How can I justify myself as a Magnate if I don't indulge myself?

It's been over a month, just like a farmer tending to wheat, and finally, the harvest season is upon us.

Actually, before editing this post, I always felt like there were countless things to say, but when I actually opened Word, I realized there wasn't much to mention...

Honestly, this isn't my first tycoon story; I've written two before. The first lacked experience and went overboard in the later stages with international politics, leading to a dozen chapters being blocked in one day. It teetered on the edge of being banned and was hurriedly concluded just shy of a million words.

The second one performed better, but I was even unluckier. Mr. Ao struck, the whole world was affected, I ended up taking several metaphorical bullets, and white lung landed me in the ICU. The subsequent treatment took over a year, and I'm still not fully recovered...

This is my third web novel after a year's hiatus.

I wrote with trepidation, because after stepping away for so long and picking it back up, my hands felt unfamiliar, and I was constantly on thin ice, anxious about whether I could make it to the other side or not.

Regarding the plot after going live, it will certainly involve returning to the village to impress.

But...

Everyone's living environment is different.

Some may have a pleasant environment, with harmonious neighbors and united relatives, no major disruptive hassles.

But there must also be people like me, surrounded by no-good relatives, opportunists, those who kick you when you're down, and never having enough advantages.

I might try to cater to everyone's tastes with the initial and subsequent plotlines, aiming to write something that everybody can enjoy.

But with this "returning to the village" plotline, there might be some disagreements.

Because of my upbringing, I can't write about that harmonious large family life, because I've never experienced that feeling…

So during the New Year's story, the protagonist will impress, but there will undeniably be some edge to it, though the edge should not be too severe. I'll try not to infuse too much of my personal bias, but I want to apologize in advance.

Let's also talk about the update issue.

That is, tomorrow at noon, on April 15, it will officially go live.

The update for the day it goes live should be around 20,000 words, not much more, not much less, as that's the limit of my typing speed~

Because there isn't much of large-scale exhilaration in the book, it focuses more on the story of an ordinary chap puffing up and seeking minor pleasures after getting some money.

However, as the protagonist's wealth increases, there will likely be those big moments, and I hope I can maintain a consistent style without being too drastic.
