He then caught the man and prevented him from falling to the ground. "Hey, buddy! You've had a lot to drink. Let me carry you back home." Conrad said as he carried the man in green away.
As for Khalon, his actions were fast and no one even noticed him snapping the other person's neck.
After dealing with the two lookouts, Arlan jumped over the wall of the gated house in front of him. He then pulled out his Prototype Energy Pistol and silently searched for an entrance.
His other subordinates blocked the escape routes and two of them followed Arlan inside the house.
One of the people behind him tapped his shoulder and pointed at the balcony.
Arlan understood his subordinate's intentions and nodded at him. He then stepped on his subordinate's shoulder and used him as a springboard to jump over the balcony. With his enhanced physique, doing something like this was not difficult.
Arlan rolled to reduce the sound of his landing. He then pulled his two subordinates up to the second floor.
While crouching, Arlan pointed at the door while mouthing silently. "Go!"
His two subordinates nodded their heads solemnly. One of them stood up and abruptly kicked the door open, he then opened fire. Arlan and the other guy beside him also entered and fired at the people inside.
Pa! Pa! Pa!
"What's happening up there?!" An alarmed shout came from the ground floor, followed by a series of hasty footsteps.
Arlan noticed that Diego was among the people who were going up. Seeing him, his eyes flashed with intense coldness as he pulled the trigger.
Swoosh!
Diego and his people were turned into sieves under their bullets.
Thud! Thud!
Diego didn't die right away after having his heart shot. He stared at Arlan and when he saw Arlan's face, his eyes flashed with shock before they dimmed down.
"Check their bodies and make sure that all of them are dead." Arlan commanded.
"Yes, boss!" The two people beside him immediately went to work.
Arlan walked towards Diego's corpse and spat on him. "This is all I can do for you, Uncle Fabian." He muttered.
"Boss, all of them are dead." His subordinates reported.
"Alright. Let's go back. Let the police handle the rest." Arlan muttered as kept his Prototype Energy Pistol in his clothes.
After they went back to their cars, Arlan dialed Fabian's number. The person who answered the call was Zenny.
"Hello, Mr. Roa."
"Miss Zenny, please head into the location that I will send to you. Once you get there, you'll know everything. You are a smart woman so you should know what to do. Also, bring some men with you since there might be some dangers." Arlan muttered mysteriously.
"Mr. Roa, what is this all about?" Zenny asked doubtfully.
"Revenge. Call me when you've checked the location." Arlan replied before disconnecting the call.

Zenny was filled with doubts after receiving his call. 'According to Sir Fabian, Mr. Roa is our ally. I wonder what this is all about...' She thought to herself.
Although she held some doubts, she still followed Arlan's instructions and brought the police officers of Taguig City Police Station to the location sent by Arlan.
"This is the place. Everyone, be careful." Zenny muttered as she took out her pistol. Although she had the least experience in the group, she was no longer as scared as before. She led the team inside the gated house and when they entered, they saw the corpses of Diego and his men.
"This is Diego! These are the bastards that shot our chief!" Exclaimed one of the police officers.
"Check their pulse!" Zenny shouted to the stunned police officers. She was only a recently promoted Police Corporal, but everyone unconsciously listened to her words.
Zenny frowned as she looked at the bloody scene. She then stepped out of the house and dialed Arlan's number.
"Miss Zenny, I believe you have already dealt with the bodies." Arlan's calm voice drifted into her ears.
"Mr. Roa, you killed these people! Although they are criminals, you should have waited for us to take action!" Zenny muttered in a cold voice. She was furious about Diego's group, but she felt that Arlan overstepped this time.
"Miss Zenny, if I had waited for you guys, Diego's group would have already escaped. Keep this to yourself and I will let you claim the credit. If you want to detain me for this, you are welcome to try." Arlan muttered in a cold voice.
Zenny gritted her teeth and angrily disconnected the call. "That bastard! How dare he take the law into his own hands!?"
She wanted to deal with Arlan, but she felt conflicted. In the end, she sighed heavily and chose to bury the matter in her heart.
