Lee Tian perused his system panel and noticed he had accumulated 29 evolution points. Without hesitation, he invested them all into his regeneration talent, elevating it to Level 3!
Thanks to his Level 3 regeneration talent, combined with his Spirit Beast physique, his severed right hand and feet were rapidly regrowing, visible to the naked eye. It was nothing short of miraculous!
At that moment, the growling beast language of a Swordtooth Tiger echoed from outside the haystack where he was concealed. “Little ant, I told you that your demise would come once those two humans departed. Now, your end is upon you!”
“You insignificant ant, daring to defy the mighty Swordtooth Tiger Clan! You even killed my offspring! If I don’t crush you into a pulp and devour you, my heart will never be free of this burning grudge!”
The voice unmistakably belonged to the Scarface Swordtooth Tiger. Lee Tian had heard it speak before and could easily recognize it.
His limbs were still in the process of regenerating, making it unwise to emerge just yet.
He had sent Green to confront the tiger pack, aiming to secure time for his limbs to heal. But the turmoil outside suggested that Green was struggling.
Several Swordtooth Tigers, having picked up on Lee Tian’s scent, had tracked him to the haystack and now encircled it.
The Scarface Swordtooth Tiger’s voice pierced the air once more, “Little ant, I’m aware of your hiding spot. Come out and meet your fate!”
With those words, it swiped its paw, striking the haystack with a ferocious blow. The haystack trembled violently, the weeds scattering in disarray.
In that fleeting moment, a dark silhouette darted from the damaged haystack, scurrying across the ground, only to be encircled by four or five cow-sized Swordtooth Tigers.
Their menacing, sword-like teeth bared, the tigers’ eyes blazed with fury as they fixed their fiery gaze on Lee Tian. The air crackled with tension, the threat of violence looming ominously.
In the oppressive silence, an unspoken challenge seemed to hang in the air: Little ant, do you dare to make a move?
Lee Tian was surprisingly moved by the situation; so many prey had willingly come straight to him.
Off in the distance, he noticed a Swordtooth Tiger in pursuit, snapping at something. A green figure darted through the grass, rising and falling—it must be Green.
“Little ant, you’ve finally shown yourself!” Scarface Swordtooth Tiger regarded Lee Tian with astonishment.
Had this black ant gotten a bit larger?
And his right arm and leg, weren’t they ripped off? How had they regrown?
In just a moment, Lee Tian had undergone such a change, leaving Scarface Swordtooth Tiger utterly astounded.
Lee Tian’s limbs had indeed regenerated, but they were still tender and delicate.
Facing off against this pack of Swordtooth Tigers in his current condition made him feel uneasy, uncertain if he could take them all down.
One of the Swordtooth Tigers let out a ferocious roar and lunged at Lee Tian, intent on killing him!
But before it could strike, it was halted by a bellow from Scarface Swordtooth Tiger.
Scarface Swordtooth Tiger barked at the others, “Stand back and watch. I’ll personally rip this ant apart to avenge my offspring!”
“Big brother!” another Swordtooth Tiger started to interject, only to be cut off.
Scarface Swordtooth Tiger declared fiercely, “It’s merely an ant. Am I, a mighty Swordtooth Tiger, unable to handle an ant? If so, I’d bring shame upon our entire clan!”
It lifted its head, glaring down at Lee Tian with disdain.
Its saber-like teeth gleamed, casting a chilling gleam.
