Chapter 65 Gates Of Hell
"Caitlyn, it's time to try it out." Leon announced with a grin, "Wait until a lot of beasts climb on and then hit him in the balls."
"Yes, sir." Caitlyn chimed.
Hundreds of beasts immediately jumped onto Monitus, using him as a bridge to get over the burning trenches.
When they checkered the thrashing giant like ants, Caitlyn lifted her hand.
"Heavenly Flames!" She yelled.
Everyone on the battlefield immediately lived their head to the sky.
Scarlet meteorites flew down from the sky, slamming into the earth in a biblical display of force.
"GAAAAHHHHHHAAHAHAHAHHHHAHHHH!" Monitus roared as his entire body, from chest to knees, ignited on fire.
The fire was naturally hot, and it instantly burned everything it touched.
Not only did it burn him, but it also began incinerating hundreds of monsters who wailed in pain.
"GYARRRRRRAAAAH!"
"KEEEYYYAHHHKKK!"
"GOOOOOOOOORRN!"
BOOOOOOM! Boom! BOOOM! BOOM!
"GAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!"
Monitus screamed in pain while trashing his body around. His oversized arms smashed into buildings, killing everything in his way.
"KIIIII KAKAKAKA KIIIII!"
"MANNNNAKAKA!
Boom! Boom, boom, boom! BOOOOOOM!
As he rolled around, his body lit everything on fire. Hundreds of monsters perished.
While he might be getting the kills for those he crushed, they got hundreds more from buildings, foilage, and houses razing.
Caitlyn turned the new bridge into the gates of hell in one strike.
Heavenly Flames was Caitlyn's trump card she unlocked at level 50. It could only be used once every two weeks and would only level up again at level 100, which was one level away.
However, the leveling requirements from levels 99 to 100 were vast. It was the equivalent of 50 levels, and the patron god had to sign off on it.
Despite its excessive cooldown period, the attack was devastating.
"Good job, sweetheart." Leon yelled lovingly.
Caitlyn turned bright red and started fidgeting with her hands down low.
Her bashfulness annoyed Lindy, who was already salty at the display. Now, Caitlyn was literally rubbing her hands on the brunette's face!
"Leon! Can I unleash hell on the otherside?" Lindy yelled.
Caitlyn growled, having her moment to shine get interrupted.
Leon understood what the brunette was feeling [somehow] but didn't think it was wise. Before he could speak, she laid out her argument.
"If I hit level 90, I can unlock Cocytus!" Lindy yelled, "A freezing attack would be extremely useful right now!"
Leon's eyes flashed with understanding.
"Caitlyn, let's move!" He yelled, "That's what we need to get this over with so I can kiss you, okay—AaGgHhHhHhHhHhHhHhHhHhHhHh!"
"Weeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" Tricksie squealed in delight.
For the first time in a while, Caitlyn rocked off midsentence and shocked Leon and Lindy, who were strategizing.
The two hit the other side, which was an untouched monster-festered hellscape.
Giants were killing other beasts and draining their blood to extinguish the fire. Demons were in the far back, marching to the front.
They'd have no problem once they got to the trenches.
The demons were bright red, ten feet tall, and extremely muscular. Their body was glossy, like a lobster shell, but black accents ripped through it unnaturally, showcasing scars.
They had horns and tusks, making them truly disgusting-looking creatures.
Leon noted they'd be a problem on both sides, so he was glad Lindy acted pettily. It brought the issue to his attention immediately.
"Okay, let's create a new moat in the city's center!" He yelled, "So pull out your scythe and fly there immediately."
Caitlyn complied. She pulled out her scythe, which only had a five-foot blade.
It wasn't something she directly controlled. The blade got bigger as her man was in trouble or got disrespected. That's why it became so massive the day before.
It was also why the Yandere God only had an epic-grade weapon. To a normal person, they might get a normal scythe of five feet for the death of their sister. For a yandere, the epic-grade scythe turned into a calamity.
Caitlyn flew through the battlefield, slicing creatures into ribbons. Within seconds, the blonde had already decimated a small horde.
Tricksie held back because creatures struck by Caitlyn were corrosive, and the blonde didn't leave any for her to catch.
Lindy held back because she only had one more attack.
So they let Caitlyn go wild until they got to the city center, where the most monsters are congregated.
Lindy thrust out her hand. "Phlegeothon!"
A massive ball ten times the size of the original grew over the area, casting a massive shadow on the earth.
The day before, Lindy slaughtered over fifty candidates and swept away another hundred bodies. She also increased in levels significantly because of it.
"I can't wait to see the size of this next time." Leon grinned, "There are hundreds of monsters down there, waiting to fry."
The bubble began boiling above the sky.
"RHHHAAAAAAAAHRRR!"
