Lyra Talon was casually sitting on the small ark, as she raised her legs, placing them over the controls as she stretched her arms comfortably.

With a faint smile, she glanced at Zhao Tian who had a serious expression on his face "Zhao, don't worry..."

"Nothing will happen to your star as you and my father have already signed the deal. so he would protect your star.."

"Well, if the space pirates saw my father, there is a chance that they might even retreat in fear... Haha.."

Looking at her laugh, Zhao Tian let out a soft sigh and glanced at the battle that was about to happen.

"Lyra, is there a function to capture videos in this ark? My mobile can't zoom up there."

As he muttered, he swiped his hand, and a hologram display appeared in front of them, showing Zhao Tian and Lyra Talon sitting in the cockpit on the small ark.

"Seems like the young lady saved him and they are beside the moon right now."

"Since that brat is watching us right now, I think maybe this is the perfect opportunity to show your power as the Emperor of the Ebon Luohe Star..."

On the Ebon Luohe ark, Zarek Talon stood with his arms crossed, watching the incoming attacks with an air of calm authority.

"Activate defensive shields," Zarek Talon said casually, his voice resonating through the control room.

A ripple of golden light shimmered across the surface of the Ebon Luohe ships as their shields manifested.

The energy shields, formed from a lattice of hyper-dense particles and advanced energy fields, were designed to absorb and dissipate even the most powerful attacks.

The first plasma beam struck the shield with a resounding *THOOM*, sending ripples of energy across the surface of the golden barrier.

The shield held firm, absorbing the massive surge of energy before it dispersed harmlessly into space.

The following barrage of plasma shots and missiles met a similar fate. Missile after a missile exploded against the shields, creating bright flashes that momentarily illuminated the space.

Meanwhile, on the pirate ark, Kaethe Romez frowned as he watched the Ebon Luohe shields absorb the full force of his attack. "Damn it, their shields are stronger than I expected. All ships, prepare for a full frontal assault! Charge up the railguns."

Zhao Tian who was watching from the sidelines frowned slightly as they were using High tech to fight rather than their cultivation powers.

As he muttered, he saw a green light flickering from the large Ebon Luohe ark.

'Huh? Is that...' Zhao Tian raised an eyebrow in surprise looking at the green flames swirling around Zarek Talon's body as he dashed through the space, forming a long streak of green energy.

'He has... an Empyreal Flame?'

As the Archon of Elementals, Zhao Tian could easily feel the intensity of the Empyreal flame that is radiating from Zarek Talon's body.

Lyra Talon who was beside him was also equally surprised "Eh? That geezer is entering the fight?"

"Hahaha, Zhao... he prolly thought of showing off his power to you... it's hilarious."

"Fire!" Kaethe Romez who was inside the Space pirate ark muttered.

*THRUMMM* The railguns fired, sending high-velocity slugs through space, each one trailing a line of red-hot plasma as it shot toward the Ebon Luohe fleet. These projectiles were designed to tear through energy shields and hulls alike.

Seeing the projectiles, Zarek Talon scoffed "Hmph, mere bullets."

A green gleam passed through his eyes and he clenched his fist, green flames swirling within his palm.

*woosh* He gave a fierce punch to the incoming missiles and the force behind his punch sent a ripple of green energy through the space, cindering all the missiles to smitten.

The ripple of astral energy caused the Space Pirates' arks to tremble in its pressure and Kaethe Homez's eyes shrank in utter shock looking at the man in front of him.

"The Emperor of the Ebon Luohe, Verdant Sovereign, Zarek Talon!"

"W-W-What the hell is he doing HERE?"

The people in the arks also panicked looking at the green energy that is flickering through the space and they could feel the intensity of the heat from Zarek Talon's body.

*swish* With a blur, Zarek Talon appeared in front of the arks, a huge smirk stretching across his lips as the green flames burst out of his body shaking the spake.

"Emberstorm Devastation..."
