Chapter 111: Chapter 111: Shopping For Cauldrons From Home!
"Elysia…"
"Yes Dear~"
Elysia's eyes glowed while her sultry voice echoed in the empty chambers.
"Can you get me a cauldron first?"
Noah was not embarrassed to ask Elysia for her help, why would he? She was willing to help him and he did not mind her little antics that did not affect him much.
He even found her a little cute.
Hearing his polite words Elysia could not help but smile widely before nodding.
"Hai~ Which grade do you want? There are many cauldrons laying around here. By here I mean on this plant.
Some of them were left by people who ascended long ago while some are just the loot drops of the dead people.
I can access their storage rings as long as they are not claimed or bound to someone."
Elysia's hand glowed and several transparent screen like windows appeared in the air. On these screens several different scenes were displayed.
There was a screen with a scene of a guy laying dead on the ground, his body decaying and almost turning into a skeleton as birds gnaw on his flesh.
Noah shifted his gaze to another scene where a dead body was lying on the ground in a weird position, the face of the dead man was facing downwards.
The body was on its knees like it was kowtowing, while there was a sword struck in a very questionable place.
Noah immediately looked away acting like he never saw the scene and looked at another scene of a dark cave.
There were several shining stones embedded in the cave that were almost out of the luster. In the middle of the room, a weird looking cauldron was stationed on a platform.
Although the cauldron was larger than the usual ones. Various markings and engravings caught Noah's eyes. He could tell that it was not a simple cauldron from a single glance.
"Let's get the cauldron with the highest grades on this planet."
Noah replied with a smirk, he didn't care whose opportunity he was going to be taking. He needed to get stronger as soon as possible.
Elysia's smile did not falter hearing his words as she waved her hand and two cauldrons appeared in front of them.
"Although one cauldron is enough for you, this one is a special kind of cauldron. Although I don't know what their functions are, I feel they will be a great help to you especially. Especially this one." Elysia commented while pointing at the small cauldron.
One of the two cauldrons was the cauldron he had just seen on the screen. Their size and appearance were completely different from each other.
One was just the size of a human head while the other was so large that it could fit two human bodies inside of it.
(A/N: I know that my mind is going in dark directions but this is what happens when you have nothing to do and you just write. )
Ignoring their size Noah focused on their details.
He came closer to the bigger one and started inspecting it. He could see that just like the small one there were many carvings on this one if not more than that one.
The words seemed different form the ones he had seen until now like they were written in different language
Despite being a master of seals, Noah had very little knowledge regarding runes.
Most of the runes had long disappeared with the passage of time. Besides the one inscribed on these were in an entirely different language.
'Something is wrong with this cauldron. These carvings…'
On one side of the cauldron there was an image of a sword shining in the sky carved while on the other side there was the image of a pill sarong through the skies.
"This is both an alchemy cauldron and Weapon Furnace."
Noah mumbled and immediately used his soul sense to see through the mysteries of this equipment in front of him.
As soon as his soul sense touched the surface of the cauldron, it trembled causing the air around it to tremble as well.
'There is a strong restriction on this cauldron that can only be unlocked by a strong soul. It looks like this was left in that cave on purpose by someone.
It was definitely not for me that means there is someone who is either in the same situation as me or that someone has a way to make their soul strong.'
Noah did not have any familiarity with these kinds of weapons if it was not for Elysia's help he might never even find them.
With a sharp wave of his soul, Noah dispersed the restriction on the cauldron. While removing it he found out that there was even an array to inform the person who placed it to inform about the removal of restriction.
Noah only scoffed and obliterated that array in the process, no one ever knew what happened to this cauldron unless he took it out in the public.
After the restrictions were lifted, Noah made a cut on his finger and dripped on its surface, Initiating a contract with it.
*Woosh~*
As soon as the blood touched it, the air around it started to tremble along with the cauldron itself.
Suddenly a massive aura shot up from the cauldron/furnace just to be stopped by the seals placed by Noah.
Noah had no idea that such a commotion could happen just from his attempt to make the cauldron recognize him as a master.
*CRACK*
Which is why the seals he placed were only to stop aura caused by his pill refining.
Seeing the cracks starting to appear on the surface of the seal, Noah closed his eyes and enveloped the whole room in his soul sense.
He formed some gestures in the air as his soul senses started to embed different astral symbols in the air.
These symbols shot in different directions merged themselves with the present seal and started strengthening it.
The cracks on the seals started to heal as soon as they appeared and before long all of the cracks vanished.
The aura from the cauldron died down before dissipating.
Floating in the air the shape of the cauldron started to change before a cauldron with dragon and phoenix carvings appeared in front of him.