"MAH ZATATATA! MAH!"
"SSiSSSSSSS!"
"SQUUUUEEEEE! SQUEEEEEEEE!"
Beasts began running when they realized death was coming. However, it was already too late. The bubble burst, sending tidal waves spreading through the city.
It oozed through the streets in a disturbing display, filling the sky with sulfur as it incinerated and boiled the flesh of creatures.
Those over ten feet tall in the center gasped for air as their body boiled underneath, reaching to the sky like Alexander the Great and Attila the Hun before them. (1)
It spread out, creating a massive wall that separated the demons from Paradise road.
Notification milestones came out, indicating she reached Level 95.
While it seemed excessive, given Caitlyn's track record and her corresponding level of 99, the distance between them was abstract and unknown.
Moreover, Lindy's powers were severely handicapped because she could only use them once daily, and she wouldn't get a general blast if she weren't in the sky.
She wasn't overpowered by default. However, combined with Caitlyn's flight, she was a demigod.
"No fair! Everyone gets to shine!" Tricksie pouted, "Do I get to smash stuff now?"
Leon looked up at the colossal bunny woman with wide eyes.
"We need to take care of Kargon. Can you do that?" He asked, "That's equally valuable."
"Yeeeeeee~ep!" Tricksie announced, "Let's get'em!"
"Okay, love. We have a bunny girl that wants to make a small man correspondingly little." Leon laughed.
Caitlyn nodded gleefully. While she didn't like Tricksie and Lindy cutting into her man time, she loved when he ordered her around with pet names.
So she immediately flew back to the battlefield.
Leon's eyes widened in shock when he returned.
A forty-foot muscle snake held Kargon's hand while a 20-foot werewolf and correspondingly large tiger clawed at its neck.
BOOOOOOM!
Leon winced when the Kargon fell to a knee, creating a landslide of wreckage. Mirth jumped off in time to avoid a swipe, and Kazz had her teeth sunk in his shoulder, hanging on by her jaws alone.
Blood was pouring out of the titan's wounds, and he groaned in pain.
"FILTY! FILTHY ANIMALS!" Kargon roared, "YOU UGLY!"
SCREEEEECH!
He swiped his hand to slap Manka out of the way. However, she grabbed his wrist with her body and hugged it.
CrrrrraaaAAACKKKKkkkkKKK!
"GAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Kargon roared as his wrist bones snapped into hundreds of pieces.
"She really does crush shit." Leon laughed, "Let's go! Don't let her lose contact with him or he'll revert."
Caitlyn flew to the titan and got close. It was 350 feet tall, so its body was similar to ten small skyscrapers stacked side by side.
"Let me feel your muscles, big~guy!" Tricksie sang while reaching her hand out.
She glided his hand around his body like a pottery wheel. Every second she touched him, he got smaller and smaller.
It wasn't as simple as it sounded. Tricksie couldn't stop touching him at any time, and while he shrunk 10 feet a second, that required thirty seconds of dodging massive creatures, blows, and flailing while keeping on his body.
"WHAT'S GOING ON!" Kargon roared.
He turned his body to look at his back and saw a bug.
It wasn't just any bug; it was the bug that mortally crippled Monitus, who was getting hacked to pieces by the demons who needed to use him as a bridge for convenience.
"GET AWAY!" He roared.
He had already lowered one-third of his size, and his mobility increased. He swatted Caitlyn, who gracefully dodged.
"Target his crotch!" Leon yelled, "It's the one place he won't attack himself!"
"Gotcha!" Tricksie said gleefully.
Caitlyn laughed and circled the man's waist at high speed, which she avoided due to the need for constant contact.
Tricksie kept her hand touching until her fingers hit the man's crotch.
"NOOOOOoooooooo!"
Ten seconds passed, and now the giant was 200 feet tall and declining.
"You're not rweeeely rweeeely big when you account for proportions, are ya, big guy?" Tricksie giggled.
Kargon shifted his hips like an awkward bachelorette dancer.
He didn't want to attack his crotch, so he tried to cup it with his right hand, which wasn't crushed.
"Hah! Tough luck, care bear!" Mirth yelled while jumping into the fray, snapping the now 150-foot giant's wrist in her fangs.
"GAAaaaahhh!" Kargon roared.
He tried to throw him off him, but Kazz sunk her teeth into his rotator cuff, which she could now barely fit in her jaws.
The two clung on while the Lambia cleared a path.
All three were seasoned warriors, so they took a step back during the new development and let things play out.
BOOOOOM!
The hundred-foot titan fell to the right as his arm could no longer support the two 20-foot creatures. It left a shockwave on the ground.
Three seconds of thrashing later, the titan was now eighty feet tall.
"I'm ready!" Manka yelled.
