Chapter 4 Coming To Terms With Things
Continuing onwards towards the area that I had seen those guys hang about, my mind was surprisingly clear and everything had sunk in.
'A gangster, huh? I hadn't really considered it until now, and they are the kind of people I hate the most, but I guess I don't have a choice in the matter any longer and I am not really against it. As long as I don't become like one of those scumbags and can grant my mother the life she deserves, I am all for it,' I thought to myself as I sighed.
I have nothing to lose and was on my way to committing a crime anyway, so I definitely awakened it at the right time. While, from now on, even though the life I will lead may be looked down upon, I will make sure it is one that I can be proud of.
And maybe endeavoring to become the greatest gangster was my calling all along.
Striving to become the best at what I do is what I have always done, and now it is being a gangster.
But that doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing.
What is a gangster?
Well, I guess it's a criminal who is a member of a gang.
And what is a criminal?
Someone who committed a crime or has been legally convicted of a crime, which just makes them an outlaw.
The law has barely done anything to help or save me and my mother, so this is the path I was fated to pursue, and there is no point hesitating or doubting myself.
By becoming a gangster, although I may not be considered a good person, who's to say I was a bad person?
As long as it leads me toward a better life without trampling on any innocents in the process, it is the path that I was destined for.
'I will become the greatest gangster! Crushing this gang will only be the start, and eventually, all the big gangs will be wiped out by me and I will form the strongest gang that is above the law' I declared to myself.
I had quickly come to terms with things, and with a clear goal set for myself, despite it being unfeasible and crazy, what I had to do next was clear.

The system then went on to confirm where their gang was currently at, and just like I suspected, it was at the Oriental Bar, which was one of the spots I had seen them at a few times.
"I was going there to beat the shit out of them anyway, so if I am going to gain and get rewarded for it by the system, I win twice. All that is left is to get this shit over with," I mumbled to myself as I began jogging my way there.
