Human King

Chapter 209: Presence

Chapter 209: Presence

"Shall we go?" Mabi said as he looked at Papi straight in the eyes.

Of course, since he was asked, Papi answered straight away with the same kind of determination that Mabi was giving off right now, "Yeah, let's go."

Papi said with a heavy voice and his voice resounded out in this place.

And since it resounded out in this place, the monsters who were out there in the forest were able to hear it and something amazing quickly happened.

And that something amazing was...the monsters moved out of the way.

One by one, two by two, the monsters that were scattered in the forest started to get out of the way and create a path for Mabi to run to.

It was an amazing event, but that was not all as the monsters did all of that without even talking with one another.

It was definitely an achievement that would go down in history, but...Mabi and Papi couldn't care less about that as Mabi just made Papi climb on his back.

He made him climb on his back and they were now ready to go and meet Rabi, and as soon as Papi was on his back now, Mabi bent his knees as he prepared himself to take off.

Of course, since Mabi was going to use all of his powers to run this time, the ground automatically became caved in just with his toes' weight, but when Mabi put all of his body's weight on his feet, the ground...immediately became destroyed as the ground gave in.

Right, the ground gave in just because Mabi put all of his body's weight on his feet, but that was not important at all as Mabi kicked off the ground right away powerfully and this made the ground collapse and take other monsters in the area to fall in the hole.

The ape monster that was near them fell to the hole without any problems and without any resistance as the ape monster was already dead.

There were other monsters that fell to the hole without any resistance at all as they couldn't do anything as they just fell to the ground from the air as they watched the sky.

Of course, Mabi and Papi didn't care about any of this as Mabi just made another spot of the forest to have a hole in them as he kicked off the ground more powerfully this time!

And the same thing happened as monsters of all kinds fell into this kind of hole that Mabi created with just his kicking power.

They all fell to the deepest parts of the hole, but none of them struggled like all of this happened so fast that not even one of them could even remember falling to the deepest parts of the hole.

And that was only natural since Mabi was kicking and making the ground deep holes with his fastest speed.

This was all just a result of Mabi's fastest speed, and that was only natural as he created even more holes in the forest with just his kicking power.

What's more, Mabi...actually covered a lot of distance by just kicking the ground a few times, and this just shows how fast and strong he was when he uses his full power to run.

Mabi was so fast that even Papi who asked Mabi to run at full speed was rejecting this move right now as his skin was getting slashed by the wind and his whole face was getting blown away by the wind as Mabi continued running.

However, as the wind was blowing his whole face away, Papi couldn't speak or do anything that could possibly make Mabi stop running as the wind resistance from Mabi's speed was just that strong.

It was to the extent that Papi got knocked out several times only to wake up again. Right, Papi got knocked out several times as Mabi continued moving at his full speed.

It was only natural as Mabi was just that fast, but...even Papi was regretting things now that things escalated to this point.

'I-I-I-I shouldn't have suggested doing something like this...' Papi thought as he tried hard to hold onto Mabi.

Since things have already escalated up to this point, Papi just had to make sure that he would be able to hold on to Mabi for life and that he should believe that they would be able to arrive at their destination faster than expected.

That is the only way that Papi would be able to make it through this kind of traveling speed, and Papi knew that very well, which is why he was using all of his determination to stay awake and make sure that he would never fall off from Mabi's body, which is why Papi was biting his lips down to stay awake.

He couldn't afford to fall down or get left behind by Mabi, after all. If something like that happened, all of that talk and preparation would have gone to waste for real.

However, what is worse in this situation is that...if Papi were to fall down in the ground, there is no chance that Mabi would be able to hear about it or feel that Papi has indeed fallen off from his back.

Why? It was because Mabi was focusing on using all of his powers in running right now.

There was just no way in hell that Mabi would also be paying attention to what's happening in Papi as that would take away a little bit of his concentration, which would make his speed fall down a little bit and also his control over his body as he ran would be a little bit lousier.

That was why Mabi would never be able to know if Papi would suddenly fall down from his back as that was just not in his thoughts right now as he kicked once more as he destroyed the land again.

And it was in this way that the two hyenas reached their location.

Dawn and the goblins were currently running from one tree to another as they all did their best and fastest way to retreat from the center of the southeast of the forest so that they would be able to meet Moris a little bit more faster.

After all, even though they didn't know the reason why they should meet Moris a little bit more faster, they knew that the reason the king was pushing them so hard was important.

After all, it came from the king. As long as it came from the king, the goblins knew that it was extremely important and that they are willing to lay down their life for it so that the king's words would be fulfilled no matter what.

However, even though the goblins were running at their full speed, despite their condition of being tired and getting weak over time and due to fighting many battles, the goblins were able to feel that something was creeping up behind them.

They were able to feel that someone was chasing them and that this someone was not just someone who they could underestimate or something like that.

The presence of the one chasing after the goblin was just that big and threatening that even Dawn was able to feel it right away as soon as the presence started to make itself known.

Of course, since Dawn was able to feel it, Didi and the other goblins were able to feel it as well.

Didi then increased his speed a little bit to catch up with his king so that they would be able to talk about this.

After all, not one of them knew whether this new presence that was trying to catch up to them was something that they needed to be wary of or not.

It was hard to tell about this new presence since they didn't know anything about it, and they knew better than to underestimate it now since the presence was truly big.

"King, what do we do? It seems that this new presence is trying to catch up to us, and it is going very fast judging from the speed that it is going to us," Didi said with a heavy tone as he realized the gravity of this situation.

If the one who was chasing after the goblins was an enemy, this situation was basically going to be bad for the goblins as they were tired as hell.

Of course, it's not like the goblins would whine about things like that or something like that. There's no way that the goblins would whine or something like that.

However, it is indeed the truth that the goblins' fighting ability and spirit would be lacking compared to the usual, which would then result in weaker goblins.

And if they are weaker goblins, it would be more than easy to kill them off from the face of the forest and there would be nothing that the goblins would be able to do about it.

And Dawn knew that very well, which is why he spoke, "Hmmm..."
