However, just as he was about to give up hope and try something radical like blowing himself up to take down one of the demon kings down with him, he suddenly noticed that the power of one of the three red beams of light rapidly approaching him was significantly weaker than the other two.

Not a second later, he collided directly with the weakened beam of red light, causing the shield to shine brightly as it operated some kind of mysterious laws to forcibly deflect the red beam of light away from the ancestor and into the distance. Significantly weakening the stress put on the shield itself, as it only had to deal with little over half of the red beams original power after it deflected the rest into the distance…
