Chapter 85 Fire
"Zayne... What's wrong with you?" Elin muttered in a confusion, "It's like you saw a ghost."
Zayne turned sharply as he was about to say something, but he froze when a dark silhouette appeared behind him.
Everyone got goosebumps from the eerie aura the silhouette spread, and Zayne, as if he felt the danger, held out his hand to Elin, trying to protect her.
Whoooooooooooosh.
The silhouette, in heartbeat, came between them as its crimson eyes stared at Elin, making her tremble with fear. Even as the silhouette hurriedly approached her, Elin could not even move from her spot.
"Away!" Roland exclaimed furiously, swinging his new sword. A blue flash passed right before the silhouette, rushing toward its neck.
The silhouette bent back, letting the long sword pass over itself, then it jumped away and stood a few meters in front of the group.
"Well, well, just as I suspected someone would try to stop them..." Silhouette muttered in a completely calm voice as it looked at Turgan, "Although... I thought he could handle it, especially with my help..."
When Silhouette said that, Rea's eyes went wide as she muttered, "So you're the one who activated the magic circle..."
pαndα,noνɐ1,сoМ "Yeah, in fact, I was here from the beginning. Your fight was pretty exciting." Silhouette nodded slightly.
"Who are you?" Roland shouted, brandishing his sword in front of him.
Silhouette didn't immediately give an answer, it stared at Roland and muttered, "A Knight Commander receiving Fate's Blessing, I must admit it was unexpected."
Silhouette shook his head and looked at Zayne, "I knew someone with Fate's power would come here, but now there are two of you here, so I got lucky, right?"
Crackle.
"I ask the question again, who are you?" Roland asked menacingly as he stepped forward, ready to attack at any moment.
"Ah, I think you should have realized by now, as should that girl in the ridiculous hat." Silhouette said, throwing off his hood and revealing his face.
Tremble. Tremble. Tremble.
At the same moment, streams of energy appeared around the silhouette, like the Chaos Hearth flames that came from the birth of the Chaos Hearth.
"No way... This can't be true..." Roland shuddered as his heart clenched in fear, "If you possess the power of the Chaos, then why didn't our Oracle warn us about it...?"
"You and she know the answer." The silhouette glanced at Rea.
It was a man with crimson hair slicked back and amber eyes. On his neck was a tattoo of a vertical eye that Rea had been looking at for some time.
Geir, Elin, and Zayne were completely baffled, unlike Roland and Rea, they had no idea what was going on.
"So that's what this is about..." Rea muttered as her eyes went wide, "Not only did you help this Orc absorb the energy from the lake, you were the one who gave them this crystal...!" Rea looked at the red orb floating above the lava.
The man turned around, glanced at the crystal, and nodded slightly, "Yeah, your guess is right. I was hoping I wouldn't have to be a part of this, but given that Fate's Sight has fallen on some of you, I have no other choice."
The man spread his arms apart and said calmly, " Nice to meet you followers of the Fate. My name is Enar, Flame of Sorrow, and I am one of the Apostles."
"Apostle... Who are these...?" Zayne muttered in confusion as he looked at Rea, who was trembling with fear as if facing death itself.

"Now I see why Oracle didn't feel anything... Damn, we're totally fucked!" Rea exclaimed as a large magical circle appeared in front of her from which several projectiles flew out.
Enar frowned, "Attacking right after a greeting? How uncivilized... well, what else would I expect from such ignorant pigs as you?"
Whooooooooooooooosh.
Enar's palms lit up in scarlet flames as he swung his arms in a circle, creating a barrier of fire in front of him.
The magical projectiles shattered against the barrier without even being able to do any damage to it, though they were enough to wound the Orc Leader before that.
"Not bad magic power, looks like you've been working hard at the Mage Academy, too bad you picked the wrong side." Enar took a step back and slammed his palm against the barrier.
At the same moment, all the energy in the barrier gathered into a single point and burst out in a fiery blast heading for Rea.
'This is bad!' Rea inwardly exclaimed as her ring glowed, but the flames were too fast, she just didn't have time.
"Your defenses are always in place!" Geir appeared in front of Rea, blocking Enar's attack with his shield which was covered with a golden glow.
In an instant, the shield heated to red as bits of skin flew off Geir's face that immediately burned away, but he didn't let go and blocked the attack completely.
"Did you really follow us from the beginning?" Roland frowned, pointing his sword at Enar as he unleashed powerful streams of wind that covered the blade.
Enar shook his head, "No, unlike Oracles I cannot see the future. However, I have watched your fight carefully and I must say I am impressed. I didn't expect Traveler to be here and for you to act so coordinated."
Whoooooooooosh.
The crystal arrow headed toward Enar at breakneck speed, in a heartbeat, and landed in front of him.
Enar's pupils narrowed as he swung his hand sharply, stopping the arrow right in front of his eye.
"Hey, weren't you taught that it's not polite to interrupt elders?" Enar looked coldly at Elin, and the arrow in his hand lit up in red flame.
"Hah, I don't know who you are, but we beat a huge monster, so you don't stand a chance against the five of us!" Elin exclaimed confidently as the crystal arrow glowed brightly, instantly exploding.
Elin smirked confidently, "That was easy."
"You say there are five of you?" Suddenly Enar's voice came from behind her, calm as if nothing had happened, "I think I need to change that."
Crackle.
Elin turned around, but before she could do anything about it, Enar grabbed her arm and with a clean move broke it in several places.
Elin didn't even feel pain, she just stared wide-eyed at her arm, which was bent in the wrong way.
"You're lucky that Fate didn't pay attention to you. It's not my job to kill you, so just stay out of my way, okay?" Enar turned and stabbed his foot into Elin's stomach, throwing her back several meters.
Whooooooooooooosh.
At the same moment, Roland appeared in front of Enar as he swung his sword. Enar's gaze followed the blade as he took a step back and jumped aside, dodging the attack.
"Well, well, it looks like things aren't going to be so easy with you..." Enar shook his head, then he looked at the closed passage.
